Significantly cheaper to bowl here than anywhere in Eau Claire! We got a pitcher of beer but it was the end of the keg and super watered down. I brought it back up to the bartender and she gave us a new pitcher of a different type of beer for free.

My friends and I went to Broadway Bowl this past weekend and had a blast. Who helped make our experience enjoyable? Roberto! Roberto was helping all customers to get set-up for bowling, bartending, and cleaning all lanes/bussing items with a positive attitude and smile. Our whole group was amazed and he definitely deserves a raise. We ended up asking him if he always works by himself and he mentioned there was a no call/no show employee that day. Roberto did the work of several people (and with a great attitude). Kudos, Roberto. We will be back and hope to see you in a promoted position for your work!

This place has potential but the service isn’t great, they did try their best but seemed understaffed, unfortunately a sign of the times, and we somehow got charged for two games even though we only played one. The food is typical bar food also and nothing spectacular; however it did come out fast for a busy night and the wings were pretty good! It’s a fun place that gives you something to do while out with friends or bowling with kids when in the area during colder months!

We had called ahead to make sure we could bowl. They said from 9-12 because there is bowling league so we came and 9.and were told to wait another 10 min. for the bowling league to clear out. They had almost cleared out so we went up again to ask for a lane and the chick with glasses and small eyes told us we had to move because there was another bowling league coming in and didn't say anything else we continued to wait and watch while the people who were just waling in were helped right away. We waited for a full half hour with no bowling lane so we left. Absolutely ridiculous and terrible customer service!! Would not recommend to anyone looking to have a decent time.

If you happen to be a woman, and even a man, I would strongly advise against parking in that location.

Rude staff, bowling lanes need some work, balls not returning, staff didn't care to concern themselves with this. Food nothing like it used to be. Used to be consistently good food and service. Didn't have desserts on the menu but said they had a brownie sundae, specifically described as brownie with ice cream, chocolate sauce and nuts. Received a soup bowl with a brownie and scoop of ice cream, asked for chocolate sauce and was told to wait "one hot minute" were there another 1/2 hour and never received the sauce.
Wouldn't go back to bowl or eat.

We've been there many times and have rarely had good service. Today, however, was beyond frustrating. I checked their website for updated hours, verified that they were open, and drove a half hour to bring my daughter for a fun afternoon of bowling. Their doors were open and people were there working, but we were told that they were closed. "We don't open on Mondays, even though our website says so. We should really update that." I'm not sure why they had people there just to tell us they're closed... Just another annoyance.

So, if you decide to try it, make sure to call ahead of time to make sure you can actually bowl!

I like to bowl here. But yes, another customers are 100% right about the kitchen. Last time when we were here, we ordered pizza and never got it. It was disappointing. Have never waited for pizza for an hour in my entire life.

The people that work their are incredibly rude, even the mangers. They like to charge you for bowling and then tell you they have no shoes your size. When we asked to get our money back they were so rude and wouldn't.
