I did have a little trouble finding the place from the street. I expected it to be on the street, not in the marketplace building. My only complaint would be the lack of clear signage from the street. Aside from that, the food was really good and the staff was very kind and helpful. This is a great choice if you want to get a feeling for the Neenah community. There's a lot of high school students working here and they are as lively and enthusiastic as you might hope for. You see lots of families eating here and it's an open dining area located right in the heart of downtown. They have a thriving business.

Despite its popularity, it's hard to find good wood-fired pizza anywhere. Too often, it has burnt edges and is raw in the middle. Sadly, that's been my experience a little too often here. The fancy toppings they have available do not make up for poor food preparation. Perhaps a little more training for the cooks with an emphasis on cooking the dough all the way through without burning it would be a good idea.

I hate to leave a bad review. However, I must be truthful. It took a very long time to get noticed once we were seated. Then even longer to get our order in. Once we received our meal, we didn't have any silverware. We found them ourselves. The wait staff were kind. Just MIA. Took about 2 1/2 from start to finish. Most of that time was waiting.

I must add. The restaurant was not busy.

I work in the food service industry. I understand how it can be.

This was borderline ridiculous..... none the less the food was good. And we had a good time.

We enjoyed lunch with a couple beers. It was slow so we ordered at the counter but the guy brought the pizza to the table.
The pizza was delicious, we love that wood fired crispy crust and they nailed it.
They have a good selection of beers from local breweries. It is a place that we will be going back to for sure.
There is parking in the back of the restaurant. Sometimes it is hard to find a spot in the front.

Went on a Thursday night. We ordered and were quoted a 10 to 15 minute wait for our to go pizza. We ended up waiting almost 40 minutes. We thought they forgot about us. I recently dined at a broken tree pizza in nina and it was an outstanding experience!.. The moment I walked in I was greeted by the warm inviting atmosphere and the enticing aroma of pizzas baking in the wood fired oven..

I ordered the chipotle chicken pizza and broken pine and it was exceptional.. The crust had the perfect balance of crispy and chewy with a delightful char from the wood fire. . The fresh mozzarella melted beautifully and the basil added a burst of flavor.. Each bite was simply delicious..!

The service was friendly and attentive.. Our server was knowledgeable about the menu and offered great recommendations.. The food arrived quickly and they checked in on us just the right amount..

The prices are reasonable considering the quality of the ingredients and the craftsmanship of the pizzas.. Whether you’re dining in or ordering for takeout this wood fired pizza spot is a must-visit for pizza lovers..

Real, actual customer service. The lady working took my order, then took the liberty of signing me up for a deal I was unaware of. Saving me money while also adding a soft drink. I’m quite happy with the beers and siders that are available. The margarita pizza I had was quite tasty. Unfortunately only one size pizza is available and it’s not very big for the price. $24 for a pizza and two siders is not bad though for one person, you kind of have to know where it is inside the building. Otherwise you would never know it’s there. I tried to get ice cream from broken tree ice cream but the shop is very small and there were already two families trying to order ice cream and there wasn’t even a room inside the store. So I was unable to try it and will hopefully be able to try it in the future.

My spouse loved his pizza, mostly because of the sauce. He said that sauce is top notch.
I hated this pizza. The crust is so thin and was soggy. Soggy-bottom pizza is immediately a hard no for me.

Cool ambience and nice pizza oven. The pizza was good, but relatively undercooked considering the powerful oven on display...but we come from an east coast perspective. The only problem we had is that our 13 month old has a dietary restriction app that we wanted to log into while we were finishing up and the establishment has no cell service. We ordered another drink after we got our check and asked for the wifi, but multiple members of the staff declined to share that information with us due to management policy. The first employee we asked was very rude about it, but you could tell the second one felt bad she couldn't give it out. Rubbed us the wrong way, probably won't be coming back.

This Wood Fire pizza is made to please the appetite that is searching for that “better for you food option.” We were traveling on 41 looking for a quick, tasty, filling and light on the stomach traveling food option. Trying to stay away from the norm of fried restaurant.food. After ordering Brussel Sprout appetizer and a Pizza we were nutritiously full without feeling heavy and stuffed. They offer a large variety of pizzas, beers (craft beers, the norm) and wines.
So happy to have stumbled upon this gem of a place…!
