I got a double quarter cheese burger from them. I got a regular cheeseburger from them instead of my double quarter pound cheese burger. Then I go back to get it replaced and the one I get is raw. Im super pissed about this because when I called the manager destiny told us she could give us a refund and a remake but couldn't do it till the next day. Mind you is was probably between 9:30-10 when i called and they dont close till 11.

I literally order same thing every time I come, the last 6 times something has been wrong every time, while they are always willing to replace with free food i wish they would just get my order correct a hamburger happy meal add cheese with no ketchup shouldn't be that difficult. Today I ordered, no one was in drive so I figured it wouldn't take long (or it shouldn't) i waited over five minutes in the heat for my curbside order and nothing. After the second order in drive thru drove away with thier food even though they ordered after me, I went inside and there is my order sitting on the counter getting cold. I was mad, the young girl who gave me my food. I told her I had been waiting over five minutes and she said 'oh only five minutes'. I grabbed my now cold food and ate it and again the sandwich was wrong (there were no onions).

Not only did they forget my meal but the setup of this Spicy Chicken Deluxe sandwich wasn’t it today! It literally had 3 tomatoes in the picture menu and I only got ONE baby tomato… barely any spicy sauce and the way they layered the sandwich is VERY poor… I don’t know if I want to eat it because it literally looks like they prepared it with no gloves I bet. Thanks a lot for making this experience the lowest I’ve ever had.

It's quite possible that this is the slowest, most unprepared McDonalds location I've ever been to. Ordering food every visit has been an 8-15 minute wait. I order one to 2 items like a sandwhich and a side and have been told to wait in the drive-through spots every time.

What brings me here now after several visits is that I had to wait so long that i needed to give up and leave because i become late for work. I paid and left with nothing. My fault as I should have expected an extremely long wait time for FAST food.

stopped by the drive-thru and simply asked for a cup of water. The employee told me they couldn’t give it to me because they’re “on a timer” at the window. I’m sorry, but refusing someone water, especially when it takes just seconds to hand over, and it was already poured into a cup is unacceptable. There were only 2 cars behind me as well. I understand fast service is important, but basic human decency shouldn’t be sacrificed for a stopwatch. Really disappointing experience.

I enjoy frequenting this McDonald's location. The only thing that I would suggest is to train your drive-thru staff to put napkins in the food bags. I feel the need to write this for this is the second time in a row now that it has happened. Thanks!

11/24/2024, my wife and I just left from this McDonald's location. We were in the drive thru waiting to be helped when the woman (I believe may have been the manager) was nice enough to tell us she'd be with us in a moment. I really felt for her because they appear to always be short staffed and she seemed stressed but after another customer pulled up in the other drive-thru lane and got serviced we decided to go right to the window since our order was an online order that we had placed. Initially, the woman told us to go back around through the drive-thru again but after we explained to her that we had been waiting and no one helped us she did the right thing and fulfilled our order while we were at the drive-thru window. Thank you! 👍

Most staff are nice but they can be rude sometimes. Not just to costumers but to their own employees which is disappointing to see. They have forgotten my sauce before but other than that their food is absolutely delicious! The place could use a good cleaning. Most of the time when me and my brother go there the food doesn’t take long at all though they have their days. Actually, no stars. Absolutely the worst experience I have had in fifty years at a McDonald's. Go through drive thru and noticed that my lane was not getting any service, honk horn to hopefully get someone to notice I was in the drive thru. After nearly 20 minutes, I just forward to the drive thru window. The very rude individual at the window tells me to just go around and get back in line. Obviously, that was not acceptable because I justed waited for 20 minutes in that line. Asked to speak to the manager and this nit wit, tells me that my choices are go around and get in line or leave. What! As you can imagine I lost it. I pulled up to the next window, and the manager is there with an attitude without even hearing my complaint. She was upset because I swore at her incompetent employee, with an attitude and extremely rude demeanor. She didn't even hear my side of the story when she asked me to leave. Moral of the story is, don't expect your customers to get upset when they're are treated unfairly and rudely. I will never, ever, step foot at that location again. As for the manager at this location, I wouldn't have you cleaning toilets much less have you lead my store. Owners take notice that this is exactly why McDonald's has seen a decrease in business. Pay attention to what is going on in your stores.

The worst "fast" food place around. I have a hearing disability and there were two trains coming while I was trying to order at the drive thru. I waited minutes and nobody responded. Its 9pm. I pulled forward since nobody was answering (or their PA is bad), I had already ordered on the mobile app, so they only needed a code. Tried to give the code at the window where you pay and the older female manager said "no, you have to pull around and order." She has the worst customer service ever and is not accommodating to people with disabilities. Order literally anywhere else but here. So, I have gone to this Mc Donalds several times when I was in Burlington in both October of 2022 and 2023 and they haven't failed me once. All the workers were polite and friendly and all my orders and requests were perfectly handled and taken care of, specially regarding the night shift team. Also the place was always very clean, including the bathrooms. Rachel and Marcella are simply the best! They really have made me feel welcomed and respected as if I were in a 5 stars restaurant. I would also like to point out that Damion is a very hardworking person. In addition, there was also another night shift manager who was very friendly and did everything he could in order to give me a menu just when they were about to close and I had just arrived to Burlington from my trip. I'll certainly be back. Thank you

Went in to this location on 02-20-24 to pick up as doordash. Usually the crew is great and very cordial (There is an older woman who works the front who calls me honey and shes very sweet) and typically they are very kind, however my service this day was not what I typically get from this team. I waited in the drive thru line to pick up the door dash order and once we got to the front of the line they told us to come into the store, and I inform them that the door was locked but the girl said she would open the door to let me in which was very sweet of her. After waiting at the doors for about 10 minutes the manager, mike, came and told us we would have to go through the drive-thru again. I explained to Mike that the girl in the drive-thru had told us to come to the front door to which he said she didn't know that the lobby wasn't open and therefore we would have to go through the drive-thru again. And I explained that I just waited a few minutes in the drive-thru and it looks like the line was going to take a very long time and I just wanted to grab the order. From that point on Mike continue to argue with us and was very unfriendly and told us basically we were out of luck when I continued to ask questions he asked me if he hurt my feelings. I wasn't going to report this interaction because I understand food service gets busy and I don't want to be a Karen. However, he was a very unfriendly and very uncordial.

Burlington's McDonalds surpasses others. It is in a great location - easily accessible and near downtown. And though it is in a 'busier' area of Burlington, there are no issues pulling in or out. Once there, the parking lot is spacious. Plenty of regular parking, order ahead parking, and parking for those that need to wait for their orders (if so needed from a drive-thru order)! If you have the time or chance to dine in, it is always clean. Not the largest of dining rooms, but not many actually go in to eat their meals anymore. And, whether dining in, ordering ahead, or going through the drive-thru, ALL of the employees have always been so friendly! At least compared to any other McDonald's I have been to. If you are craving McDonald's, need a quick meal, or just want to experience great customer service-you won't regret stopping here.

p.s. To the lady who brought out my order from my last drive-thru experience....you are the absolute sweetest!! She repeated the entire order at my window and did so with a huge smile and the most pleasant attitude! All before wishing me a beautiful day. Adored her!

The morning staff is super nice, never a problem when I stop for a coffee before work. However EVERY SINGLE TIME we order lunch or dinner at this location something is wrong or I'm missing half my order or it's ice cold. The employees are always upset at the world, want no part of customer service or theyre arguing with each other at the drive thru in front of people. We once had to listen to the manager fighting with one of the employees while waiting for our food because the soda machine was out and he refused to walk around the counter to fill cups in the lobby. Told the manager he just wasnt giving people their drinks. The most recent order I ordered with door dash. The dasher picked up the order and even asked if they could make sure everything was in there because one bag didn't seem right considering we ordered 2 happy meals with their own drinks plus 2 meals for adults. She was "assured" everything was jammed in the one bag. Low and behold missing half my order. The dasher was kind enough to offer to go back but asked me to call and give them a heads up since she could no longer see our order. 6 TIMES I called the restaurant and not one time did they answer! The dasher just guessed, guess correctly and brought us the happy meals we were missing and big shocker, 2 of the 4 things are missing.

I would literally rather drive 15 minutes away to a different mcdonalds than drive the few minutes from my house this mcdonalds.

So earlier today, I had placed an online order, And the same person who was waiting for that order was taking an order for drive through, then told me to hold on, For the curbside Order I placed, Ive had multiple issues witb the app and not being able to select condiments on the burgers and such and was trying to correct it before food was wasted, And because she had told me to wait I got an attitude from her after she made me blatantly wait a minute and a half for the sandwich to be made and told me well not I have to throw it away atleast 3 times before she Understood I wasnt going to just take It, Yall higher ups dont understand How close I was to flipping my lid and embarrassing her higher up that got placed here to fix things. I am seriously hoping things shape up here, Ive been in here countless times and Have had repeated mistakes Including Having Onion put in between the patties on a mcdouble thats just gross, Hopefully its fixed orelse Ill drive to kfc more Often. Waited 30 minutes for my online order and I wasn't the only one that waited that long , finally got it and it was wrong , last few weeks the service became extremely bad , it's understandable if they are understaffed or new but it's very simple , shot down the orders until get cut up , make sure to take care of only the amount of costumers that you are able to but I guess good costumer service it's on the past .

The staff at this location was very rude and impatient. While we were eating, someone walked through the lobby and picked up table tents from tables that received their food, but didn't bother to clean any large garbage on tables or didn't bother to wipe anything down. Every table in the lobby had beverage circles, crumbs, or spots of condiments on them.

The floor was dirty and had garbage on it.

It was 84 degrees outside, and this mcdonalds wouldn't allow anyone to get water unless they paid for a drink.

We ordered dine in and instead they bagged all of our food and the person walking around with the drive thru headset on ignored us as we tried to get his attention and we had to get up and walk to the counter to ask again. I was then told that it was my fault they ignored the obvious ticket that said dine in on it because I had 5 children with me. We ordered 12 sandwiches for 6 people and 4 of the sandwiches were made wrong. This was the fault of the person at the register because even though we went through all of the sandwiches and what was on them, he didn't punch them in correctly.

This is probably one of the rudest and worst experiences my family has had at a McDonalds.

Just wanted to put out there that the manager Rachel went beyond expectations. Order McDonald’s through the McDonald’s app. For some reason it sent it to Iowa. She took it upon herself to still giving me what I order and I truly do appreciate that that means a lot to me you didn’t have to do that. Gave this McDonald's a chance again and was disappointed. Waited at the window cause they had to make mine cause it was a special order which was fine I knew that, but 10 minutes is a bit much. On top of that the order was wrong, cold, the pop was all carbon, and when I went back in to complain there was no Manager to help with that. Needless to say I won't be going back and don't recommend it either.

Horrible experience. There were teens throwing trash and screaming inappropriate things. There hardly anyone at the register. Half of our food was not fresh. Fries were hard as a rock. Didn't receive 2 items I had purchased and had to wait an additional 20 minutes just to get a caramel sundae and a Carmel frap. Highly disappointed.
