Been many times. Rarely satisfactory. Sometimes they seem to have a few good staff members, but Bucciferro clearly treats this location as a turn key operation. I assume the good people don't stay because of this hands off management approach. Often get the wrong order, horrendous wait time, and even staff inside pretending they were close and not responsive once.

Horrible service. There has been MANY times we have waited for 40-60 minutes for 1-2 meals (sandwich and fry). Almost everyone who works there is rude, disrespectful, and does not care about their job one bit.. yes it’s mcdonald’s but if you’re not happy LEAVE! These people are so lazy to the point where they just slop some ingredients together and call it good, I went there to grab some quick food for lunch, went through the drive thru, they had me wait for 10-12 mins and they bring out the food that I got… all was fine until I opened the Big Mac and they have the three buns but only have one patty with lettuce, cheese and Mac sauce between the middle and bottom bun, while putting the top bun on the empty middle bun, this place needs new management.

Takes 20 minutes to get 1 thing. Seems like the staff is usually young kids but they don't seem well trained. It always takes forever to get food. According to friends and family members this is the norm for that location. And the inside is all kiosk. If you ask staff for anything they tell you to use the kiosk they don't help you.

The kid at the window just stands there and walks in circles, he literally can’t even fill a soda, just looks at the manager and she does everything instead of showing him how to do his job. Apparently he simply hands food out the window, doesn’t do anything else.
Dont try ordering on the app either, they will claim that they can’t find the order. The second they think you are gone they talk shit about you. Manager thought we were gone and asked the kid at the window “did they give you any attitude when we said we couldn’t find the order?” McDonald’s is already a low level restaurant but when you have employees like that, it’s SO much worse. No happy meals at this place, just sad meals.

I have lived here for 17 years. There was a time where this McDonald’s was good. It’s probably been about 10 years since, so not good since 2014. The repeatedly make mistakes. The forget items. If you say no to one condiment in one sandwich, all 5 sandwiches come without that condiment. It’s just a completely frustrating experience. In fact, we stopped going for a year, and then tonight, said, let’s give it a chance. The employee didn’t want to be there. I only saw one person in uniform. Some other person was in the kitchen and was distracting the employee. Food was cold. Every sandwich was wrong.
Everyone in town knows that this place is awful, sometimes we just don’t have another option. I refuse to go there ever again. Even if they are the last source of food on earth.

Not worth your money or time. You will just be frustrated. Stay away!

This was probably the slowest McDonald's I've ever been to in my life. It took 30 minutes with only 3 cars in front of me. The lady couldn't multitask who was doing drive thru either. She would ask every person to wait at the drive thru. It wasn't busy. There was no reason to wait 30 minutes or even the 10 it took the help the car in front of us because it was just collecting their money. They were already gone by the time we got to the window, so I have no idea what she was doing for 10 minutes. Then she was very rude and mumbling where you couldn't understand her and got snippy when we asked her to repeat what she said. Then cherry on top is that our order wasn't right. But hey .. at least the Dr. Pepper was good, but this was a waste of time. They didn't deserve our business. You're better off driving to Janesville for McDonald's. It'll be the same amount of time. There was no apology for the wait or an attempt to make anything right. Don't eat here.

One of the worst experiences I have ever had at a McDonald’s. Staff is either completely inexperienced with cooking or tampers with the food they serve their customers. There is a certain level of trust you should have in food service, this experience has completely ruined mine. Walked into an empty lobby at 10:55, were told we had to wait untill 11:00 to order lunch, ok, no big deal, we'll wait. A minute later a local came in, asked for lunch and was told...of course, anything for you....Really?? Ok then. Put our order in 3 minutes later, went to sit and EVERY table was filthy, some had the chairs up on them with hair, fuzz and grossness all over the feet. Waited 10 minutes for food, and it was cold. We heard the "manager" tell everyone to stop taking orders at 11:15 because they were behind already and "there were ONLY 5 of them" working. The place is a joke, we will never stop there again and suggest no one else does either. Agree with another review...worst McDonalds ever.

It's like a small town truck stop. Only average; for a small town.. It's a co-op with an average MCDONALD'S in a gas, station that sells regular and diesel.

Most of the time I only go through the drive through. I have never had an issue. This McDonald's is connected to a gas station and share the same main area. The seating area is not overly big and there isn't a play space. It's like a rest stop. They've always been on top of things and have nice people working there.

The staff would not allow me to come inside to pay for the food that I ordered in the Drive Through. My wallet was in my backpack but hadn't found it quick enough for the staff. I've had a meal here everyday for about a month while living temporarily in town.

I never ate inside, always drive through.

They've never messed up my order, and my biggest complaint with quarter pounders at ALL McDonald's is that it's not cooked well enough.

I ordered two quarter pounders almost daily and although this Mcdonalds parked me every time, the order was nice and fresh. Thank you.

At the end of the day and in my eyes you receive the kindness you express. So be kind to your fellow fast food workers. They're trying just as hard, if not more, just to survive.

I've been to many McDonald's in my life and although this one, in Evansville is small, it's great. Everyone is always in a good mood, I never feel like I'm bothering anyone when I request my chicken well done and the smiles are fabulous!
