I go to this McDonald’s and the service is very inconsistent. They have no problem serving cold food and they don’t listen to orders correctly. They need a better manager who knows what they’re doing.

Waited 20min in the drive thru and food was completely cold. Asked them to remake it and they took the bag bag, gave new fries and the same burger. Had to go back in for the drink they forgot and there are no cashier's or workers in the front so had to wait for someone to come out with the next pickup order.

Samatha is amazing. My order of bacon was disappointing. I was upset about the size coat. Defensive she was extremely understanding and empathetic. She totally understood and fix this problem and the solution was amazing. She’s a general manager at this location. She’s the first person in fast food. That didn’t react when somebody was mad instead she was com processed and delivered. Thank you.

The last two times doing a mobile order have been terrible. First time it took well over ten minutes waiting in the restaurant before my food was ready (it was not busy). This time, I waited ten minutes again but no order. I asked an employee about my order. A manager came out and said that my order wasn’t there and that they had put it out, but someone took it. They offered to “remake” it. They lied. The app never indicated the order was ready and I was in the store within 4 minutes of it being ordered. No order was placed out. Finally, I just got it refunded and I will never go to a Bucciferro owned McDonalds again.

The owners really should have hired more people before reopening. The place was clearly understaffed, I could even tell from the drive-thru. Ordering took way too long as staff couldn't move people along faster than the cars came. It also didn't help that the menu screens weren't functioning. On top of that, I had to repeat my order three times (just a single meal).
After all that trouble, the food was sub-par. The main issue was that breakfast sandwich was simultaneously burned around the edges and lukewarm. But the flavorless, limp hashbrown and the watery coffee didn't help.
And while I normally try to give some grace shortly after a renovation, it was very clear that whoever was in charge did not prepare their staff to adequately handle reopening.

This is severely antagonistic. Soda was already their most profitable item.
Their store redesign is very uninviting. It's like they're outright insulting you for thinking it's a good idea to go to McDonald's.

IMO, this is the best McDonald’s in Madison. They’re often busy so their food is almost always fresh, the place is clean, the bathrooms are unlocked & clean, the parking lot is smooth, and the employees have always been nice. The guy named Javier in the drive-thru is awesome! Make sure you order on the mobile app to save $$!!

I never ate at McDonald's until my brother got cancer and he had to travel out of town for treatment. As to the Atmosphere, wow, a flash back in time.
Hat's off to the Bucciferro family for keeping this aged restaurant open.
It's well past its time for a scrape and build.

This location level of service and care has diminished. They consistently cut corners but are still changing full price. On more than one occasion, I have gone here and had weird substitutes for items. Like a quarter pounder with regular burger patties for like a cheeseburger. Or it being a small bun. Or the latest was the fish sandwich that had mayo instead of tarter sauce. It's disgusting to be dishonest and play with people food and money especially in this economy.

I decided to splurge for my birthday and got a crispy chicken deluxe. When I received my food I gave my son his and got on the belt line. Was unable to start eating it as traffic was bad. Finally got to eat my sandwich and two big bites were gone. Called to get sandwich replaced and was told that what I said was untrue and that I was lying. The only thing is have really messed up bottom teeth that literally leave an imprint in food. The teeth that bit my sandwich were normal bites... never thought I'd be treated like a criminal because someone ate part of my food.

Sat in the drive through for 5 minutes waiting to have order taken. With 1 car in front of me that ordered 4 total items. Sat am additional 10 minutes. I ended up just leaving. I've worked at a few McDonald's and would hate to see how it is if this store was busy. No salt in the parking lot. Slid down the hill and almost crashed leaving the drive thru and the car behind me leaving the drive thru almost hit me.

I LOVE McDonald's! I have been to dozens, maybe hundreds of McDonald's. I love them all, but none can compare with this one. I happen to live near this McDonald's but if I didn't I would drive across town for it. That is because of the people. Every person I have interacted with at this McDonald's has made me feel like they truly love their job and want nothing more than to make me happy I visited their restaurant. All smiles, thank-yous, and have a good days, and it feels like they really mean it. A special shout out to the woman who is usually at the drive-thru window between 9am and 10am most weekdays. Her joy is contagious. (Ask her to tell you a joke, and you'll hear something corny and funny.

As I went to return food because the two double cheeseburgers only cheese had onions on it. As I began to explain the reason for my return to the manager I looked left and notice that the workers had begun laughing. At that time I began to shake because it now felt intentional. The manager then looked backwards then looked and me and said sometimes there can be a confusion. But then asked if that was the case why would her employees be laughing she then asked me if I was sure I paid cash which then mad me feel she was employing something else only because she asked me three times so At that point all I could do is just ask for any other manger or information she then told me nope everything comes back to her. Now I work in customer service and I know we all have our days but to make me feel as if I was wrong and it was not ok somehow not to be questioned about the mistake or something I don’t know and all I want was a burger after a nine hour work day. I don’t agree. I was a daily now i questions the ethics of what is being taught as expected customer service to the taxpayers of this community. I do apologize for my incorrect grammar and spelling but sometimes things like these are hard. I don’t want any negativity from this sub just want to express my disappointment and discomfort

If you want the food as is this place is fine otherwise find another one.

The young lady at the DT was too busy on her phone to give her attention to her job. It took 3 times over the intercom, and finally, I drove up to the window . She was trying to work with her phone in one ear and order head phone on the other. The manager tried to say it was a language barrier.

Was at Discount Tire next door waiting with my kids and decided to walk over for dinner. Waited in an empty lobby for 10 minutes before even being acknowledged. There was maybe one car in the drive thru, not busy at all with at least 6 staff members working. I ordered, paid and went to sit down. Waited another 10 mins (for a 3 item order) and not one item was hot/fresh. They definitely need to get it together.
