I came here because I was craving French onion soup and reviews said it was one of the best. It was good middle-of-the-road good. We aren't football people and there was a Packers game going on. Once game activities started we waited a long long time for the check to leave. We asked three times. We asked for she went behind us to take an order. Left came back several minutes later to pick up plates no check. Nothing against the game atmosphere but felt abandoned once the game started I had the Italian beef it was good. Husband had the pot pie he said it was bland.

Memories from the last time I was here was positive but we had not been since they moved from Bluemound.

We had a group of 8 (ranging from 1 to upper 70's) here last Sunday outside. Everyone found something great to eat (variety) and the food was outstanding. Good pizza, sandwiches, salads.

Service was attentive and outstanding. They were accommodating to food allergies (one allergic to dairy, several sensitive to dairy, one to read meet, and one to black pepper and other spicy food.)

They have a fish fry and I will add it to my list of regular stops.

Overall a very enjoyable, positive visit meriting a return soon.

Just had an outstanding meal here. We are here from out of town and Googled restaurants near us. Bullwinkles had a captivating menu. They have really great food, prepared fast. We had two items that we had never seen before anywhere. The Gobbler Sandwich was Thanksgiving redesigned. And whoever heard of stuffing an avocado 🥑 with chicken salad? Special thanks to Melinda and Maureen for waiting on us and not being too busy to give us tips and hints about what to have when we go to the State Fair tomorrow. Thank you, Ladies. Bullwinkle’s at the Galleria is an absolute gem! This modern sports bar, right at the corner of Bluemound and Brookfield Road (in the old Mama Mia’s spot), has quickly become one of our new favorites.

My wife and I went for dinner and had an awesome experience from start to finish. She ordered the spinach artichoke dip to start and swears it’s the best she’s ever had—creamy, flavorful, and perfectly done. I went for the cheese curds, and they were everything you want them to be: crispy on the outside, melty on the inside, and downright addictive.

Our entrées were fantastic, and we somehow saved room for dessert—which was just as impressive. The menu is creative and well-executed, and the cocktails are excellent. On top of it all, Travis took amazing care of us—attentive, friendly, and genuinely made us feel welcome.

We can’t wait to go back, and I can’t recommend Bullwinkle’s highly enough. Great food, great drinks, and top‑notch service—this place hits all the marks!

This is my go to place for my take out but lately it's slipping. I'm not sure if it's due to staff turnover or what. The hostess that used to be there was on top of things for to go orders but lately the one who's there now really isn't attentive. I used to never have to check my order prior to leaving but now I have to every time. Also my food sits at the hostess station even though I'm waiting in the seating wait area for my food advised the hostess of this and yet my food sits there getting cold.

Went to Bullwinkles in Brookfield for my buddy’s birthday pour and cannot say enough good things about this place! Decor is dark and classy, service 10/10, food 10/10, bourbon selection 100/10! We were coming back from Fond du Lac and we’re looking for a place to eat as we headed to southern Wisconsin. We checked reviews and Bullwinkles had decent reviews. We were so glad we stopped!

We don’t usually go to sports bars. This though is as much a restaurant as a bar. We ordered the appetizer platter and could’ve made a dinner off of that, it was so much food and so reasonable. We also ordered a couple burgers.

Even when we came in, though it was Friday night and they were super busy, the hostesses were excellent and they seated us faster than they originally told us they would.

Our server, Yasmine, was friendly, answered questions as this was our first time and checked us on us periodically to see if we needed anything.

All the servers were friendly and very attentive because the place is hopping. There’s a lot of movement going on in narrow aisles and hallways. Yet all of them were very professional and polite.

The best compliment we can probably give it is that we were so impressed that we will look forward to returning sometime in the near future.

We visited Bullwinkles on a busy Friday night and were quoted a 25-minute wait but were pleasantly surprised to be seated in less than 15. Unfortunately, we were given a table right by the hostess stand in a high-traffic area, making for a less-than-ideal dining experience. Servers, bussers, and kitchen staff frequently passed by, at times even leaning over our table to navigate through the crowded space.

Service was good, and the food had its highlights. The stir fry was hot, flavorful, and generously portioned. The steak sliders were cooked perfectly to temperature, but despite onions being listed on the menu, they seemed to be missing. The cheese curds were middle-of-the-road—not the best, not the worst.

The atmosphere leans heavily toward a bar vibe, but families still make up a good portion of the crowd. Between the bustling environment and loud music, older guests might find it difficult to have a conversation. That said, the space has been updated and appears clean.

We’d eat here again but would opt for a different night—definitely avoiding fish fry Friday, especially during Lent.

I had the fried pickles which were battered lightly and crispy on the outside. The first few were very flavorful, that quickly dissipated. Overall though, I will order them again. The cheese curds left much to be desired. The breading had no flavor, the only flavor came from the ranch I dipped them in. The fries melt in your mouth. They are perfectly crispy on the outside and seasoned well, each bite was out of this world. They were so fluffy inside that it felt like mashed potatoes met the deep fryer. I would give them a 10 for sure. The biggest issue for our table was the portion size. The dishes are very expensive for such small portions.

Food was okay. Spaghetti and Meatballs was the choice and the sauce was a little disappointing and just fell short on flavor. Generous portion, meatballs were really good as well. Got the Reuben Rolls, have mixed feelings. They're pretty solid but the thousand island wasn't what I was expecting, in an okay way. Was missing that sweet tang I expected and was replaced by a creamy pepperiness that I didn't dislike. This made it just okay, but I feel like an app for $15 should be more than just okay considering the small portion.

Service was unfortunately the problem. Sat at the bar and got drinks very quick, but those drinks had to last us a long time and it was a good 20-30 minutes to get someone to even ask if we were ready to order. Food came out reasonably quick after the order was placed. After that though, we just didn't feel like we were a priority at all even after the bar was completely cleared out (we showed up about an hour and a half prior to close).

The atmosphere was good! If I was from the area I'd stop in for some drinks for a game or just to have a few with some friends and share some pizza (which sounded pretty good seeing a couple). Plenty of TVs and room to watch from. Most of the wait staff seemed pretty pleasant, we just experienced the bartenders for the majority of our time there though. Guy from the kitchen was pretty nice bringing out the food as well.
