Placed my order at 8:45 - I had 3 $5 value meal deals, 2 whopper JR, and a chicken wrap. Employee working the drive thru was horribly rude. When I ordered Minute Maid he told me they don’t have it even though it was on the menu, I asked for a regular whopper jr and he responded with “which is….?” I asked if they had Dr. Pepper and he responded “yeah…” like I was stupid. After I ordered they had us pull up to the front and wait for them to bring me my food. Another car was waiting there and had been for some time. When he brought my food out they didn’t have any of the nuggets or the chicken wrap in it. The front doors were locked so I couldn’t go in and ask about it. I waited until he came out to give the other car their order and ran up to him to let him know we were missing items and he argued with me, saying they hadn’t missed anything, but I told him I would be happy to show him we didn’t have some of our items and he told me he would get the items but did so in a manner that gave me the impression he hates his job and I was annoying him. The other customers waiting for their food also told me how horribly rude this kid was.

came through the drive thru with my sister and her fiancé around 7:50pm and was greeted horribly by a lady. Then on top of that they didn’t give us the right burger which I understand mistakes happen but when we went back through a guy answered the headset and told us that they close less than 10 minutes and he suggested we eat somewhere else. but we waited for our burger and we got up to the window and it was practically thrown at us and he slammed the window closed in our faces. Arrived to a dead store, employees just standing around, the youngster taking our order seemed upset to have to start working, the group we were with all got their food 20 min apart from each other, leaving my husband and I waiting 45 minutes for our meal, to end up with hair in our food.. short blond or light brown n my family n myself all have black hair so obviously wasnt ours...the manager super unprofessional said he lost the receipt n couldn't refund our barely touched meal, he could only take our phone number, his excuse for the wait and his employees excuses were vastly different and a just gross exaggeration ( they were busy... um no they weren't no one was there) to the guy in back was new ( as a manager myself I'd have gone n picked up the slack, had the new guys back, but this manager would rather be on his phone hiding in the back)

Placed an online order. Didn't realize that the time you set for pick up is when the order enters their system.

Woman came off rude like we ruined her evening. She then went into the kitchen and I assume was grumbling about us.

Although they have redone this location it had an uncomfortable feeling about it.

It took 15 minutes after our pick up time to get our orders, which were inaccurate/missing items. We didn't realize this until we got home and the individual who placed the order told us.

Soggy fries, cookies look like they were microwaved.

This location has always come off as shady and unappealing to visit.

My roommate and I went to order a cheat meal, and they got my order wrong. I ordered the number 8, they gave me a number 7. They were not busy at all. Not to mention, the chicken patty was dripping in grease and had tomatoes on the sandwhich when the receipt stated no tomatoes. We called, after getting home and discovering the mix-up, to return to have it fixed. The guy apologized and stated he added nuggets to the bag for compensation of the mistake. Honestly probably the best BK location I've ever been to. Great service (hat's off to Michele for being the most polite drive-thru attendant ever, even asked if I wanted a crown (I did)). Great food. Never a wrong order. Only thing I would say is they need to replace the sun-bleached (2014) advertisements on the sides of the building, but that's a nit-pick for sure.

I have to hand it to this particular crew as they were running on all eight cylinders and got EVERYTHING right. I ordered my double Whopper fresh off The broiler; the double Whopper was delivered quickly and it was hot, hot, hot -- just the way I asked for it. Plus I could hear and feel the positive energy behind the counter; the positive, appropriate banter from the employees behind the counter made me feel like they actually didn't mind being at work and they gave a s*** about their jobs. Best double Whopper I have had in over forty years, without a doubt. Well done to all the employees and management at this particular Burger King -- something's cooking there and Burger King corporate would be well-served to figure out their secret formula.

When I called to complain and asked for the manager the little girl said "Only managers can answer the phones". I asked her if she was the one working drive thru she said she was and "They ALWAYS send out fresh food". Hahaha what a joke see pictures below. These are the "fresh" onion rings I got plus 1 really fresh chicken nuggets. I paid 33.20 for my order it was right on the screen. I can tell you one thing if you lie to customers that's why your food sits under the heat lamp and looks like that. If any of us get sick I'm calling the health department.

I looked Burger King up online to see when does they open and it says 6:30am and they also have a sticker that says 6:30am. I spoke to a worker that supposedly just started and he stated that he was waiting on the manager to open the doors. The manager appeared annoyed a d grumpy, she was really rude when I pulled up to place my order. The manager stated that it doesn’t open until 7 am. At this point , I’m a bit confused. Last 4 weeks I have gone in morning it has been one excuse after another. "This is the manager and I was late sorry won't be ready for orders until 7am" next time nobody answer drive through. Today waiting in drive through for 10 min I then proceed to call to see if they are open. Manager says " actually the health department is coming today and I am trying to get everything ready for them. I don't even have any food made yet" I then reply "well there is a line in drive thru wrapped around the block perhaps you should let the 10 plus ppl know that you will not be taking orders." He then says " yeah I should go grab a headset." The lady who appears to be in charge of the place is insufferable, and they appear to drive away any competent employees. I'll enter the building and she'll roll her eyes and give me the RBF, and she's always been like that. Pretty bad when you treat your customers like a nuisance.
Oh yeah, and you're gonna be waiting a while for your food. It always takes longer than it should, regardless what time you go. That's been my experience, anyway. Sometimes it's much better, but the employees that provide that kind of service are the exceptions.
In other words, it's a typical Burger King. Don't expect much.
