This location, at the time of this review, you can't order breakfast with the app. They are too busy or under staffed, or both.
They are in-between Highway 41 & 441, so it should be an ideal location. Ordering lunch, dinner, or a snack any other time is fine.

12/23/24: For those who may not already be aware, the play space is gone. Has been for about a year, I now realize. Disappointing, as we are out-of-towners with the playground as our sole purpose of dining at BK. I’m sure the food is fine, but go to the one in Kimberly if you’re looking for a play space.

Today I visited your location because I like going to Burger King, the truth is that I was impressed by the professionalism of a member of your team,(her name was Justine) she was very friendly and attentive during my visit.
You should be proud to have staff like her, excellent customer service.
During my visit she never stopped working. She was attentive to all the customers, she visited the tables to ensure that everything was fine and at the end she thanked them for visiting the place, I have been a restaurant general manager and the truth is I am very grateful to know that there are people who have that type of dedication and commitment for their job.

I like this location. It's pretty good. The play area was cool until something bad happened six years ago from today on Thursday February 22nd, 2018 at night. This was when the blues started falling down. A little boy hit and slapped me at this Burger King. I cried. This was back when I was nine years old. His brother wearing glasses was there and the mean little boy was there and hit his mother. The boy said, "It's ok." Mom said, "No it's not ok. You will have a time out when we get home." He was my nemesis in 2018. Three months later, I think I saw the same people at the Wendy's by the mall. I was playing Professor Layton and The Unwound Future on the Nintendo DS when eating. I saw the boy I got scared. I was so lucky I didn't get bullied or took my toy. Six months later, at Mary's Restaurant in Appleton, I was playing the same game on my Nintendo DS and I think I saw the same boy with his brother and mom. They walked past me and sat ahead of where I was sitting. If they would have sat behind me than it's even more scary, because they could hit me from behind. I was so lucky I didn't get bullied even though they walked past me. First time I revisited this Burger King was on July 29, 2023 and I was alright. I haven't seen that boy since Mary's Restaurant. Which means I'll never see him again. Can't recall if his Dad was there but for sure his mom. Sorry if this is a lot to read. I just wanted to share my story of 2018. I was with my mom and dad at Burger King when it occurred, just my dad at Wendy's, and just my Grandma at Mary's.

Drive thru order. I ordered a Bacon King meal and a double Whopper, no pickles. The Bacon king was easily the worst one I've ever received. The burgers were dried out, the sauce was nearly nonexistent, and the bacon (which is typically the feature) was a small pile of burnt crumbs in the center of the burger. As for the double whopper, the burger patties were clearly old and dried out, there was almost no lettuce, onion, ketchup. The tomatoes were the nicest slices ive ever seen from BK. I had a hard time eating the sandwich because of how ridiculously dry the patties were so I gave it to my dogs, one patty each.
Get it together BK. If you're going to charge 10 dollars for a sandwich, it needs to be on point.
I was the only vehicle in the drive thru so there is no excuse for this.

I did the survey that they offer on the back of every receipt, stating that you get a free whopper.. but you also have to purchase a small fry and drink!! It’s right there on the receipt, so they’re not lying, but wait till they ring it up …you’re still paying 4.78 plus tax for a small fry and a small drink, just to get a free whopper! Meanwhile, you can get 2 whoppers for $5, per their current promo. It’s a joke. But that’s not why I wrote this review…. their quality is incredibly poor … just one more reason why they are losing sales. But it’s fast food so I could care less if they all go out of business.
Prices go up, quality goes down. Just another reason why I don’t believe in raising the minimum wage sure the employees are getting paid more money but they’re just making cheaper lower quality food. Just another way to stick it to the consumer. NO THANK YOU

If I could rate it less than 1 start I would.
Rules and regulations not followed to Wisconsin state requirements. Breakfast isn't so bad when it comes to fresh food. Now when you get to the point where you're talking about burgers and possible with Whoppers and other things you can trust that your food is probably been sitting there already for almost an hour. This according to Wisconsin regulations, safe serve regulations for licensing, and Burger King holdings requirements, valley King has failed for the last 20 years. Their lettuce is brown and they blame it on the season. Please note I do reviews for numerous restaurants and it's found to be quite questionable when no other restaurant has that issue. So the next time you order lunch or supper at a Burger King AKA valley King in the area open up your burger and look at the lettuce I bet you won't eat. There are times that are required on the food once the time is up. They repush the timer to reset it. Then leave the timed out food in the pan to use. I see others posting about bad service and food. My experience there was unusually positive for a fast food chain. Everyone was chipper and upbeat. They practically radiated cheerfulness and optimism. The place was spotlessly clean. The food came quickly and was above average in presentation (no wilted lettuce and tomato or gobs of mayo on our chicken sandwiches), as well as flavor. Looks to me like they’re trying hard to change the culture at this particular location. It’s working, too.

The guy at the drive thru was beyond rude. When I placed my order he yelled "you gotta wait a minute". So much for customer service.
