Google doesn't seem to want me to leave another separate review for this location, so I'm simply adding to a review I left about a year ago. I stopped in here with my nephew on 25 August 2024. I was impressed from the get-go. Everything was clean and well organized -- yes, even the bathroom. The employee who took my order (Luci) was simply awesome; she was extremely polite, respectful, and attentive. Luci paid close attention to detail, so my order was served quickly, hot, and correct the first time. I talked to the manager on my way out; it's quite clear why my experience was the way it was -- great staff with great leadership. Well done, again!

The girl at the register messed up our order and was not very polite and seemed as if she didn’t want to even be there. Then when we won the coin game we used a nickel and instead of getting our free drink like the sign says, the lady at the counter said we HAD to get a whopper instead, mind you that when they messed up our order we had to eat 4 burgers and we were not in the mood to eat a fifth burger. They got my mobile order wrong and when I came back to get it remade, they mess it up again. What’s crazy is that forgot my bacon on a bacon king. I tried calling the store, talking to the manager just to be put on hold for 10 mins. Mind you I had a movie to go to so I don’t have all night to go back and forth about a sandwich. Probably not nessesarily a reflection in this particular but dang Burger King, wth kind of food are you serving people? Onion ring absolute mush, disgusting. Mozzarella sticks are undercooked and doughy. The 'thing' you call a wrap is a disgrace to even serve, a 3" tortilla wrap with a sprinkle of lettuce and a minature piece of chicken...Burger King has fallen to the lowest level yet...wow, will never buy food from BK ever again.

My husband Went to get 4 original chicken sandwiches with no mayo. New guy training at counter was very nice and did a great job. However, when we walked in we should have just walked out. Saw an employee smoking weed right outside front door and the whole entrance way smelled like weed. The food was horrible, cold and tasted like it was thrown in a microwave. Tasteless, tiny burgers at a not-cheap price. Hard to find the meat under the bun cover. Too bad that most burgers from fast food establishments have gone this route, while most sit down, higher end restaurants offer better albeit much more expensive burgers. My problem is with the employees. The lady at the register just sat there chatting with the guy who was ordering before me, and he clearly just wanted to pay and get his food already. I ordered a soft serve cone, and it was just a skinny little tower. It looked like the employee just did a single line of soft serve and didn't swirl it around at all, giving it no width around the edges. I hope that makes sense. They obviously have terrible training and management, and I would suggest going to the McDonald's across the street instead.

A very good alternative to other fast food. However I was very disappointed when I got home and saw how old and dry and shriveled my fries were. I was there in the middle of the day during a dead time... guess I should have asked for fresh cuz these were clearly sitting out for ages. Why would anyone look at these and think "yes this is okay to give to someone" sad. I was really was craving the fries in particular. I'll change my review if I can get fresh fries.

This establishment has gone down hill!!!! I spent $30 for 3 meals(1 a kids meal) which was fine! But this is fast food, I waited for 15 minutes in the drive thru! There was a total of 4 customers before me. And when I pulled up my bags were waiting hanging open getting cold!! They reassured me they would be good!! Well imagine that! Used to be pretty good, a lot of little things added up to a bad experience recently.

I decided to try the new Whopper Melt they were advertising on their big Burger King sign. The sandwich came with the right ingredients inside but the wrong bun. We used a deal on the app that clearly said we could get a free Original Chicken Sandwich with a $3 purchase but was told the deal doesn’t work for the OCS. The bun of the Chicken sandwich we did get was a little burnt and very very stale. Half the fries were hot, and half were cold. The pop was all ice and very little actual soda.

Very disappointed, we will be going to McDonald’s from now on.

Place an order in the app for Pick Up. It said that it would be ready at 1:04, so I arrived at 1pm in case they were quicker than expected. At 1:05 I went yo the doors thinking that maybe I was supposed to go into the vestibule, but the doors were locked. I waited until 1:10 and reluctantly joined the ridiculously long drive thru line, which was the reason I ordered for "Pick Up".
When I finally got to the window at 1:21, I asked the manager if they didn't ACTUALLY do pick up and he replied "no". I suggested that they should remove it from their app as an option to avoid having people sit out there waiting for nothing to happen. He didn't respond in any way so I told him that I was parked out front waiting for my order for quite a while, to which he shrugged his shoulders, raised his hands, and walked away.
All in all it wasn't a huge deal. It was his lack of concern that was most upsetting. He wasn't a young kid, which would almost be understandable, but a man in his mid 40s to 50s...my age. From the customer service generation...
Somebody may make the same mistake and end up missing their lunch or dinner because they're on a 30 minute break...
Fix this BK. And fix the blue shirt manager at VanRoy Rd in Appleton.

My husband went through the drive thru on Saturday, July 4th to pick up 4 shakes for our grandkids. There was one car behind him. No dine-in service. He realized, after given the first 2 shakes, that he only had 2 cupholders. He asked the young lady at the window if he could have a holder for the shakes. She rudely said she didn't know where they were...and had other customers to take care of and didn't have the time to look for one.
