Went tonight October 12th 2025 after coming back this way from Appleton.
Ordered in app, went in to use the restroom and collect my order. Restroom was overall pretty clean.
At the counter I was handed my bags and told to have a good night...I had to ask for the drinks I had ordered. Then I quickly went through my bags at the counter and realized I was shorted my chicken fries, no biggie I was still standing at the counter. Got out to the car to deliver food to the family and realized they forgot the apple juice in my kids meal, too.
The counter staff was friendly, but unfortunately I don't feel that in one order we should have had that many issues with missing items.
Food was still good, not really fresh. Next time I think we will hit the Kwik Trip next door.

The absolute worst burgerking ever . They served frys from a cold pan in the warmer so they can leave early so my food not only was cold it was nasty no flavor nothing i would have been better to eat gum out of an ashtry then the place is so filthy it should be shut down enough is enough if they cant do a simple job fire them gezzzz its simple to cook pre made crap but only professionals can permanently screw up .

Waited 20 minutes to have someone take our order. The staff definitely seemed like customers were not the priority. It took almost just as long to get the food as well. The inside was filthy, there was no ketchup or napkins available to help yourself too. You had to as the staff, and they really made that seem to be an inconvenience to them.

Extremely unsanitary experience. The employee preparing food was not wearing gloves or using tongs, and I personally saw him scratch his head and then scratch around his bare waistline before going straight back to handling buns and ingredients with his bare hands. He never washed his hands.
This is a serious health code violation and completely unacceptable for any restaurant. I will not be returning, and management needs to take food safety far more seriously.
Also my whopper was cold and tastes off. Just avoid this location. There's a Kwik trip in the same Parking lot and they have way better food off their hot spot.

For being the only fast-food joint for miles in the area, they do an alright job. Most people only review to complain, so I hope this helps provide an honest review. Bathrooms were clean, a lady was wiping down tables in the dining room, but there wasn’t any music playing. The self-serve soda machine was out of a few soda options, there weren’t any M soda lids, and the ketchup/napkin counter was quite a mess. I take it this might’ve been from a busy lunch rush—as a former food-service worker myself l get it, but definitely could’ve used attention. Service at the counter was okay, again, rush after a holiday weekend isn’t fun for anyone. In the end, our order was correct, the food was hot, and we had a clean place to sit and eat before we hit the road again. Thanks BK Bonduel!

I ordered on the app today 5/27/25 at 6:25 pm and when I went through the drive thru to pick up my order the employee told me that the machine for the frozen strawberry & Nerds drink wasn’t working and they also didn’t make cookies today. This is at least the third time I’ve used the app or gone through the drive thru at this location over the last 3 months to be told the machine isn’t working. No offer of a coupon to reimburse me for the items I paid for but didn’t receive. Stay away!!

My last experience dining in wasn't good. I waited at the register for about 5 minutes before 2 employees casually wandered out of the office. The cashier wasn't friendly, walked away without saying anything while I was paying via credit card, & never returned. My burgers were prepared fresh by microwave oven. Apparently flame-broiling is a thing of the past. The soda & napkin area was unkept and dirty.

I would like to say, this was the worst experience I have ever had at this burger king. (I was a previous employee there and I left due to poor management)
This morning my family and I went through the drive-thru for breakfast. We were the ONLY car. She took forever with our food. Way longer than normal, especially since she was always on our butts about drive-thru times. Along with that our hash browns were ICE COLD, and the sandwiches? Crushed. As if they were purposely squashed down or squeezed in hand. Sloppy. Unwrapped. She had a poor attitude the entire time, which made me feel like all of this was done with intent, since I had quit due to poor management.
The manager I am referring to is Christine, or "Chrissy". She is the general manager. She is the one who took our order and gave us this very poor experience, and I would expect more from someone in that position to be more professional. There's just no need for any of this in my opinion. I understand people have bad days.. but purposely spreading negativity towards someone. It's just sad. I would just appreciate if this wouldn't happen again, or to anyone else for that matter.

Only 2 people working. The guy cooking ignored us standing at the counter. We had to call out to get service. He would not get someone to help us. Not very friendly. Back line, even managers dissappear during lunch rush when there's food to be made, then complain about drive thru times being to high. They leave new staff up front alone, even when it's busy, to fend for themselves, even knowing they've been and are still sick. No one answers the phone when it rings, even when the managers are sitting in the office next to the phone. If they see you are competent and self motivated, they leave things for you to do and or ask you to help them out so they can do nothing. The store manager mocks customers that come back through complaining about their items being cold! The store manager will also have the current employees take the surveys to help boost their reviews since they have so many bad ones! Example, Emma Rose is one of the managers! Who has their employees take customer surveys to boost scores? People that lack the motivation to do and be better in their business. I have nothing good to say about this place.

We ordered 2 whopper Jrs with cheese and an 8pc nuggets and was charged $15 n some change smh the we had to ASK FOR A RECEIPT and looked at it because that price just made no sense so we told the cashier and she had the nerve to say "WELL U DID ORDER CHEESE!" my husband was like WELL DAMN HOW MUCH IS THE CHEESE lol so instead of saying hold on or anything for that matter, she walked away and another lady came to the window just looking at us and my husband told her we were charged too much and he explained to her how so not bothering TO APOLOGIZE for the mistake she just walked away and brought us our $4 n change that we were OVER CHARGED then she closed the window!! I've repeatedly given this BK a chance thinking I just catch it on an off day. I spent about 25 mins in the drive up 5 of which was at the screen to order and I had to prompt them to even get their attention. It was always so convenient to just stop here but never again. Unless you are about to eat your own arm or your children don't even bother.

Stopped here for lunch while traveling. We ordered two fiery chicken burgers. Disappointed that each were missing some key ingredients, like the cheese and bacon which are shown in the pictures. Picture also shows two tomatoes but only had one tomato (not as big of a deal).
No issue with the service though because our orders were taken right away. However, most likely won't stop here again due to poorly made food, and based on all the other reviews with similar cases.

This location lacks management skills, customer service skills, and food safety training. I placed an order on the app I got there to find the person prepping the burger handling ingredients (cheese, bread lettuce, tomatos, etc) with her bare hands and wiping them on her pants Then she comes over to tell me my order isn't going to be made because they ran out of the ingredients. I was told to pick something else, so I did, and she replied she could do that it had to be one of the sandwiches I ordered in a different flavor. I said that wouldn't work, but I'd settle for a whopper again said no. So I decided nevermind after what I witnessed and the attitude just refund me my money. Nope, you'll have to go on the app for a refund. It's not her problem. Then she said next time come in and place the order you can leave now was her response. When I asked for a manager, she said it was her and proceeded to ignore me. I put in a complaint on the survey and got a generic response back. Needless to say, although it's on my way during my daily commute, I will never stop there again.

Stopped at 715 am and the doors are locked. This isn’t the first time this has happened. This is a location that shares the lot with a truck stop. Us semi drivers can’t go through the drive thru! I don’t care about being able to eat inside but I’d sure like to be able to place a to go order. It really sucks walking all the way around the building every time to find the doors unlocked.

Consistently disappointing. I stop here three mornings a week because it’s the only place between Bonduel and Green Bay that sells decent coffee. I’m lucky if someone even answers the drive through. I’m there far after open and can see employees inside but nobody ever shows up to take my order even after 10 minutes. If I do get someone, I get “Just so you know it’s going to be a 30 min wait, is that okay?” Obviously that’s not an option. I don’t know why I even try anymore.

I don't where to begin... doors we're locked to the lobby area at not even 4p... so I pulled into the drive thru... two cars ahead of me one which pulled out from a front of store parking spot guessing that they discovered that the doors were locked too... after waiting for the first car I was curious if the store was even open... the first car finally rolled up to the window and when it was my turn I ordered my food... well to my surprise the fries were the only thing remotely hot... sandwich was not even barely lukewarm... while waiting in the line for food I noticed that there was an employee in the dining area cleaning tables... why I'm not sure as they should have been in the back making food or helping w something... sharing a lot w a Truckstop gas station they need to step it up a little or there will be a vacant building before to long...

The General manager at this location should not be in the position she is, she ignored me multiple times and when I did talk to her she left the entire store without saying anything! A lot of the employees I’ve talked to say the received little to no training at this location! The wait is LONG and I mean long even when no one else is there it will take way longer than it should. If I were you and wanted Burger King I would take the extra drive to Shawano or even Green Bay!

Horrible experience! When we walked into this burger King, there was already a line of people waiting to get their order taken. After the line grew a little bit more, someone finally showed up to take orders. After all that we waited over 15 minutes to get our food. But not before watching 75% of our order sit under a heat lamp while they work on drive-through orders before finally completing our order. At this point, I am getting upset, and when I complained, the worker was very rude. Not only will I never come to this store I am debating on crossing burger King off all together. There are to many choices in restaurants to deal with such unprofessionalism.

One of the best Burger Kings around! Staff is always very friendly and kind! I am immediately greeted upon walking through the door. They are always very polite and respectful. The food has always been fresh, fast, and hot every time i’ve visited. The lobby is cleaned neatly, and stocked well. The employees are always wearing gloves and very sanitary. Every time I come here everyone is so nice and happy, and not in an overly forced way. Doesn’t matter if it’s breakfast, lunch, or dinner time, everyone is nice and happy. Service is always quick, order has never been messed up, and it always tastes good.

Drive thru order was wrong. Went in to have it corrected and not one word was said to me. Not even I'm sorry let me fix that for you. Manager in the back walking back and fourth laughing n playing on her phone after the employee had to ask her how to correct the order. I've been a manager. Go make sure your customer is taken care of! Said there is no more customer service in this world!

Ordered today and the person in the drive thru was great made one mistake we ordered 3 meals, 2 had cokes one had a sprite. We ended up with 2 spites one coke. Not a big deal but we end up with no straws. So i go to the main doors and they are locked so i knock on them. 2 people see me and quickly disappear out of sight. So i walk around to the back and knock on the door. Noone answers, so i knock again finally someone comes to the door i said hey they forgot to give us straws, i will need 3 so the kid (maybe 19yrs old) goes are you serious! I stated yes i will need them. So he gives a big sigh comes back and gives me 7 straws and proceeds to tell me to go though the drive thru next time! So inconsiderate and all the employees need a lesson in customer service.

Cheese is never melted on your sandwich, fries are never fresh even if you ask, you can tell they redip old fries to heat them up as they are rubbery. Anything over 4 items and expect to miss be missing food. I live close by and when I decide to go here it always a regret, very unfortunate

Food was hot and great but the soda on the hand needs to fixed poor girl gave me 2 different cups of dr pepper both tasted disgusting than a sprite also tasted disgusting ended up just throwing away! This is not the first time even advise they needed to be changed which she was well aware one really needed to be change and the other should be good which i tasted them both, all 3 need to be changed or the soda lines need to be cleaned properly before given them to paying customers!!

We ordered 3 number 9’s spicy. We opened our chicken sandwiches and all were not spicy and had a different sauce on them. We called while still outside and asked for new ones. They refused and said they will give us some sauce to put on them. We told them we didn’t want spicy and the regular sauce on them, just the spicy. They then told us if we had ordered correctly we would’ve received the correct food since the number 9 is not spicy. I then took a picture of their board, and yes you can order the deluxe spicy as we have at other locations. We will never stop by this one again. Worst customer service when it comes to correcting their mistake and telling me we didn’t order it correctly!!!!!!

3rd time we've caught them closing early. This time another truck was in front of us, it's 6 minutes until close. We see the workers look out the window at our little line, turn around and walk away, and a moment later the drive through lights shut off that light the way out. No one spoke through and said they were closing..just left us sitting in the dark. That's just rude.
