One of my favorites is the fish. They’re not as big as they used to be, but they’re still much better tasting than McDonald’s. They are still called the big fish so don’t let that deceive you .

The restaurant has very easy access from off of the highway. It’s the first restaurant you’ll see it on the right. Getting back to the highway is also easy with the roundabouts, but if you’re going south, you should be in the right lane instead of the left lane.

The manager, Lamont was extremely rude and would not help me. I went to the drive thru with a coupon but the code was torn off. He told me there was nothing he could do without a code. I insisted he had to have an ad inside or knew the code due to people using the coupon. He walked away from the order taking and refused to answer me. I got up to the window and he again refused and said there was nothing he could do. I asked him where their inhouse ad was or if anyone else knew the code. He said nope and refused to help me. He was a total jerk the whole time and behaved as though I was the dirt on his shoe. I was very angry and went inside not knowing he was the manager. A female employee by the name of JoJo heard the whole dispute. She looked for the ad and I don't know whether she found it or not but she honored my coupon and was very kind. Lamont came over and asked me if I wanted his name so I could report him as I told him I was going to. I was astounded at how rude he was being a manager. Please make JoJo the manager. She was very kind, no questions asked and filled my order. Thank you JoJo. I have the utmost respect for you.

Went in today around 4 pm witch is the starting time of any dinner, rush so tell me way the manager would send a employee to the bank with all the change money so when I went in to order I make my order well over $35 and they couldn’t make change for a $100 bill now yes I understand all places take $100 dollar bills but it’s all I had and they have it posted on the building if that’s the case witch it wasn’t posted the worse part it she wonted to be rude about it like I can’t help what I have for money you could have asked me to go get change instead of being rude and auguring with me now remember the customer is always right and yes it was really stupid of her to send her employee to the bank with all their money at the start of the dinner rush

Sept 4th 930am Drive Through - Breakfast burritos were folded rather than rolled but food was good once we re-rolled our burritos. BUT the young lady at the drive through was extremely nasty! When I asked for salsa she literally rolled her head back and did a little stomp, then slowly proceeded to retrieve some salsa. Once she handed it to me I said “I appreciate it , I hope you have a good day” realizing she was not having a good day. She responded with ignoring me and then slamming the drive through window. Her body language and facial expressions were over the top rude. This girl SHOULD NOT be anywhere near a customer facing position! I wanted to do the BK Experience but the receipt ink is so bad I cannot make out anything on it. Normally I am pretty easy going and try to be understanding of someone having a bad day but I felt the need to share this experience!

This bk consistently gets my order incorrect. Even when they repeat it back to me correctly. When confronted about the mistake no apology or effort at all. Always try to put it back on me lol. It seems most of the employees would struggle to tie their shoes correctly. UPDATE: I thought I would try it out a few more times, as I do like the food and am in the area often. What a complete failure. The first time I pulled in there were 4 or 5 other cars in the drive though. when enough cars behind me finally backed out, I backed out of line myself. this process took something like 30 mins...wonderful. I had a couple soso experiences after, but then again today. 25ish mins in line only a couple of cars. Girl who took my order was nice, but seemed to be struggling a bit. she did get my order correct on the screen, and repeated back to me. I eventually get the food, and of course its incorrect. I hand the food back, and nicely state the problem, somehow I must of ordered it wrong according to the manager that helped me. She reluctantly did get me the correct food several mins later. This is the same women that consistently try's to blame me when I have an issue. Its unbelievable she is running the show. I have worked on many different levels of management and customer service, including working fast food in my younger years. The only thing that should have came out of her mouth is- I AM VERY SORRY ABOUT THAT SIR , ILL GET IT FIXED RIGHT AWAY. .......How they stay in business is unbelievable.

I don't usually leave a review, but this is ridiculous. I'm currently in line and have been for at about 25min now. Started around 12:25pm and it's now 12:52pm. There is now way to just leave since the drive through is full and how it's set up. If I wanted to wait a while for food, I'd go to sit down/dine in restaurant. I see food inside just sitting under the heat on their rack and drinks lined up at the counter. Unsure why it's taking them long with things already made. Planning on my food being cold and soggy at this point. I like BK but definitely not coming here again.
Staff was okay ish but you could tell they didn't want to be there. My receipt they handed me when I finally got to the window at 12:56pm was unreadable due to what looked like low ink. They couldn't fix that. The female at the window was kind but had to ask what looked to be the manager about everything. The guy who looked to be the manager was very soft spoken on the order radio and was moving super slow in the store.
My food was cold and soggy and missing sauces and a kids treat apple sauce that I had to repeat a few times.

This place isn't terrible we went there got food fries where rubbery and stale went up and asked for new fries the dropped fresh fries but I could literally see the guy move the stale old fries to the side then serve them to a person in the drive threw and that guy came back around and asked for fresh fries as well like just throw them away!

She also was ķind enough she said if I had an extra minute to wait she'd like to drop Fresh fries. I'm Always willing to wait for Fresh Hot fries and Fresh Onion rings too. I do not normally leave bad reviews but I felt this visit needed one. I arrived in the Drive Up at 12:40 PM. The line was not long, I was third in line to order. I was handed my food at 1:09 PM, almost 30 minutes in line. The fries were cool and soggy, the chicken sandwich was cool. I picked up the sandwich and found that the bottom of the bottom bun was covered in Mayonnaise and now my hand was to. For some reason the Diet Coke tasted like cardboard. I attempted to reach out to BK Corporate but since my receipt is completely unreadable there is no way to do it through the normal channels. Your mileage may vary.

I have now been coming here a few times now over the past 6 months. I enjoy coming here. The structure that Lori sets and customer service that her team does is amazing. I was impressed when I seen how clean the store appeared. However, the customer service here SUCKS! How in all of gods green earth this Caucasian boy can't even speak his own language? Which is the English language. Also, his comprehensive skills is less desired. It's NO WAY he should be taking orders and expediting food. Put him on the burger board. Then the girl working the boards in the kitchen. If she couldn't wrap these sandwiches up no worse. OMG! But I just know it's not your store. It's a green bay and surrounding areas thing. I'm suffering the same type of service at other food establishments as well except for a lil hole in the wall mexican place I found last month and another restaurant at a Truck stop. Which, these places are primarily run by some Latinos. The ONLY TWO places I will dine at in green bay from this day forward. Something is wrong with you people.

So I ordered two of the new royal crispy chicken sandwich meals and instead received a whopper and a normal crispy chicken. I got home and realized it was the wrong food, so naturally I called and the lady on the phone answered and was super rude about me asking if I can get what I ordered. She said the order that you got is what you ordered. She can give me a refund, if I bring the sandwichs back. but I have to reordering pay full price for my original order, which is terrible customer service because they gave me the wrong order and told me that I ordered it wrong. Instead of trying to make the customer happy they have made me very upset. I really love burger king but this one has been getting my order wrong, way to often and not even making an effort to make it right. The phone call ended by the lady hanging the phone up on me after yelling at me that if I want my order I have to come back and pay full price, didn't even answer anymore of my questions, just hung up mid question about asking if i can come at anothertime as i have already got home and settled for the night! Rude! I would not recommend anyone to eat from this bk ever! As they are rude and make no effort to be a good customer service fast food restaurant

I have come to this Burger King a number of times and every time I have, I have been met with nothing but exceptional service and happy faces the most recent time I came through at 10:45 (they close at 11) and I insisted on parting from the establishment once I had learned that we were of close proximity to their closing time yet they still graciously offered to make me food. I highly recommend anyone who is looking for quality food and a great atmosphere. Six stars if I could 👌

Not even sure I would give a one star. Pulled up to the drive thru, waited like 5 minutes before someone even came on the speaker. I then asked a question about what a rodeo burger was, the girl disappeared, then waited about another 3 min a guy finally came on and told me what it was, I said ok I don’t want that, then proceeded to tell them my order, didn’t hear anything back. Waited about another 5 min the girl came back and she started to tell me again what the rodeo burger was I said I already know what it is that isn’t what I want then told her my order, no answer. Finally a guy reappeared and asked me if anyone had taken my order I said no I have said it twice already with no response, he says I’m sorry go ahead, so he finally took my order. Got to the window, got my food which was shocked it was right, but didn’t give me a straw for my drink. I asked for one but the girl (I say girl, she was probably only like 15 at most) continued to close the window on me.

Horrible.. I got soggy chicken nuggets that weren't fully cooked.. messed up my wife's order putting cheese on a whopper.. neither of us could eat our meals since I was already downtown GB when u noticed their mess up!!! Perhaps drug test your current employees I see alot of recent negative reviews due to mistakes!!

Just being honest, can not stand this Burger King. It's a shot in the dark if they will get my order right. One time ordered double cheese burger, got a double hamburger. Another time one messed up the happy meals. Another time didn't receive my whopper at all. I get that this happens everywhere but more often has this happened here to me than anywhere else. Got sick from their food once. It's deceiving too because the place itself is very clean and nice looking. But service and food itself, awful. I drive farther to Lombardi Ave to avoid this burger king.

I was scalded by hot coffee here back on September 13th, 2020. I was given a soda lid on a hot coffee cup so the lid warped and I had coffee dumped in my lap in the drive thru window that left burns. I emailed with concerned over procedures, genuinely just wanting to get this addressed. I still, months later, have no response.
If it happens to you, sue them. The owner here obviously doesn't care about these issues.

The drive thru service was excellent except I was called a sir. The window service was excellent.when the person seen I was a female he turned red and apologized a lot, then gave me my order. The only issue had is I break out in a rash that looks like the measles when strawberries and soy are ingested. Went back to window to tell them they needed to tell people soy was in or the burger because I broke out really bad it meant the whole burger was soy. They did not reveal soy was in there. You guys if your allergic to food ASK first before you order so you stay healthy.

Went thru at about 2 thirty nit very busy could tell my chicken sandwich wasn't fresh and had been sitting by how it tasted same with my onion rings that never would have been accepted as quailty food for a customer when I worked for burger king years ago

Came to the drive-thru.... The employee tried to tell me they didn't have what I was reading off of the menu. I had to explain to him exactly what I was reading. I finally pulled through and they didn't give us half of our order. I pulled back around and waited in line, got to the speaker and tried to explain to them what was missing and they slowly listened and said pull to the window. I waited in line again and finally got to the window. The employee was confused as I tried to explain again what items were missing. Then a female employee came and I explained to her several times what was missing. She tried to charge me again. I showed her my receipt. She then asked again what was missing and I explained Again. She came back with 2 double cheeseburgers (1 Jr King MEAL was missing). Still missing was 2 Apple juices and 2 fries. Then she brought out 2 chicken sandwiches which were incorrect. I showed her the sandwiches and she just closed the window. She then came back and told me I would have to drive back around and re-order. I told her no, I just wanted the food I ordered. Still missing were 2 orders of small fires, 2 orders of fries for the kids meals, and 2 apple juices. The 2 chicken sandwiches she gave me were not what we ordered. She just closed the window and talked on her phone. A couple minutes later 2 police cars showed up and asked me to park by them. I explained to the officer what was missing and he understood it immediately. He asked for my receipt and went inside in an attempt to have them give me my correct order. They refused, so I asked the officer if they could just refund my money. They also refused to do that. The officer told me all I can do is call their corporate office or file a small claims in court. This Depere Burger King has brought me to the decision that I, nor my family, will never purchase Burger King food again. The most disgusting and terrible experience I've ever had was at this place.

Sad they can't get an order correct.
Ordered 2 chocolate shakes got 2 strawberries. Chicken sandwiches looked lime they were thrown together. Mayo all over wrapper. Fry boxes not put together fell apart in bag.
Next time will rethink stopping there.

Went here july 3rd @ 8pm. Ordered 2 whoppers,fries, drink meal's ,gave then my $35 gift card, which i only used once, sane location 2 weeksago, they trited5 times, but catered said invalid! Gave the attendant my receipt which said i still have $13.56 left on my balances, i hadto pay with my own cash, card rejection..ps,fries,soggy, horrible..not happy at
all.
