The nuggets were very old. I know the nuggets must have been like 2 hours old. The whopper wasn't any different. My chicken sandwich was fresh so at least that was nice. The funny thing is that this review wont matter because the District Manager will send an email saying " We need to follow Chef" when a program like chef doesn't work well in the first place. Also the stupid demand on window times is the real problem. Other fast food companies don't even track window times anymore. Its not a productive metric. Its because Bk/Cave demands speedy window times that employees are forced to hold food way too long on slower days because to go "Cook to order" on a day where you may have 20 customers would make window times not within range. Its your fault Cave/BK not the employees you'll email about this.

HORRIBLE SERVICE!!! Went in with my granparents for a nice lunch, when my i went to order the manger told me to go back to my home town because I got confused because they were false advertising their food. Not to mention when I got my food ( chicken fries) the meat was uncooked and got me sick.

Is it a requirement for your employees to be rude for no reason.? Whoever works your drive thru is a real piece of work. Huffing and puffing at me because SHE misspoke. Wasn't even a big deal to me until she kept pushing about it and I couldn't even get the rest of my order in, so I left. Elkhorn burger king for the win. 100% better and quicker than Delavan. Whoever is GM, DM and RGM of Delavan burger king, you need to do better.

Typical run-of-the-mill Burger King but this location is always extremely clean, extremely quick, extremely accurate, and has an amazing staff. I can’t seem to spend less than $50 at least when we come here and there is never anything missing always accounted for cooked hot and fresh and the staff is super friendly. It’s how everyone should run their companies and how every employee should act at whatever job you do. They make fast food great again!

On my birthday I went with me and my family to this burger king. The lady that took my order kept getting our order wrong and as I corrected her she responded with rude comments like, settle down! My wife looks at me and says what is her issue? Than the lady just sounded pissed the rest of the order! I go up to the window and no smile,no hello, other than a strong feeling i am being a burden to them! I had gone to the second window and told the lady how rude that interaction was, she apologized! I get my order and its missing a drink and hasbrowns. I go back to get them and the hasbrowns are ice cold!
I go back into burger king to get my money back. I Told them the hash browns were ice cold than that same lady said no there not! I told her to feel them and then she lied by saying they came right out of the fryer! I said no they were ice cold, I want my money back! She then said I AM NOT GIVNG YOU A REFUND! I said take the receipt and return my order! She said step aside I have customers, i told her again take the receipt and return my order! She aggressively rips the receipt out of my hand and says it won't get returned for 3 days! I asked the other lady who was much nicer where is the manager she said that was her! I could not believe what i am hearing! I said I'll call in when she is not here! The lady agreed with me! That nice older lady seemed terrified of that manger and I can see why because I felt threatened that entire interaction!!! Today is my birthday and burger really made me feel sick to my stomach from all the threats, stress, and horrible customer service.

Seriously visited my local Delavan burger King for the 4th try today I couldn't make this up if I tried can a manager please contact me wow!
No manager contacted me back either 4 burgers paid extra for bacon, got bacon literally on one sandwich as I opened them all at window, someone fix this restaurant burger King is good, everyone I work with says too it sucks, no customers even there at all, and yet can't make orders right times 4

Just got a Whopper Jr and large fries. The fries had so much salt on them, I couldn't eat them. My husband loves salt, he couldn't eat them. If it hadn't been for that, I would give you 5 stars. Very polite young man at drive through.

Surprise surprise, all the terrible reviews are true true true!! I’ve only just started writing reviews but i would’ve never forgotten to add this horrible experience.
My boyfriend and I came here for dinner one night a few months ago. We pulled into the drive thru where we were immediately met with someone saying “we’ll be right with you.” Ok. Sounds good. And I kid you not the SECOND it hit closing time (about 10 minutes later), the same person comes back on and says “sorry we’re closed.” We did not come a minute before close let alone 5 minutes. Treat your customers with respect and don’t create this horrid reputation for yourselves. All of the terrible reviews are well deserved.
And I do understand most places start cleaning equipment before close so they can’t make food, but just say that. I would’ve been way more understanding rather than them wasting my time!

Was skeptical from reading the reviews, but we had gassed up at Fleet Farm, were hungry for something hot, and flame broiled Whoppers sounded good. We took the risk and were satisfied. Both drive through lanes were open but there was only one other vehicle. Service was prompt and courteous. Burgers were hot, as ordered, and tasted good.

Our visit on 5/31/2022 was exceptional. We pulled up towing a camper and therefore could not go through the drive-up window. Tried going in but found the door locked because they are having so much difficulty staffing sufficiently to keep the dinning room open as well as the drive up. Manger, Ken, happened to see the camper and came to the door to let us in. Food was good but the service and customer care was exceptional. Had a wonderful experience. Thanks to the team in Delavan.

Stopped on Monday April 25th around 7 pm. Ordered 2 sandwiches. A few seconds after I paid the line cook came to the window and told me “I have two patties but I’d rather cook you fresh ones, you mind waiting a minute?” I told him I absolutely did not mind and enjoyed some of the best BK I’ve had in a long time after a minuscule wait. I should’ve gotten his name but I appreciate the professionalism!

All reviews matter....and the reviews for this burger king are correct....This burger King is awful we came here ordered 2 meals and the 2 for 5 even after reading the reviews to try and give them a chance. We asked them to freshly drop everything. We get to the window pay and 1 minute later we get our food handed to us and of course it's cold... we asked for only cheese on our fish and it had tartar sauce on the sandwich. They had not even one car in the drive thru their lobby is closed so how can they not have time to freshly drop food....when we asked for our refund the manager didn't even know how to do a refund he had to call his boss to tell him how that took over 10 minutes...very sad.

After months, their door is still locked. This means they are drive-thru only. A brand new building with 2 drive-thru lanes and they block one off?
I've also watched an employee/manager legit yell at a guy for stepping over the covid line....
So I put in a mobile order for 2 Ch'King sandwiches waited about 15 minutes for the line got to the window just for them to tell me they only had two people working and apparently their chicken station wasn't set up. No course of action for a refund instead I had to walk away with two Whoppers... This location really shouldn't even be open I would definitely aim to go elsewhere

I'd say considering the staffing shortage they're facing (they've posted this message in several places around the establishment), they're doing a pretty good job. The food was fresh and hot, and service was fast. Only issue was that a few items in the menu were not available (like the chicken sandwich, which really should not be sold out considering how popular these are in general right now).

This burger king is SLOW. No matter time of day, doesn't matter if there's a line, or if your the only person there. It always takes FOREVER. And the staff are generally unfriendly and unapologetic, except for one of the younger gentlemen who's there.

Service is slow, The BK sandwich doesn't taste as good as it did when they opened, they have yet to get both ordering screens to work, and they do NOT accept senior discounts! They also offer you to participate in a survey but won't give you a receipt unless you ask for one when ordering. This is run just as bad as McDonalds. The gal on the order taker is snippy and rude!

Just ordered in the drive thru. I ordered the original chicken sandwich but got an entirely different chicken sandwich also whoever placed my ordered didn't ask what I wanted to drink and just gave me a coke.

Horribly uncomfortable. went there a few months back and the manager gave us a whole free meal. okay cool but a little weird. He then continues to try and make conversation with me and my mom. Keep in mind that I am a 17 year old female who has had her share with plenty of creepy dudes but even AFTER I told him how old I was he proceeded to ask me if i had a boyfriend. That’s just way to far especially when he is clearly an adult trying to come after a minor. Just gross and weird.

Absolutely unacceptable service. I pulled up and they ignored me. Finally at 7:58am they said they didn’t open until 8 (which is fine). At 8:07 she finally took my order, with attitude. Four people are working and I sat for that long. They also didn’t have half of what I asked for ready. I also had to repeat my order three times.
I opened the bag and They royally messed up the order, on top of it.

The manager girl that took our order on Sunday April 5 at 6:30 was NOT friendly!!! She seemed irritated when we wanted our meals made med not sm!! Everyone say support local businesses but when they are rude it sure don’t make me want to come back!! Sad thing is that the food was good!

Took my wife here today. The customer service is horrible. They need constant reminding of what you ordered. Everyone we watched order food had all their orders messed up. You have to ask for a lid and straw even though they are stored under the drink machine. This will be the last time we visit this place. For anyone thinking of coming here save your time and money and go somewhere else. They need to find new management that are capable of doing their job. When the people who are in charge don't care why should anyone else. Also everyone else was in a hurry to leave and some people didn't finish their food because they hated the experience. The bathrooms are disgusting and they were out of toilet paper. Checking bathrooms is a sanitary matter and if they don't care about sanitation maybe the state can step in and show them how. One of the managers coughed on a customers order.
