I’m usually not the one to complain about food. But with the prices that these places are charging now in the economy that we’re in you gotta do better than this. Burger King. I pacifically asked for the chicken sandwich to be dropped fresh because I used to work in fast food and I know how they let the food sit out Well we got her two chicken sandwiches with cheese. They weren’t fresh as you can see by the picture. I know what fresh looks like cause it’s the only time I ask for it and I don’t regularly go to Burger King but we thought we’d treat ourselves. My wife ordered a large fry that was more like a small had more onion rings in it than fries. And it was dumped completely over in the bag ask for a mayonnaise packet no mayonnaise packet. And honestly, I could’ve went back in, but I just didn’t feel like dealing with it. But people should know don’t expect much from this Burger King. It wasn’t the first time this Burger King didn’t meet expectations, but it will be the last time.
My wife ate a little bit of the fries out of there before I took the picture but there wasn’t much more that she took out of there than what’s in that picture. So next time, if you decide to go to Burger King to treat yourself, don’t go to this location.

This place is unacceptable! For the past 3 times that we have gone to Burger King in Fort Atkinson there was an employee that has made comments about my family and how much of an inconvenience it is for him to have us there and making rude comments. He was talking like that to everyone who came in while we were there. The manager is absolutely useless and did nothing while the employee made all these comments. When my husband spoke up the manager told my husband he is not allowed to speak to the employee like that because he is a minor but the employee can say whatever he wants. The employee also plays rap music very loudly while you try to order your food and then they keep getting our orders wrong. We have had to go back every time to get our orders fixed. This is unacceptable for a restaurant to treat customers that way. We are spending money on this place and they seem to not need any money if this is how they treat their customers. We will not be going back ever again because we are too scared for what they might do to our food. This child should have been fired on the spot but he is still there working away driving away customers.

It's marginally better than the Canadian counterpart, at least it was hot when I received my meal but sadly also fallen so far from when BK was up near the top, it's okay but expensive for the quality that u get sadly. To me the cheese tastes extremely processed and ruins the entire burger once it starts to cool. Very mid, but have had worse.

Worst BK I've been to and pretty much the only one in this area which I get why. The food is terrible along with very poor service. Half the things we tried ordering they were "out" of. We waited in the drive thru for 20 minutes to get our food and an item was missing so had to go back in and wait another 10 to get it. All the people working there look like they're on something or just woke up. Our food tasted horrible and we ended up throwing out most of it. Everything is super overpriced for the terrible quality of food. I hadn't been to this location in a couple of years and wanted to give it another chance, but this experience just proved that nothing has improved, and I don't think it ever will. Do not go here!!!

I understand how hectic and tiring working in fast food can be but that is never a reason to be rude with costumers. I brought my special needs client in with me for dinner and the staff was very rude. When she asked question about the menu, the staff seemed as if they had better things to do. They were obviously annoyed by her confusion and gave her very short and irritated responses. Even when they messed up my clients order, the women in the back made it seem as if it was my client who was the one who ordered wrong when they were the ones who misheard her.

We had a nice lunch at this Burger King. The value meals are priced good for the food you get. The staff here was really good. I did talk to the manager concerning the music coming from the back, and they were very respectful and understood the concern. It was louder than the music in the dining area. The dining area and restrooms were pretty clean.

I ordered the new cotton candy freeze (and other items) and they told me it was still in the defrosting process and asked if they could get me anything else. Can't get orders correctly I ordered a bacon king burger and some how they got a regular bacon cheese burger out of that which is not what I wanted I also asked for no ice in my drink which they still put ice in, the fries weren't even fully warmed when I got them. If none of these employees can't understand simple directions and English maybe it's time to get a different job. How hard is it to make an order all you do is push buttons on the register and your cooks prep the food. Maybe it's time for some retraining, honestly wouldn't surprise me that the employees are under the influence of something while working

Well to start, don't buy from here. I came in with the Family, bought 2 Ultimate Platters and a kids breakfast meal. The Ultimate Platters should be renamed the ultimate disappointment because that's what I got. The picture shows a pile of bacon with the platter and we got was 1 and a half peices. Totally skimped. Second, I was double charged for coffee. Each platter comes with a coffee but was still charged two extra coffees. The cashier guy who took my order was nice. So no complaints there. The manager could be heard from sitting at the table making fun of people going through the drive-thru. But overall super dissatisfied and disappointed, Burger King had always been a favorite of my mine. But today was not a great comeback.

I think I have been experiencing food poisoning after eating here have a jalapeños popper x2 and wopper. Just nasty made all around but was really hungry. I went to sleep and got awoken by my stomach feeling like I was going to explode.
