If I can I will post a picture. But this is getting ridiculous. I don't know if this is every Burger King, but I assume so. You've lost our family as a customer regardless. Seems like all these places are getting more and more expensive with cheaper and cheaper food. I spent over $10 on the new BLT Frisco Burger and got something that you probably don't need a detailed explanation of. It's flat, soggy, soggy veggies, 2 strips of bacon flavor chewy rubber not the load it is advertised with... I will try to post a picture. But this has been the regular result for several months now. We honestly rarely patronize any fast food restaurants because we teach our children this kind of food is a special treat, not for regular meals. But the food we order is more expensive than taking our family of 6 out to a sit down fresh foods restaurant, and the food we buy as a special treat is getting more and more generic and honestly just plain pathetic.

How are you going to make a big deal charging someone 30 cents for sauce, then not giving me the sauce. They almost never get my orders right and there's a big additude problem with a few of the workers there consistently. I have not been to Burger King in at least 15 yrs now I know why ! I attempted to place an order in the drive thru for a Texas whopper meal . I have no idea what’s in it compared to anything else on the menu ! Jesse took my order today at the Green Bay Military Ave location about 3 pm . He was EXTREMELY CONDESCENDING and RUDE AS HELL!!! Talked fast and Over Me ! Would not let me answer his Insulting questions before ( assuming i should have known the answers already !) I’ve NEVER been treated so badly at an establishment as this punk kid did today !!! I pulled up to the window and asked Who took my order ? He responded “ Jesse” I Drove Away !
I will NEVER EVER consider a Burger King option for food going forward !

Military Av. Green bay Location, Who ever trained the afternoon crew how to make All Whoppers and other sandwiches needs to be retrained. I worked At Bk and sandwiches are not made correctly and sloppy. Taste old not fresh. Missing cheese on bk burgers with cheese multiple time we have stopped at this location. Also exbiditer needs to recheck orders . I have missed different items multiple time we have tried this store. Think the store needs to be retrained and take pride in job done.

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. My wife placed an order on the Burger King app, scheduling it for pickup an hour later. The app, in all its glitchy incompetence, marked the order as 'completed' TWO MINUTES before she even placed it. She immediately called to correct the issue, and that’s where things went from bad to downright pathetic.
Whoever answered the phone sounded like they barely had two brain cells to rub together, and in the background, some woman was yelling that the food was already made. ALREADY MADE—an entire hour before pickup. Common sense, apparently, doesn’t exist at this location. My wife, unlike me, doesn’t do confrontation, so instead of demanding fresh food like any paying customer should, she just accepted their garbage service and picked up a cold, soggy, hour-old meal.
This place doesn’t even deserve one star. I get that good help is hard to find these days, but acceptable help shouldn’t be this rare. The sheer incompetence at this Burger King makes every other fast food joint in the area look like fine dining. It’s no wonder Burger King has been closing locations left and right—this is a prime example of why they’re circling the drain.
If corporate has any interest in salvaging what's left of this sinking ship, they’d better start at this disgrace of a restaurant. But judging by the state of things, it’s probably too late.
And the best part? I went to leave this review on their website and saw at least ten other people complaining about the exact same thing. So it’s not a one-time mistake—this store is just flat-out garbage. It’s no wonder Burger King has been shutting down locations left and right. If this level of zero-effort service is the standard, they won’t last much longer. Corporate, if you're reading this, shut this place down or clean house because it’s beyond saving.

Placed an order on the app. App said it would be prepared when I arrived. It was prepared immediately. When I arrived to check in, my food was behind the counter. Cold. Everything just felt cold and old. Nuggets and fries looked old. Burgers were cold. Wraps were soggy. The entire family was disgusted. Nobody ate their food.
I contacted customer service as I felt robbed and wanted some retribution. Lunch was 30 dollars for the family and nobody ate. Customer service was no help other than offering a gift card for half of what I spent.
If the app said my food would be prepared immediately. I would have waited to place my order. It didn't. It said it would be prepped when I checked in. That is the cause for my crap meal. And resulted in crap food.
I declined the gift card. Money well spent to never go back to that burger King again.

Placed an order on the app when i went to pick it up and drive back home. I found that my sandwich was not made correctly.
I paid for the breakfast meal, and breakfast was over. When i called they didnt offer to fix anything, i had to ask if they could take my name down so i can come back at a later time to pick up a new meal, since that was what i ordered.
They told me i should've called sooner and that they would only replace the sandwich, so i have to pay for the drink and potato rounds. They messed up the order that had a meal on it but refused to replace the meal they incorrectly made.
I shouldn't have to pay for the rest of a meal, and i shouldn't be told, i should've called sooner when i called when i found out it was made wrong.
Maybe make the sandwhich correctly or be considerate when you make a mistake.
Companies are trying every which way to make you spend more by giving you the wrong order only to offer a sandwhich as a replacement.
Edit: When i tried to redeem my order, they gave me the smallest size when it was supposed to be a medium and threatened me when i tried to complain. Worst place to go. Would give 0 stars if able. Theres a manager there with stars all over their face as tattoos with a very bad attitude.
This location is horrible and is now under investigation. I even have an email confirming it, along with it saying it's being escalated to the higher-ups. This is a HUGE message to rethink going to this location.
The owner here calls himself Jessie. He helped me during the second time i went through with a mistake but decided to insult and threaten me when they messed up again.
If you really want to go to BK, go to the one east of this place. You'll get way better service that also faster.

This is literally the worst BK we've ever been to. Three times in a row, they've messed up our order (sausage, egg, and cheese biscuit without an egg; giving us a Texas burger instead of a Whopper; and giving us a small meal instead of a large), and when we've called to complain, the woman with the stars on her face is extremely rude and won't replace the items. We had to speak to Jessie to get it taken care of properly, and he overrode her decision, but when my daughter went today to redeem the free breakfast meal, she pulled a fast one and gave us a small instead of the large it was supposed to be. They also gave us a Coke and a Dr. Pepper and then tried to say they gave us two Dr. Peppers. My daughter told them they both taste differently, so it needed to be redone, and only then did they give us the proper soda. When she got home was when we found out that they gave us a small meal instead of the large, so my daughter called to complain again. She was very upset about it because this is the third time in a row that our order has been messed up, and the assistant manager was once again extremely rude about it. Then a man came on the phone, laughed at my daughter, started insulting her, refused to provide his name, and then threatened her. He hung up on her twice. We have spent so much money at this BK in the past two years because their breakfast is one of our favorites, and we used to go almost daily, but we will go hungry before we eat here again.

I go to this specific location all the time. I also generally get the same thing every time. The Texas double whooper is hands down the best. Needless to say I know what comes on it. I don't prefer the mustard and so I sub ketchup every time. Every since they hired this punk the energy is off. So I try to go when he isn't there.
Well tonight I wasn't so lucky. Of course he is there and he hates his job and you can tell. I order the usual and he proceeded to tell me that the Texas comes with ketchup and so he wouldn't add ketchup for the guys in the back would see that I want ketchup instead. At the same time he marks no mustard which is correct. He don't even know how to do his job lol. I wonder if his coworkers even like him. I'm telling you he is miserable.
When I get to the window I patiently wait for my food. As soon as I get it, I immediately check to see if it has ketchup. It doesn't. So I asked one of his coworkers to please add ketchup and they do so without hesitation. The guy who rang my order in then comes to the window and then says it doesn't come with ketchup but mustard instead. I was like yeah I know I was telling you that when I ordered.

I came in after a cross country meet and wanted to treat my son who ran, he LOVES Burger King! It took 40 minutes to get our food! And to top it off, we didn't get his special request for the fiery mozzarella sticks! The drive thru was full when we pulled up so we decided to do dine in, big mistake! We seen car after car go thru, dine in orders before and after ours get their food. I went up to the counter after 15 minutes, because it did look a little hectic in the back area with the 3 workers they had. The guy who took our order, apologized and said the drive thru was crazy and they were trying to catch up. After 35 minutes I went up to the counter again. They looked at my receipt and finally started working on my order. Filled up the bag and handed it over. I was so over it. I briefly glanced in and checked, noticed there was chicken fries in there and not the fiery mozzarella sticks my son ordered. I just wanted to get the hell out of there at this point. Sure enough we got outside to double check again, it was also missing 2 of the burgers I ordered, and they replaced those with a double bacon whopper(I assume it was) and a regular whopper. Never again will I come to this location!

I appreciate the clean dining room, something neglected by many. The food was hot and fresh. My only complaint from this visit is the same as the previous visit; the soda machine in the dining room is in need of service. The soda mix is off and some parts don't work at all. First I stood in the lobby waiting, just to be told the lobby is closed and they are not taking any orders. Then I got in the long drive thru and my chicken sandwich was not in the bag, so I had to go back and get in line and wait. So I ask if I can get a large fry for the inconvenience. I was laughed at and was told come on baby,if you want it you will have to get back in line. All this while another customer came in a bus and was turned around because the lobby was closed and he couldn't place an order by walking up the drive thru. Ps. While I'm sitting at the parking lot more customers are walking up and either leaving or getting back in their car for the drive thru.

Went through the drive through. First off we waited in line 20 minutes. Everyone gets busy whatever. We put in an online order and had another separate order for the other person in the car. When we got to the speaker we had to wait another couple minutes and they took our order. We pulled up to the window and they handed us our bag we looked and we were missing our bk crispy chicken sandwich. When we said something they said “we threw in an extra snack wrap” which wasn’t even comparable to an almost $9 crispy chicken sandwich so I asked for a burger instead. Do better. They didn’t even say anything about the replacement either. Just handed us our bag.

So I downloaded the app. And order BOGO free Whopper. I. Was struggling with the app the manger was hustling around busy. I told the manager the issue I was having with the app. She agreed with me that the app is horrible. I gave a number but the cashier needed another number but she nor I could figure it out. So I asked her can you put 2 in and ask the manager void one. I apologized for the inconvenience. The cashier called the manager over and told her the situation. The manager comes to me and says you have to figure that app out on your phone. I was taken back by the audacity speaking to a customer. Mind you I have been totally respectful and never raised my voice and even feeling bad and apologizing for the headache and holding up the cashier. The staff already made my order. As I was in disbelief of management attitude and demeanor, the manager asked me so you going to purchase the two Whopper's or not? At this point I was so upset I politely said no, mam. She was like psst whatever, just walked away from the counter. I walked out thinking never again. I have always been a die hard Whopper man. Never again, the company lost a customer for life. If companies expect customers to act right and restrict the attitude at the door and show employees respect. Well the same goes for employees especially morning shift manager. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO EAT AT!

The manager had his hair picked out...really! Wear was the hair net or hat....nope none. Worse service ever!! I had a Uber eats pickup at 10:30 pm and the store supposed to be closed at 11:00 pm but it was already closed when I’ve arrived. Why don’t you just permanently shutdown when you don’t have any business tho I haven’t seen your restaurant gets busy at all.

Haven't been to Burger King in a long time. So I went. Gross! Before ordering I used rest room, filthy disgusting. Then I ordered a Whopper meal. Fries and soda was fine, the Whopper was gross, bun was as if someone dipped it in water. Burger when I opened package bun was only half way over Burger. Very little lettuce if any, one pickle, no onions. The Whopper use to be awesome. Never again will I go to this Burger King. Employees were more concerned with talking than seeing that customer was satified.

People in the food service and prep areas out of uniform (sleeveless shirt and no gloves) touching food surfaces, themselves, and food items. I can only imagine what else happens. Health inspector might want to make a unannounced visit (check their cams while there) I'm sure based on some of these other reviews you will find something worse than this there too.
Complaints are pointless. Corporate is all automated, local management seems rude and inconsiderate.

Fresh food is always good the store was clean and the people were nice. There was a lot of horseplay in downtime. My grandson made them laugh by singing an original Whopper song. I drove out of my way to go to this burger king. Good restaurant.

Very questionable place to eat. I understand that fastfood is bad food in general. But imagine paying $23 and right away they hand it to you? I asked them when it was made not one but TWO workers couldn't even tell me they said "I don't know" when it was made than asked in general when they were made and they say "generally made to order" but you don't know when the burger yoy just gave was made?

Did NOT care for their service! Ride on the phone, I had asked for a rodeo chicken burger and somehow no one said during the drive thru that they didn’t have that. Got home had a burger with just sauce and onion rings? No bacon no cheese n no mayo. When I called I had asked if they had a chicken burger they told me no but when I had looked up their own menu it states rodeo chicken sandwich? I didn’t know I had to say sandwich and not burger. I had called to talk to someone and that lady was rude on the phone basically telling me I was wrong for what I had said and what they put in the bag was correct. $30 for everything was a waste of time. Never again!

The cashier was more worried about making crowns as I stood there for 5 minutes before she even acknowledged me. Very rude people including. Tried calling for my disabled neighbor. First person said the menu to fast and hung up on me. Second time I called the man said to quit prank calling and hung up on me. Third time I called I spoke to a supposed manager he said come in and see the menu. I told him the person I was calling for was in a wheelchair he said come in to see the menu. And then said they were to busy and to quit calling and hung up on me. Corporate needs to look into this matter and take action. That type of rudeness should not be tolerated.
