3pm Saturday. Garbage on all the tables despite only having people sitting at two of them, garbage on the floors. Bathroom floor was sticky, piss on the toilet seat. I've worked a lot of fast food jobs before, if my boss saw the place looking like that they'd have fired the whole shift. One employee was leaving when we got there, no one thought to ask him to take five minutes and make it look like a health inspector would give em a C grade at least before he left? Don't have to mop the damn floor but maybe take the trays with wrappers off the tables? Y'all need to hire someone who has some standards.

Also they barely put on any mayo on the chicken sandwiches, like is your bonus attached to it or something?

Two times a row now over the course of the last month I was served hamburgers here that were cooked black to the point where I threw them right in the trash. I called them and let them know and they said "sorry we'll talk to our employees". No offer to replace or refund. I've seen the lights turned off before a couple of hours before closing time, looks to me like they don't want business sometimes. I said something to him once about the lights being turned off, they told me nobody there knew how to turn them on lol.

Ordered a pickup meal. Got there at the exact time I ordered for, there was 2 people eating and no one in the drive thru and the workers were fooling around back in the kitchen. I asked for my meal, and the manager asked if the workers had made the meal and they had not, and she just told them they were slacking off.
So they started making my meal. Another customer came in and was waiting in line and finally left after 5 mins because no one came up to help him. I got my food and didn't recieve a single apology for everything that happened. The Manager just seemed like she let the workers do whatever they want.
Just really irritated that they couldn't give me a single sorry for having to deal with all out it.

Stopped for breakfast this morning which was 6 sandwiches b/c we did the 2 for 5. The lady taking orders in drive thru was completely rude. They didn't have biscuits. Waited almost 10 minutes in line for them to only give us 4 sandwiches. So we pulled around and went in for the lady again to be rude and say what's wrong in a ugly tone and try to argue with me she didn't charge me for 6 sandwiches. Sandwiches were cold and just thrown together not even in a sandwich looking order.

This Burgerking is better than the Bellevue one! But, it could be improved. It is hard to see from the road, they don't have their signs lit up at night. They forgot sauce and we needed to go back, not a big deal! The food was pretty good, but for the price, I do wish they would put a little more fries in the small size. My stomach bloated up after eating here and I had diarhea the next day. Not saying it was because of this place, but it could have been.

I had an issue with the BK closest to my home threatening me after they messed up an order several time in a row. I couldnt get there website to work to file a complain so i called this location to ask about the district manager.

They were really kind and understanding and sent my complaint to them. They even offered to replace my order that the other location messed up, with no added cost.

This one is only a little bit further from my house, and will now be the BK i choose to go to from now on.

This Burger King is a joke. Don’t have hours posted anywhere and apparently they do that so they can open and close their doors whenever they want. Can’t go into the dining room at 10:41am because they have no staff apparently. Burger King offers lunch all day but time and time again they come back with “something’s wrong with our broiler right now” if you try to get lunch in the morning hours. I don’t have high expectations of BK but this is just sad.

Ordered food with my elderly mother and kids. Website said it would be delivered in 20 mins. Over an hour goes by and the dasher calls saying our order was picked up and if we have it. I told him no and was told the order was being remade. The food was cold not even lukewarm just cold. All the burgers but 2 were cold missing toppings and gross. Emailed BK to complain they offered a 10 coupon. They said they can’t refund the order but with our 10 coupon we can try them again. No way don’t waste your time this isn’t the first time the food was cold and not made right. It’s a waste of money and they don’t care about their customers.

We’ve had multiple problems with this place, and I’m tired of wasting my money. Last night was the last night. My husband gets us dinner last night, me, him and our 2 year old daughter. Because weve had issues with our orders either being cold or our fries being half empty, I ALWAYS have him check our food…to make sure our food is warm, and that it’s all there. Well of course, he gets the food and the fries are completely cold and half full. My husband drives back around, complains and tells the worker what’s wrong. The worker than gets rude and says “he probably ate half of them” while walking away. Another employee came back to try and fix the situation and told my husband he’s making him new fries, great. So fast forward to getting home, we pull out the chicken fries and they are dried out. Yes they were hot, but they must of been flash fried (reheated in the fryer, and I know because I worked in the food industry for 8 years) so my daughter can’t even eat them. Luckily she ate some fries and I had something else to feed her at home. Now let’s fast forward to the next day. My husband comes home early because he’s too sick to work. The only thing he’s had, was the dinner. I at this point am upset. Being that I worked in the industry, I know how crucial food safety is, and that you can get very sick or even die from food borne illnesses. So I call to speak to the manager, tell him everything, and explain to him how serious food borne illnesses are. He then tries to brush it off, stop me and ask me “would you like to come and get all your food remade?” Even though I appreciate the gesture, that’s not the right way to go, especially since my husband is physically sick from your food, and can’t eat anything. I tell him “no. My husband is sick, he had to leave work early” (which I did already tell him) he then gets even more rude and tries telling me he’s just trying to offer a solution and that I had already told him twice about my husband being sick. Well, yes sir, I’m trying to explain to you the severity of the situation and that my husband is sick and you’re trying to offer food?? At this point I’m tired of his attitude, when I’m the frustrated customer. I explain it i him again that my husband had to come home from work and is sick and that’s why I’m upset. He then get mad again and says “I heard you for the third time”. He then proceeds to hang up on me when I tell him that if my husband needs to go to the hospital, they are gonna be liable. He hangs up the phone. I call back trying to get his name and to tell him I’m calling corporate and that my husband is coming for our refund. (Even though my husband was sick, he decided to go because by this point, I wear so upset and frustrated with this guy). So I call and ask him for his name, and he says “as i already told you when I answered the phone, it’s Richard, for now the 2nd time”. I’m in such disbelief at this point, that they made the mistake, and were being treated like were the problem?? I explain that to him, he hangs up again. I’m fuming at this point. You’re really going to gaslight customers as a manager??? So I call back again, to ask y who the GM is, so I can report this to corporate. Well apparently Richard is the GM. How as a GM do you get irritated with customers, because they are upset about their family getting sick?? Richard obviously needs a new career change, and his behavior, explains the employee.

Around 10pm me and my boyfriend went through the drive thru and the bigger lady with glasses that was on the headset was very rude to us and was giving us so much unnecessary attitude for no reason. Yes I know we showed up kinda late at night after a long drive, but we never were rude to her once. We were really patient with her and all she kept saying was “Is that all?” While sighing each time. We still continued ordering because we weren’t done and when we told her we wanted to add more she sighs again at us through the microphone. Then the order screen shuts off and we couldn’t see it anymore, so we tell the lady that we can’t see the menu anymore and she ignores us. So my boyfriend reminds her again that he can’t see the drinks and she then starts naming them off in a rude yelling tone. Then we say we appreciate her and she doesn’t say anything back. We get to the window and she side eyed us and just sits behind her computer order screen and has us sit at the window for about 4 minutes, while there’s no line or customers behind us. Then when she finally opens the window she says very rudely to us the total and grabbed the cash out of my boyfriend’s hand so aggressively. I think it was very unnecessary of her to treat us like that. I myself work in fast food service so I understand how stressful it can be, but there was no cars or customers inside. I’m guessing she had a bad day or was just over tonight, but she should really work on her attitude while working. She was a grown woman and was acting very annoyed at us for no reason when we were nothing but nice to her.

I went thru drive thru store #3598. My order was for two sausage and egg croissants with no cheese and two sausage, egg and cheese biscuits. The receipt even stated no cheese. I trusted my food was made right. HA! I get home and find two croissants with only egg and cheese and both biscuits were dark brown to black on both sides. I didn't say anything about the biscuits because I didn't look at them before I made the call. I spoke with the manager. Of course I am not happy. I wanted and ordered breakfast. It was 10:27am. I was asked if I wanted my name in the book for another time. I said I came for breakfast I wanted breakfast food. The response was "we don't have breakfast food anymore". The manager hung up on me as I was saying how ridiculous this was. I called back. Talked to a gentleman and explained all over again. He took my name down. If I could post pics with this review I sure would.

Unsalted food. 18 minutes in the drive-through. Had to go through twice cuz I didn't get my fries or rings and waited another 8 minutes. 26 minutes total. Friendly people but visibly slow moving. There is a foot wide pothole in the drive-through that is hard to avoid due to the tight space you have to maneuver. I was one of two people in the drive-through, and I sat behind the car in front of me for over ten minutes. Be warned!! Once you commit to the drive-through, you're stuck until the ride is over. There is no space to leave, and it's as nerve-wracking as being stuck on a roller coaster that is visibly broken.

The guy on drive thru didn’t know how to listen, made me repeat myself and my order 3 different times. Then when I pulled up to the window they had the manager (i’m assuming, was a bigger guy) come up to the window and when i asked him for a minute to get my payment ready he threw his arms up, slammed the window shut, and you could tell he had a terrible attitude. Went there Sunday morning around 1 am. After waiting a long time, the lady just hands me my food. Doesn’t even charge me, which made me excited at first. But then once I tried a fry i knew right away something wasn’t right. They tasted old and were barely hot. Edit:Bumping my rating 2 stars. The 2 young men (that’s all I saw) working tonight, had excellent teamwork. Good service, reasonably quick, and polite.

Food was packaged awesome. Food wasn’t sloppy. My mf’ing burger is perfect. Nothing falling all over the place.

I’ll be coming back at nights and trying to catch when they work. 😁

Card machine down. No sign. I didn't find out until i waited in line and got to the speaker that they were accepting cash only. I was left stuck waiting in drive thru just to get out.

Another time I never got my card back and had to sit in line to get it back.

Another time I ordered a chicken sandwich and watched as they handed 2 orders out of drive thru that came in after mine for a chicken sandwich. I had to speak up and got an apology and told they'll make it right away.

And the nuggets taste like deer ankles.

This location has a difficult time getting orders correct. The screen may say EXACTLY what you've ordered, but when you get the order it's completely different and not what you ordered. This happened to me today and on 3 previous occasions. The employees want and have demanded to be paid higher wages, yet can't make the simplest of meals and get a customer's order correct??? How does this happen and how does Management not properly oversee and train their employees? What happened to the focus on customer service, customer satisfaction and food quality??? BK is just about to lose a LONG TIME LOYAL customer and I hate the COMPETITOR, so that would leave me to not being able to enjoy and good fast food burger.

They usually get my order correct but lately when I ask for my order they try to add fries when I haven't asked for them. I always get the same thing so I know how much it is so I can tell right away they are trying to charge me for fries. I just tell them to take it off but it's starting to get a bit annoying when I don't ask for them at all.

It's Burger King - you know what you are going to get. Our whoppers were good and correct (special orders). Fries were good and hot. Best thing - we could go in and eat. First went to Hardee's, A & W, and McDonald's - none of which had their dining rooms open! Short staffed. ☹

Worst food I have ever eaten in my life. The chicken was dry and dark brown like oil hadn't been changed in a month. Even the salad, the chicken was so rubbery I couldn't chew through it. Jalapeno poppers were just mush inside. We eneded up throwing out our whole order
