I ate here a couple months ago and won't be coming back. Some nerdy looking guy working here was coughing/sneezing repeatedly without covering his mouth. This continued after he walked behind the food preparation area and the bald manager didn't say anything about his lack of hygiene over the food. Watching this unclean behavior made me not want to finish my meal and i threw my food away immediately. 5 of the self service fountain drinks were empty too! This is possibly the worst Burger King location in the area.

Ordered a large meal for our family. My daughter picked it up, and when she got home, we were missing all our sides. Drove all the way back only to be told to leave as if we had done something wrong. I stopped to use the restroom because I work outdoors.
As I was in the restroom, a Burger King employee came in and used the restroom, then left without washing his hands. As I was leaving, I noticed he was walking around cleaning tables.
I'm sure glad I don't eat Burger King anymore.

I did not get to eat here because you had to go through the drive-thru and they would not make an exception! I was in my work truck pulling a trailer and we could not make it through the drive-thru. We met another crew from our company there so we had a total of eight guys that they turned away when we asked if they could make an exception because we couldn't get through the drive-thru. Second day in a row ive Ordered two whoppers. Both days ive Asked for extra sauce because they always put barely any on there. Got to the window asked if my request had been handled. They assured me there qas extra sauce on it. Got back to work opened my food and it's barely the amount they already put on the burgers. Called and said I displeased about my order, and they gave excuses. Asked how I could carry out a complaint further and they said go to the survey on your receipt. Like that really does anything. Very displeased with their attitudes, their service and price for things that don't even equate to what it's worth. Stay away from this burger king. You'll thank yourself later.

Went through the drive thru. Service was very good. When I got back to my office to eat, I found they did not put bacon on my burger that I ordered. Tried to call store, but they must have been busy and did not answer the phone. I will go back and let them know, as I usually get what I order at this restaurant. I cannot stress how genuinely awful the food is, it was barely edible and made me very sick and nauseous for the rest of the day until I threw up. The staff probably had nothing to do all day because they didn't seem ready for us at all. Honestly expected the whopper to be better but honestly it was gross and probably the worst burger I ever had, I wonder if they accidentally gave me the impossible whopper. This place is absolutely one of the worst BK"S anywhere. I traveled for work my whole life when compared to others around the country this is and has always been the worst. Today (6:30 pm) once again my bill $28.36 and they gave me soda (no syrup in it) BACON king meal (NO BACON'''') 2 other value meals also messed up order onion rings for ALL the meals with sauce 1 order of onion rings NO SAUCE and 2 orders of French fries should have known better than To go to this one its ALWAYS bad experience and to top it off casher at window shorted me $1.00 had to again wait for manager to get correct change I had peaple with me or I wouldn't have stopped at this one how do they even stay open I also have a kid at FVTC she says everyone in school knows not to go to this one
