I ordered a wopper for someone in my party and they said the burger patty tasted funny. We also got some fries, but they tasted old and not right either. The only thing that was okay was the chicken nuggets and the tater tots cheese bite things. The person in my party ended up throwing half the burger away and most of is threw the fries out because of the foul taste and the wopper ended up making the person im my party sick about 10 minutes after they ate it. Be warned their food might be old when you get it. Its not made when you order and im sure the person in my party got an 8 hour burger or even a day old burger. My party and I will not be coming back to this location again and i reccomend you do not either. There are way better fast food options around that will not make you sick.

They parked me because they “were waiting on the cheesy tots” I was parked so long I started to wonder if I misheard them and should go inside. Then when I get my food first thing I do is reach for a hot cheesy tot; those were so stale and hard and dry!!! The cheese no longer even existed!! I feel Punked, like why would you say you’re waiting on fresh cheesey tots and then give me hush puppy hockey pucks!?! And it’s not just that, I also ordered 2 Whoppers and a large fry and it all sucked. The buns on the burgers were dry and mushy all at once and the fries had no salt and they only flavor they carried was old fryer oil. Now I see why there’s never any cars here. You’re gonna park someone and serve them a cold bag full of stale food!? I’m good on that.

Edit: Also, just so you know, I took all that food out of the trash for the picture. It was really that bad. $23 worth of food and most of it’s gonna be garbage. Go anywhere else! There are so many options on Milton Avenue and this place ain’t even cheap.

Pathetic. How hard is it to make a couple burgers? We ordered the train your dragon burger meals for 2 adults and 2 kids (they gave pepa pig toys..). The adults were first incorrectly given two chicken wraps so we returned and were given 2 wrapped burgers. 15 minutes down the highway we open two completely wrong burgers. Cheese, bacon, and dragon bun not on the burger. Fries were also stale. The manager told us the only way for a refund was to turn around on the highway and come back when we know they can actually provide refunds with the receipt #. So now to dispute the charge with our bank. The incompetence is wild.

I hadn’t been to Burger King in over 10 years, but this visit completely exceeded my expectations! While going through the drive-thru, my kid accidentally spilled their drink. I went inside expecting to pay for a replacement, but the staff were incredibly kind and gave us a new one on the house. They were also super patient and understanding while we ordered with all our kids. Truly great customer service — thank you for making our experience so positive!

Stopped at this location today and ordered the dragon double whopper today. The woman taking my order asked if I wanted cheese which I said yes. Got home and opened it up to see there was nothing on it. No mayo, no lettuce, tomato, not even the cheese that I was asked if I wanted. Drove back and instead of following proper protocol, they took the same sandwich and added the stuff on it instead of making a fresh new one.

Horrid service. Ordered, waited almost fifteen minutes. People that ordered after us had gotten their food and eaten half of it before we got ours. Fries weren't even half filled. Whopper Jr was a regular kids cheese burger. This used to be the best of the two in town. South sides has taken over that position and we will most likely skip the Milton Ave BK from now on.

Avoid this Burger King there's plenty of other places to go. Food sits on the warmer while employees are on the phone then wants to say they were waiting on something. Why lie about it? Stopped in today, St. Patrick’s Day 2025. Was waited on by a nice gentleman at the window. My order was perfect, food was good and hot. I did not catch the gentleman’s name at the window. The is suppose to be a vegan sandwich with extra veggies. At almost $4, you’d think the tomatoes would be ripe. All I could taste was onion & bread.

For extra buck & at a different fast food restaurant , I could’ve had a five dollar foot-long, toasted & loaded with veggies with fat-free dressing. 😭

I had an online order and had to pull ahead to wait. They told me to park out front. They never came. After 10 to 15 minutes. I walked in and asked about my food. When i told them i had been parked in a spot they were rude. As i left they started talking about me and the fact that i had parked in that spot.

I ordered a plain double whopper meal with some zesty sauce packs. The lady even confirmed it was plain. Not only did they forget the sauce, but my burger had everything on it (including bacon and tomato). I'm allergic to tomatoes, and when I tried to call this location I received an automated message stating "no one is available to take your call" before immediately hanging up. I'm not driving 15 minutes just to get this fixed, they just opened back up and already lost my trust.

I stayed at my sister's several times over last few months and with Burger King only a few blocks away it became my go to place for lunch on the run. Had forgotten how tasty Whoppers are. On one stop the cook forgot to make fries but otherwise service and staff were great.

If I had the option to rate this location a 0 star I would. Went there for a simple meal for lunch and was ordering. The person taking my order happens to be my younger sister couldn’t have been working there for more than a month. She was told at the beginning she could apparently give her family a 10% discount. She relaized there was food we didn’t order and was trying to delete it. But she clearly still needed assistance with placing orders. But was not receiving help from co workers. That’s when an older non white lady walks up and immediately started yelling and bashing on my little sister trying to accuse her and myself and little brother of stealing 50$ worth of food. I proceeded to tell the lady that the order on the screen was not mine I only ordered a #8 and an ice cream cone. She then asked me who took the order I said I have no clue but she was trying to take mine. The lady proceeded to take a picture of the order and continue blaming my sister and putting words into our mouth. I walked out to go get my mother from the vehicle since it’s not my kid. My sister went to talk to the district manager that was there when the older lady barged in and cut my sister off to say things that did not happen at all and proceeded to say I was trying to steal $50 dollars worth of food for 1 single person (aka my husband for lunch at work) but instead there was food in there before she even started my order and was trying to take it off. My sister broke down into tears over this so call manager there that was very rude and disrespectful and had to communication skills or problem solving skills what’s so ever. This resulted in us forcing my little sister(14 years old) to quit due to the toxic environment of your Burger King on Milton ave and manager that don’t know how to run a store to treat people especially kids. This girl has had a problem with my sister since she has started. We have tried to address it multiple times but insistence like this one keep happening. Very disappointing and will not ever be going back to this location. I will be recommending other to go else where also. Terrible service especially to people you didn’t even know that happen to be related to the worker. Very unprofessional of her and the work place. Do better!!!!

Why is everything always cold?!? Is all the food for the day made at opening and just left sitting around until someone orders it? We usually do delivery, but consistently the food we get is cold and I don't blame that on the delivery drivers since it's clearly a store issue.

The chicken fries should have been taken off the menu ages ago because I've only had 1 instance of them actually being hot. Have you ever wanted to know what it's like to chew on a breaded pencil? Then order the chicken fries!

Today we were missing an item in our order because counting up to 4 is clearly too hard for the staff, but complaining on the app only seems to affect the delivery drivers who aren't employed by BK. The delivery time is also ridiculous for a fast foot place, especially considering that McDonald's, Popeyes, etc do it in half the time.

We love the flavor of the flame grilled burgers, but when they're cold and gray it's inedible. Get it together! It's burgers, it's not complicated.

I have been to this Burger King on three occasions in the last three years and my food experience have been absolutely horrible!!! The first experience was of dried up mozzarella sticks. They were horribly old and the cheese had a grayish color.

My second experience was purchasing an Impossible Burger. I ordered an Impossible Whopper with Cheese meal. I received an under cooked burger that was red on the inside and old, cold French Fries.

My last experience was today when I attempted the Impossible Burger with Cheese and again it was red, but this time one entire side was “RED!” Totally not done.

I have come to the conclusion that although the customer service is stellar the food is a zero. Never again! I am swearing off Burger King!

I don't usually go to BK because I don't think it's very good, but I have to share today's experience. I go to the drive through and order an Impossible Whopper with no lettuce or tomato, a side of fries, and a Coke. After 30 minutes, they give me a normal Whopper with lettuce and tomato, a side of fries, and a Diet Coke. I asked for a new meal and a refund and they made me wait another 30 minutes before giving me an Impossible Whopper that still had lettuce and tomato. They never gave me my regular Coke. I left the establishment disappointed. Never going back. All I can say now is FU BK

I went to this location on 9/23/23 requesting a Whopper minus tomato, add cheese and bacon. Pretty simple request you would think, but they managed to give me a regular whopper with nothing removed or added. When I get home I call the manager who assures me they will write my name down and get it right the next time, ok sounds good to me right? I go in there today with a new order plus what they had messed up last time, not only did the previous manager not write my name down, the current manager calls me a liar to my face even AFTER showing her the reciept! She finally ends up giving me the Whopper that I was owed, only to find out when I get home that they added nothing and put a burger patty between two buns. No cheese, no bacon, no sauce, no anything. I call again and this manager LAUGHS IN MY FACE on the phone telling me to come in again and she will replace it..(while laughing). Not only will I never be back to this location again, my friends and family will all be hearing this story. You have lost a customer for life, absolutely disgusting behavior.

Drive thrus aren't ever fast anymore. I have no idea why we keep calling it fast food. Anyway, I used the mobile app and had time to drive to the location and still ended up having to wait a bunch of time even though when I pulled into the drive thru there were 3 cars ahead of mine. They almost didn't hand me my sodas that I ordered for some reason, and after I pulled away, I checked my order and I had a couple of things missing so I had to go inside anyway. I was telling my husband that I don't know why apps are even used because the companies rarely have the food done when you order in the app, even though those companies advocate for using their app so you have faster service and get points.

Upon entering the store there was crumbs, whole pieces of food and dirty napkins around the entire in-house. The booths, tables and seats were disgusting and the floor was sticky in multiple areas. When I went to get my ketchup, the dispenser was completely empty at 10:45am. When I told the employee it was empty I waited a good 20-30 mins to have someone come fill it up. No one ever did. Total and complete lack of care at this location. Food was below average as well. My burger was slightly undercooked. If I managed this place I’d be absolutely embarrassed. Do better. My family member and I also got a very upset stomach from the Whopper Jr’s. Still currently dealing with it hours later. Thanks, BK!

Went threw the drive thru ordered chicken nugs and fries...had to pull up and wait for chicken nuggets but after receiving our food our fries where cold and rock hard!! So fresh nugs but old fries? Got home tried to call and tell them but after my gf explained what happened they just hung up....great service there!

I sat in the driveway for over 10 minutes, to finally receive my order, and it’s wrong. I go back in and tell them it’s wrong, and ask for the right order, when I get out to my car, I notice they just handed me ANOTHER wrong order. I won’t be returning, not even to get my order fixed. How can you keep me at your establishment for over 20 minutes, and still mess up my order, not once but twice? I could understand if there was a rush before us, but there was not. The rush started after they kept us at a window where they tried to make us pay for someone else’s food, after having paid for our own at the first window.

I enjoy coming here and having food, the burgers don't give me emergency vists like Mr. Ronald and his discs of death. I asked for no pickle, lettuce, onion, and tomatoes on my Whopper Jr. sandwiches, and was pleased to find them not present. The only issue that stands usually, is in it's place is globs of mayo and ketchup. I'm a fan, but not a amount that gushes out as I bite in. It's excessive. It would of been 5 stars otherwise on the food. The atmosphere is blah, I miss the old BK. Bigger burgers. Better food. Things aren't the same, but it's better than the golden ex-lax arches that's for sure they changed too much. Eat Burger King, it's safer.

Literally incompetent. Can't be bothered to print receipts and when asked for them, they won't give. Also told me they were "slammed" with at least 5 staff and 3 cars in the drive through and an empty lobby. If thats slammed, I'd hate to see it when they're dead. Theres a reason no one eats here and there's a reason this place looks so run down. No one who works there cares.

The girl at the window was polite, I waited 25 min to order and get food. I was polite I know times are hard. I get home and my onion rings are hard as rocks and have to have been made hours ago. This is ridiculous, if people are going to wait forever for food and service you could at least give them decent food. Bucky Book had a BOGO coupon for a whopper meal. Got 2 #1s, 8pc nugget, & 8pc mozz stix. I used to love whoppers but I swear it was cheese sauce on the whoppers, no onion (tho I didn't request it) w/ wilty lettuce, mozz stix were rubbery, nuggets were overcooked & dry and fries were clearly old. It was all gross & everyone in the house threw their food in the garbage, including my 2yr old. Wish I could post pics.
