We tried the new BBQ Whopper. Calling this a "Whopper" is a fraudulent use of the English language. FAR SMALLER than we expected. As usual for this Burger King, the food was just a bit over room temperature. It'll be a long time before we return.
EDIT: It seems that we ordered incorrectly. We were asked if we wanted the large or small meal. Assuming that, like McDonald's and Wendy's, that large and small referred to the soda and fries sizes, we ordered the "small." Our mistake, but it might be better to ask customers if they want the regular size Whopper or the Whopper Jr.

I do like me some Burger King, but I had one of the worst experiences at the restaurant 3007 80th st. In Kenosha, WI
I was in the drive through for several minutes no one came to take my order. I drove around parked and went in. The place was dirty crap on the floor and tables. There were flys all over, landing on me, the tables and chairs. What's it like in the back? Myself and another gentleman finally got our food, and we had to ask for our drinks. The the other person made a comment nothing bad, to the manager and she talked back with choice words and was incredibly rude. I / we will never ever go to this restaurant again.

They completely got my order wrong and after i had just gotten off the night shift. I asked for chicken fries and for the new httyd burger meal only to get a CHICKEN SANDWICH. Literally everything was old no type of hot fresh food anywhere coming out of that store. Onion rings soggy cold, french fries hard as a rock cold, nuggets cold , chicken sandwich dry , the Whopper was put together perfect but cold. I stop at this location for my night shift lunch. I ordered my food the guy at the window gave me my drink NO Receipt and asked that I park in front. There was only 1 customer who also had to wait out front. I waited 15 minutes he came out explaining why it took so long. I was 5 minutes late to work and when I went to eat my food the burger was raw. I called and was placed on hold so I started recording the call just to be hung up on. I called back and no one answered but it’s open 24 hours. I took pics and videos as well

FLITHY, DIRTY OIL/KITCHEN, WRONG ORDER/CHARGES, FOOD POISONING. Employees are lazy, do not pay attention while you are ordering & will get your order wrong 100% of the time in the drive-thru while making you wait pull forward for 30 minutes. I was charged incorrectly twice, given the wrong order after it was verbally confirmed twice which made the girl in the drive-thru window get unprofessionally upset at other employees. After noticing to incorrect charges and order I noticed that the nuggets were extremely dark. When I asked an employee their response was “the oil we fry in is dirty and needs to be changed” this is a very big health concern and someone is going to get seriously sick from the lack of cleanliness and lack of care from employees. The health department needs to audit this location and to a serious inspection and corporate needs to reevaluate and train their employees. I would avoid this Burger King at all cost unless you want to be charged wrong and get food poisoning from their filthy building.

Always order from there and I never had a bad experience as I had today, the lady was very disrespectful and the machine for drinks was no working, sprite tasted like water and was mostly ice she was rude to us when I asked about it and when I got my change back she put the quarters in the bag and landed in my fries and when I complained to her she was rude and disrespectful and put another fry in my bag and kept rolling her eyes at me and I said what did you just do and she proceeded to be rude and said I put your change in the bag and I got upset and said why would you do that my son is going to eat that and that’s a hazard and proceeded to be rude and disrespectful started cussing.

I went yesterday for the king of burgers and the overall experience was sub par at best. I wanted to give this location a try knowing that the other location has disappointed me in the past I was hoping for better but alas, the quest continues for good BK because when it done right it's a really good quick burger.

Service - I felt a bit like an inconvenience as a customer and that's never a good thing. Front of house employees seemed too busy for myself and the one other gentleman that came in just before I did.

Food - I actually love Burger King Whoppers but for some reason this one didn't have the flavor that is normally in the burger itself. It was a strange experience because I know they are flame broiled but this didn't taste that way, maybe the recipe has changed overall. I also had a couple things removed when I ordered from the sandwich but when I received the burger they were there prompting my removal of them. The fries were ok but nothing really to get excited about & I purposely went near peak time to ensure optimum fry/burger time but somehow neither were hot. The drink I got from the Coca Cola freestyle machine I learned about 1 mile down the road was not carbonated either so overall just a bad experience.

DIRTY!!! The soda machine, the trays the tables all had slippery oily coating of dirt. My purse stuck to the chair. The soda machine ran out of Diet Coke while getting my first cup, told a manager and she said "oh" and did nothing about it. 20 min later I brought my cup to her and asked her if she would please fill it in the back. I gave only 4 but only because I've never received my food in less than 10 minutes and the prices are crazy. No, I don't order anything special or "fancy". But the employees are ALWAYS friendly, not so much on the speaker of the drive thru, but after pulling up to the window, they are always friendly. Plus, it's very obvious they are always short staffed, so yes with 2 employees working, you should expect a wait and that is certainly not the employees fault that the company doesn't hire another employee or schedule another employee. So the fact that the employees are still friendly, is great. But same as staffing, the increased price of the food isn't the employees fault because it's not like they are paying them commission or like they make some phenomenal amount of money working there.

I love Burger King Whoppers! I always have. My problem is I could eat them every day. So I have to limit myself to maybe once every couple of months. This time was no exception. My Double Whopper with Cheese was incredible! BUT…. My fries were a little cold. That is why I gave this review 4 stars. The good news is…. The service was GREAT! The guy at the cash register was super friendly. The guy that brought the food to the counter handed it to me and said thank you. Great customer service. I just wish I had hot fries. I ordered, and I quote, 2 "veggie burgers." Received 4 buns with lettuce, mayo, onions, and pickles. Nothing else. No patty of any kind. I went back (I had gone all the way home before I discovered, this, of course), received no apology whatsoever, and was in fact told *I* was wrong because I didn't order the Impossible Whopper specifically. Luckily, they did understand the miscommunication and did end up giving me replacements. Another thing is that I ordered 2 large fries, yet received the equivalence of 1, if that.
