The only reason I'm making this review is for the guy that's always working at 2:30-3 AM. As a food service professional myself, I have to shout him out. My husband and I come to get our dinner every few weeks, and he has never forgotten anything. He's always friendly and quick EVERY TIME!! The food is always peak too. Pretty sure he works by himself so I'm formally demanding that he gets a raise.

I am surprised this BK is still open. Every time I go it’s nothing but guys high as a kite screwing up your order. How do you screw up and order of nuggets. We came back for some reason. The left screen which shows the kids meals is still broken, so there’s no way to see the whole menu and pricing. The manager was screaming at a drive through employee while preparing items. There are no napkins or ketchup in the dining room. The food isn’t horrible, so it’s too bad the service and atmosphere is so lacking.

I love Burger King food, its crappy, but in the best of ways. However most BKs you go to are awful in one or multiple ways, and when its the food its super off putting. I can thankfully say the food here has never been too bad. Its usually fresh, and since I tend to customize, its shockingly accurate. Thats where my interest in this location stops however. The employees are some of the worst ive seen in a long time, they are short, ill tempered, and really dont deserve their jobs outside of the cooking part. Everytime I go through the drive through, someone is snippy. Everytime I go to dine in, im barely acknowledged, and if I am, im looked at like I personally nailed christ to the cross. Ive frequently waited at the counter for like 5 minutes at a time just so we can get napkins, and they have the gal to give barely 2/3. If you have to come here stick to drive through, though probably avoid it late night lest you deal with the worst of the worst.

I waited for nearly ten minutes near the drive through speaker and didn’t get a word. My fiance and I waited (who knows how long) and got up to the main window. I was told I couldn’t order, but finally it was agreed I could order. I ordered two burgers, was given a single burger by the same guy at the window. This drive through is both understaffed and hire people with no common sense or work ethic.

This particular Burger King has good burgers. It’s one of my favorite Burger King‘s. It’s very convenient. It’s close to the mall if you’re out for the day and you wanna grab a quick lunch because you’re shopping the drive-through is excellent. They are very attentive and they get your food right away.

After I ordered my food I had to wait 25 minutes after my order was placed they had the burger and the fries sitting 10 minutes in the bag before they gave it to me and the Whopper that I ordered was supposed to have cheese on it it had no cheese on it but it had twice as much onions on it then what is it normally have. Is my utmost opinion that this particular Burger King has really gotten bad in service perhaps the health department should be called in regards to the service and sitting leaving food sitting in bags for 10 minutes before they give to customers

Waited in drive thru for 45 min and never got our order taken. Employees working here does not maintain professionalism and kindness to their customers. We were travelling with infants, ordered food. But gave us wrong order and when we returned asked, their answering was rude and arrogant attitude.
I don’t think I go here again. The employees at this establishment have demonstrated a lack of professionalism and courtesy towards their customers. During our recent visit, we were traveling with infants and ordered food. However, we were given an incorrect order. When we returned to inquire about the issue, the staff responded in a rude and arrogant manner.
Based on this experience, I do not anticipate returning to this establishment in the future.

Stopped in here recently. I took a minute to review the menu while employees were sitting on the counter talking to each other. One employee was on their phone loudly using profanity to talk to the other person on the call. I waited another few minutes, while others queued up behind me, for any employee to acknowledge me. The loud, crude-mouthed, lounging clown approached and, like a lifeless robot, aggressively recited lines and pressed buttons to enter my order. Once my food was ready, the same employee loudly shouted my number and ddopped my tray on the counter. In my opinion, they could not be less interested in working there. Further, they were constantly touching their hair, which likely got into food.

Good deals on the BK app. The Odana road location does the best breakfast fast food. Love their Egg Croissants and French toast sticks. The egg is always nice and fluffy, not over cooked. Breakfast deals in the app, also some breakfast combos to save you a few bucks.
The new Fiery Bacon Royal Crispy Chicken is a winner! Bit pricy at $6.99 but this is a complete sandwich!

Zero Stars - Avoid Burger King at All Costs!
Today's experience with Burger King was utterly appalling! I don't usually write about negative experiences but this was concerning. We ordered a drive through order for Double Whopper and Original Chicken Sandwich, but what we got was a health hazard. My husband bit into the chicken sandwich and found "MOLDY BREAD" Yes, you read that right - mold growing on the bread. It's unthinkable that Burger King could use expired products and also an employee could be so negligent and careless.
We're shocked, disgusted, and still trying to process how this could happen at such a big franchise. The lack of quality control and basic hygiene is staggering. We're lucky my husband noticed before taking another bite.
The experience was a perfect storm of:
- Poor quality products (moldy bread)
- Lack of attention from employees (no one checked the food before serving)
- Health hazard (moldy bread is a serious food safety issue)
Avoid Burger King at all costs until they take serious action to address their quality and cleanliness issues. Unacceptable, Burger King
Additionally, we're disappointed and disgusted by the lack of care and attention to detail. It's clear that the employees are not trained properly, and the management is not doing enough to ensure customer safety.
Until they take concrete steps to improve their quality and cleanliness, we'll be taking our business elsewhere.

I went to Burger King last Thursday. I went to the bathroom, to clean my glasses and to use the urinal. Two minutes later, an employee came in to look at the toilet. The toilet was covered in facies. He took one look at me and said you cant make this mess and leave that is vandalism. I said in a calm voice that It was not me that made the mess. He responded my saying "I know it was not you but you were the last one here" Hmmm. Blaming me just because i was the last one in the bathroom. So does that mean if there was one hundred people waiting to use the bathroom and since the one-hundredth person there could of also be accused of vandalism. He back tracked really fast on his word. Saying that he knew it was not me,and somehow that I was the last one there it leaves me held responsible. I had to clean up poop off the floor. A mess that I did not make and had no responsibility for. Congratulations, you just lost a customer for a very long time. Needless to say, I was going to order something. I just needed to use the restroom first. This is despicable. Even if this did not happen in the bathroom, accusing somebody of vandalism is extremely serious. He has no idea how serious this is. None. Zero. He took one look at me and automatically assumed it was me, it witch how would I know that there was poop their when I just entered the bathroom at the same time the employee did. That is disgusting and nasty. Not only that but it is his job, or the janitor's job to clean it up.

I go to this place nearly every day for a Diet Coke and sometimes some other things. This Burger King has some of the chillest employees out of all the fast food places in that area, and they are also nice and considerate. One of them is always particularly nice to my kids when I come through with them. She's usually there in the mornings. Another one, a dude with anime tattoos, greets me by name. One of the managers was just really nice about it when I got mad about not getting a cheeseburger that I thought I ordered and didn't. And several times, over the course of many years, I've told different employees that they gave me a regular Coke instead of Diet. They usually will have me test out the second drink and try to get it fixed right away.
The food is good here, too. None of the surrounding fast food restaurants do better fries, or better frozen Cokes. This Burger King puts the frozen drinks in paper cups so they hold cold better than the plastic ones from McDonald's. Their chocolate chip cookies, when they're fresh, blow all the other desserts at other fast good places' desserts out of the water.
I could probably do without being told, "Welcome to Burger King, where you rule." If ever a 'Burger King Land' amusement park is opened, I will go there and enjoy being told that. As it is, I find it a bit much as part of a daily experience of getting a Diet Coke. It's a tad embarrassing. I know that isn't this Burger King's fault, so I won't hold it against the place.

Well it's ok. But my biggest issue is I just slipped and fell in their parking lot close to the sidewalk/entrance and I came in and told them. And nothing was done. Just said oh and that's it. She didn't tell the manager did absolutely nothing.
And I did fall pretty hard. And I told her they should salt the sidewalk and lil bit of the parking lot that's right there. ALot of ice!

Writing this in the hopes that management will see it--I've gone to this location in the past without any issues, but today the soda tasted rotten. Literally like mold. We went to the odana road location and the food and service was great! A different time we went to the parmenter location in Madison and it was a frustrating experience. 2 days in a row, 2 different people. Yesterday (Sunday, 6/04/23), ordered our food, got home, missed half our order, called 4 TIMES, and no one answered until the last call. Gave us a snotty attitude after pointing it out.
Today, (Monday, 06/05/23), we order, before we left, they forgot half our order again, we pounted it out. This time, the employee was nicer and they apologized and gave us the other half.
Food was still good. Its just the quality of service on sunday that was poor.

Something has changed. This place is way better than it used to be. The last 3 times I came, the food was fresh and the fried were hot. I wonder if they changed staff or something because last year it wasn't nearly this consistent.

I went there on my work lunch break in store. The lady there wasn’t very friendly.. to top it off I was trying to order the $6 meal deal. They also have a huge sign that literally has this deal on there. I ask the lady for that and she says they no longer have that deal. But her tone is kind of off putting, I disregard that, but let her know the sign says it right there.. you know so they could maybe take it down so it doesn’t confuse customers.. she says yet again they don’t have that deal and asks if I want the $8 deal instead. I tell her “no” because why would I want something I didn’t go there for? Maybe she was just recommending it but the whole experience was just off putting. Mind you I decided to go across the street to McDonald’s. What a strange situation..I felt uncomfortable and disregarded. Maybe she’s right, they don’t have that deal at that location? But there’s an actual sign in the store! And on the website tons of promotions, I just got an email about it today too. Don’t think I’ll be going back for a long time.. if ever. Not because of the deal, more so from lack of care, and friendliness from customer service.

There are a lot of staff who speak Spanish. They ignored me just because I spoke to them in Spanish. Regarding the service, I'm a consumer. That's terrible customer service. The manager has to keep an eye out.

Had a great lunch! The young man that waited on us made it a great lunch! He was very friendly, took our order and I gave him $1 too much and he was honest and told me I gave him $1 more than I should have. If I could get great service like that, I would eat there all the time! Food was good and hot as well.

I ordered food for delivery through door dash. They messed up the order and when I called to tell them I was missing items from the order they told me there was nothing they could do and that I had to come in to pick up the items
I told them I didn't have a way of getting over there to pick up the items. That's why I used door dash. They just kept telling me to come in and they can give me what was missing, completely not listening to what I just told them.
The entire point of ordering it through door dash is so I didn't have to go over there to pick up the food.

Just finished work and popped into my gps a place to eat. Double checked the hours and headed that way. Upon arrival, I was told they were closed. I then clarified closing time was 1am and he replied with " Well we are closed. That is all".
No explanation, no apology, just rude.

I am posting specifically to praise the staff for how they interact with their customers. A mentally ill man was disrupting other customers and the staff didn’t overreact but rather diffused the situation and kept the lunch service rush running smoothly!
SAMANTHA the manger was AMAZING with fast paced environment helping her staff and smiling the whole time…I now have a favorite Burger King spot and I will drive out of my way to come here for service like this! Good job to everyone on shift including the back and drive through …oh and the place was clean check the photo 👏🏼👊🏼🙌🏼🔥🤤

I recently visited Burger King and had the opportunity to try one of their burgers. I was pleasantly surprised by the taste and quality of the burger. The meat was juicy and cooked to perfection, and the bun was fresh and soft. The toppings were fresh and added the perfect amount of flavor to the burger. Overall, I was very impressed with my experience at Burger King and would highly recommend giving their burgers a try.
