The food was awful, and I waited almost 10 mins in the drive thru to just have my order taken.
There was sticky stuff all over the ketchup packets that were thrown on my stale fries, and the burger tasted so gross. And the bun was hard in spots. Wouldn't go back there again

It was horrible and I'll never forget it. The food was disgusting and stunk. Burger King in Madison Wisconsin on Park St right off of highway 12+18. It took me hours of trying to get the smell and the taste of that horrible food off of me and clear my mouth of the terrible taste. The board of health needs to investigate that place.

Waited over 5 minutes for service. One guy was up front mopping the floor, looked at us a continued mopping. He came back a few minutes later looked at us and started mopping again. A female walked in from dining area looked at us and continued off to the side talking to someone. Waited a little longer and decided to go somewhere else. I have NEVER had service like this and probably will never go back. I will let others know of this situation and go somewhere else to eat

I love Burger King. The food is great. I'm not a big fan of breakfast food, but I really enjoy the breakfast food available at BK. The staff is always nice even when I show up for a midnight snack. The app is something every Burger King Customer needs to have. There's so many great deals, points available for free food, and ordering ahead available. I like to stop by for my morning coffee or my afternoon burger. They're wraps are great, sad to see the chicken fries go but hopefully they come back.

This is to be my go to when it comes to BK. After today though 01/12/2025 not any more. After waiting 15 minutes for my food to dine in ( myself, my wife and our grandson) the food was Luke warm. Closer to cold than anything. Our whopper meal were just about as flat as two pancakes with a slice of of meat, a sprinkle of lettuce and withered tomatoes. The fries were cold and they literally gave us two napkins for 3 meals.

The restaurant was clean. I mean from the restroom, the lobby and even the food prep area. The service was horrible. The food today was gross and potty prepared and the staff was very unconcerned….. 1 star

It seems as though the drive through was a higher priority than than the dine in customers

Had a problem with my app order. Ordered a Whopper with bacon got a Whopper without bacon. Plus when I got there to pick it up I gave him my name for the order and he said it would be up in a minute. Then about 5 minutes later another person came by and asked me what I was waiting for and immediately got my order. The first person didn't even look to see if my order was ready. It was sitting in a bag under the warming lights the whole time. The worst part about it was that I had already left the store, to and was home before checking to make sure that the order was correct. Because it was a to-go order.

So i think the drive thru may need to go through a little "sensitivity training"... As is often the case, I pulled up to the intercom menu on my moped and was greeted with silence. Apparently there is a weight sensor that when triggered alerts the staff of a customers presence. My moped and I are not heavy enough to affect the sensor due to it's inadequate "sensitivity" resolution, forcing me to become "that crazy dude banging on the drive thru window at 230am demanding attention and supposed " flame broiled" action. Disappointing in my opinion. If you plan on using the drive thru while on a moped, my suggestion is to make sure you weigh over 400lbs before attempting.

I was craving Burger King after not having it for a long time. I ordered the Whopper combo, something simple. As I’m waiting for my order, I observed working wiping off the side of where the fries sit with a plastic bag. She then used the same bag to mix the fries. Shen then used the same bag to wipe of the fry grabber and proceeded to wipe off the top of the heat lamp. She shook off everything into the fries. It was ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING. They gave me my fries from that same filth. I didn’t say anything, just threw them away. I’ve seen a lot nasty things but that was beyond awful! Needless to say, I will NEVER EVER EVER go back there!

Not to throw around comparisons but...... Burger King's fries are waaayyyy better compared to let's say McDonald's! Burger King's fries are thicker, saltier, and actually come out hot. I ordered a sausage and egg muffin from the breakfast menu. The sausage patties are thicker even than McDonald's and have way more egg. I don't do fast food often, but next time I do it'll be Burger King!

I ordered an “impossible whopper” and was given a regular beef whopper. I didn’t realize until after I had eaten the whole thing because, like the name suggests, it’s “impossible” to tell difference. I went in simply to report the error and receive confirmation that I had eaten beef (I am lacto-vegetarian) and the managers treated me like I was a scammer trying to receive a free meal. They said “there is nothing we can do for you because you ate it already” and “next time you need to check the ticket to make sure it says impossible before eating”. They were not apologetic in the slightest.
