Me and my boyfriend placed an order for pick up and can 100% say we will never be going to this location again. We ordered 2 whoppers and a 16 piece chicken nugget. When we went thru the drive thru to pick it up they never even answered the drive thru and we had to go in. Upon going in I ran to the bathroom while we waited. The floors were sticky throughout the entire restaurant. I took less than 5 minutes in the bathroom. When I came out my boyfriend was still standing there waiting for anyone to talk to him. There was nobody else inside. There was a worker behind the counter. She was completely ignoring him and a 2nd costumer until 3rd costumer walked in. Upon getting our food it was cold and haphazardly thrown in the bag. Our fries were spilled and sideways. The most irritating part of this whole situation was half my chicken nuggets were missing. Out of the 16 nuggets I ordered and paid for I only received 8. We also only ordered 2 ranch sauces and they threw 10 different sauces in the bag and forgot my ranch. I normally love Burger King but this place makes me never want to eat it again.

The staff ignored us at the counter for 5 minutes before taking our order, then the Gen Mgr Jonathan barely spoke as I ordered and when he did he mumbled and tried to hurry us through the order when I was still speaking. The screen said fries since I had the receipt with my survey from a prior experience at another store (which was extremely positive) but I confirmed three times that they could sub in onion rings, but I got fries anyway. They also did not give me BBQ sauce when I ordered it. When I went up to get it fixed I was ignored for another 5 minutes even though someone was standing there with their back turned. Besides that, the whopper patty I got was dry. However, there were no other customers in the store and the bathroom looked freshly cleaned so the atmosphere was fine.

This place has many bad reviews but it doesn't look to me particularly worse than other typical burger King places. Chicken sandwich is not recommended as it's chicken patty not real chicken.

Definitely bottom of the barrel type of burger king. Drive through speaker is oddly placed and so weak you cannot hear well. Order was messed up and drinks came with broken lids. The extra ketchup packets were stuck together with honey or something very sticky and very off-putting. The food we did get was good as usual but I have to dock stars for the ketchup packet cluster.

The place is disgusting. There is bugs and cobwebs in the corner of the front windows ants all over the windows and the floors. The 2nd shift staff is rude and they’re not friendly. I’m a driver for a delivery service, and it is disgusting and I wouldn’t eat there. The experience in this restaurant first shift and second shift they’re all disrespectful to the customers. The restaurant is filthy and the arrogance that protrudes from the staff and then the is compounded with laziness is ever so apparent once you go into that restaurant. Do not eat here the place is disgusting with bugs and filth, and the staff do not care about their job, customers, or your food.

I was driving on E. The last 2 times I went the orders have been correct and drive through pretty fast with food ready for pickup in 3 minutes or less. The last time the employee pointed out that "the chicken fries are fresh. '' It made me wonder about the other 2 items I ordered. The chicken fries and the mozzarella fries had all fallen out of their packaging and were mixed together on the bottom of the bag. Everything was warm and flavorful. The drive through was fast while both times I was the only customer.

This is an updated review. I think they have new management. Service was quick and courteous. The food was hot and reminded me of the days when Burger King really did make it your way. Congrats to everyone!!

🔹I asked if they had any Whopper specials (I left my coupons home and by the time I got to the speaker, because of the cars behind me, I couldn't read the menu board). He decided I need to speak to the manager.

🔹 She assumed I was trying to scam them. "You need a coupon if you want a discount!" (I assumed she was having a bad day so I assured her I just wondered as I couldn't see the menu. She told me she would deal with it but she was on the other side of the store.) The original guy gets back to me 3 minutes later.

By now, the window has cleared, so everybody behind me starts honking.

🔹When I tried ordering, the guy kept asking me to repeat or he'd get my order wrong. (How does Whopper basket sound like Fish?) The electronic order board was missing and he asked me to look at it & verify!

That was it for me. If the quality of service was just a fluke I wouldn't be posting this. A couple of times they've been closed during business hours with lights ablaze. I don't know what the problem is but it's like they keep changing management and staff (I get understaffing is a problem in the service industry everywhere but that should mean better training to reduce frustration & benefit patrons & workers.)

New ownership of this business. All is well now. Place ia clean, orders correct, and prompt. Night and day different.

I ordered ahead in the app. When I arrived at the drive through I was informed that they didn't have my entree. I told them to cancel my order. They said I have to cancel in the app. I said the only thing I could do in the app is report to corporate that they didn't have my food. I did that and received a $10 credit that can only be used if my subtotal is $10. I usually have a subtotal of $3-6. Later I discovered my card had been charged for the food they didn't have. I went to the app again and quickly received an email that I said I will get a refund in 2-5 days.

On 05.07.2024 I ordered 2 burgers and Fries from our Burgers Kingston branch at 2655 E Washington AVENUE Madison Wisconsin. When I went to the restaurant, I gave my order name in the Drive thrue area and your staff said there was no such order. I asked him that I placed my order through the app and if they were closed. He later said that he did not have onion rings or potato chips in his hands. He accused me of not knowing English. He literally threw the package into my car. I wanted to report the situation because I don't want others to experience this disrespect. Such behavior is unacceptable. My order was missing and this is acceptable but the disrespectful behavior of the staff is enough to remove your restaurants from my favorite list.

I paid for Swiss cheese and American cheese on my impossible Whipper on the app and picked it up in the drive thru. There was no cheese on the burger. I went to the drive thru window 5 minutes later and asked for my cheese or a refund for the cheese and they wouldn’t address my issue. They just kept repeating that the system was closed and they wouldn’t acknowledge that I didn’t receive my cheese that I paid for. The fries were also really stale and tasted like they had been sitting in the warmer for three or more hours. Worst experience of my lifetime of 45 years at a Burger King. This little $hit operating the drive thru thought he owned the place. My pregnant wife ordered a junior whopper, then decided to add bacon and cheese. This little middle school looking guy told us no, straight up no. We were speechless. We eventually convinced the add, and pulled up. Worst Burger King I’ve ever been to. Burger bun was so soggy it was dripping through the bag and was barely a bun by the time I opened it. I’m not even sure how it was even possible. My mother and I were at the drive-through about 5 minutes ago. And this girl was completely rude. We were trying to ask a simple question. And she just started yelling at us the answer. After she repeated this process, my mother finally got fed up and told her to stop yelling. But the girl said it was because she thought we couldn't hear her. Fast food customer service has continually gone downhill but this just took the cake.

Rather than doing her job the woman sat on the phone in the drive thru discussing her daughters personal business. I had to continually ask for items that I had ordered as she just kept talking on the phone. She kept handing me things and when I got home I found out it wasn’t even mine. 🤬🤬🤬. Either step away and take your break or take care of personal business on personal time.

Reason for 4 stars (almost gave 5) is the staff in this particular location, as food of course is similar across this fast food chain. People behind the counter were attentive, and joyful, which is not common in this type of joint.

This was by far the worst customer service I've ever received!! The kid at the register was on his phone and didn't even acknowledge me until I said something. He told me a price that was way more than what I was ordering and I had a coupon that made it even cheaper. The kid wasn't actually an employee but was the son of an employee who had her son do work when he wasn't even supposed to be taking orders and handling payments. Another employee kept giving me evil looks the whole time I was waiting for my food. I realized when I got home that both my fiances and my orders were completely wrong and I had to drive all the way back there. Then my fiance had to repeat the orders 8 times when they were really easy. I really don't understand how burger king is still around because ive had a bad experience at every burger king in Madison but this was the worst of them all. Im pretty sure it's illegal to have someone working when there are not even an employee and im pretty sure he was a minor. I definitely won't be returning to this burger king ever again or any of them!!!

The mozzarella sticks were abysmal tonight. Stale af. The cheese didn't even taste like cheese. Not even remotely melty. I took a bite of one about 30 seconds after I got the bag and it was already solidified. I believe they fried these but it sure didn't seem like it. Gross. I ate one and then tried to take a bite of another and just ended up spitting it out. Burger was okay.

Yeah, it's just Burger King, but the nicest people work in the drive thru at this BK. I get plenty of drive thru fast food for my kid so I know how bad the service can get. Sometimes it's like TSA power and control like. Not here - the guy with the gentle voice seems to be working most times I get food and he is super nice. They let you use coupons that are expired also, as long as you provide the coupon code.

Also, their new chicken nuggets are decent!

I was in the Drive-Thru a week ago and there was a young lady African American who is a shift manager she was very very very rude to me I was willing to pay for my condiments and she told me to get out of her line because I was getting on her nerves and she was about to call the police on me it was not my fault that they serve me the wrong Whopper that was plain moving forward the next day I called corporate and I also called the store and there was this young man named Derrick who's in training to be a shift manager as well remade my order and apologized for the young ladies non-professional actions I truly truly appreciate mr. Derek for troubleshooting the situation he is definitely a team player I believe that attitude reflects leadership and that black African American young lady was very rude and need to be terminated as soon as possible I love Derek he is amazing............ Today is 27th December I couldn't leave a review so I have to add to this one I went to Burger King in the Drive-Thru last night and the same young lady said to me that she can't service me because the regional manager told her not to this is the same young lady that gave me problems with my food no one took my statement but she sat there and said the regional manager told her not to service me I don't know if this is a lawsuit or not

I absolutely love that car broiled flavor when it comes down to Burger King or McDonald's it's Burger King every time burgers are way better fries are better bigger though you may not get as many I mean they're also a lot bigger than those tiny little toothpicks though if it comes down to you or Culver's I'm sorry culvers Wednesday every time and honestly I'm sure if you had to choose between the two you would also choose Culver's nothing beats a Culver's bacon cheeseburgers with the upgrade to curbs instead of fries does it get any better

I just love it on Saturday and Sunday they don't have to be open for breakfast lunch the staff members last week decided not to show off so then they were not open last week the week before that on this location on the west side of location they did that over by the south transport one week the next week they were open but no notice on the door why they were closed the staff member at this location had a bicycle on and the parking lot locked it up the lights were on in the kitchen but no the drive-thru was not being operated as well and I'm assuming he's probably put his time card in and got paid that day too so I'm assuming that the management doesn't know he pulled that little stunt so I took one on YouTube and Facebook and I pointed out to the corporate how much line sacks of s*** they are when they're telling them they're working just thought you want to know
