The worst service of all in Manitowoc 45 minutes for 2; Burgers. Not once did it happen but 4 or 5 times I'm tired of the service but pay your workers I bet if you paid them more you would see a big difference

If Burger King wants to force people to use their stupid app to save a few pennies on their overpriced sliders, then they need to teach their employees how to use their app too. Every time when the app doesn't work inside the store, as in more often than not, you tell the employee you have a code but it's not opening, you show them your phone, and every time their response is we don't know anything about the app and we can't honor the special unless you can make it to work and pull up the code. Um, I get it to work? I'm not the tech company that's running this app. Maybe if Burger King would fire what ever company that's running this app, and turn it over to the school for a first grade class project, I'm sure it would be a major improvement.
Here's an idea, instead of Burger King wasting their money to pay for this app, how about going back to putting your specials on the reader board outside. I'm sure you'd get a lot more customers who see a deal on the reader board as they drive by, then you do getting people to open your useless app and waste 20 minutes navigating through the app to see if there's a special or not.
Oh, and as one other reviewer mentioned, get new pickles. the pickles you are using now are disgusting, and destroy the taste of the burger!

Placed my order 15 minutes before they close got there as 11 rolled around and they said they didn’t make it. They didn’t ask my name, didn’t ask for a code or what was on it. I was pretty upset but I understand it’s been a busy day. I hope it’s easier to get to my order next time i come through

Been waiting over 17 minutes. For a 7$ trio meal and onion rings. Now can you please tell me why? When I know you have all of it at fry station. With at least a. Hold time of 1 hour for chicken fries. Can see u just pull fries and ring.
Why? Out side of the guy with the broke. Arm walking around aimlessly and not doing his job.or paying attention to the screen.
And no manager giving direction or expediting.

Got there around lunch time.It was pretty busy so I figured I'd get a fresh hamburger.. NOT!!! I DON'T UNDERSTAND HOW THERE COULD BE A WINE AROUND THE BUILDING FOR THE DRIVE THROUGH.I GO INSIDE AN ORDINARY BURGER AND THE BUN IS DRIED UP AND THE HAMBURGER PATTY TASTED LIKE IT WAS MADE 3 HOURS AGO OR MAYBE EVEN YESTERDAY. I can only comment on the egg and cheese breakfast sandwiches. They're not bad and available until 10:30am. You can get it on a biscuit or a croissant. The biscuit is preferred.
Otherwise it's pretty much burgers and deep fried sides

I wish they would be consistent with the food quality, i stayed away for a while from burger king, and then I went and it worked.Was awesome, and then when I went back and ordered the same food, it wasn't even close to how it was last time, so it's hit or miss with this one, or the employees think they have their own style instead of the burger king standards.I don't know what it is, but I can't spend thirty dollars a visit for something I don't like anymore,thank you

Ordered food via the app was told when I got to the window to pick up my food that they didn't have stuff. They couldn't even tell me over the drive through speaker. Then notice that I am double charged everyone. Please check to make sure that they are not ripping you off in double charging you as well as the store dony care and won't do anything about it

Understand this is not a review of this location, but their product. That Royal chicken wrap was fire. The fact that they have failed to advertise it more astounds me. I haven't liked BKs chicken since the Chicken King, but this was fire. If McDonald's doesn't bring back the chicken wrap with upgrades it's over

Best Burger King I’ve been to in a long time! The food was fresh, the order was correct, the dining room was clean. The workers seem like they take pride in their restaurant. The man at the counter (Kobie-sorry if I misspelled)was kind and friendly. All of the tables had crowns on them for the kids and all of the tables are clean and being wiped down immediately after people leave (thanks to Amy!). Will definitely come back here! Keep up the good work! 👌

I was in the drive thru and couldn't find my debit card. I was scrambling to find it to pay. I heard a young lady named Courtney Miller who said she'd "take care of it". The drive thru lady repeated it to me then. Courtney Miller a complete stranger and an employee in Manitowoc Burger King had paid for my meal! I highly suggest you don’t order online. I did for $30.93 and my order never arrived. I’ve called the store several times to ask for a refund. I was told that they don’t have my money and I need to call DoorDash. I explained to them that I already called DoorDash and they told me that since my card was charged by Burger King Manitowoc, WI, they would be the ones who need to refund. They just keep insisting that they don’t have the money even though my credit card statement shows clear as day that the money was paid to them. The shift ma share Caden was extremely rude to me and wouldn’t even attempt to look up the transaction or order number and would t even look at my credit card statement. Unless you want to pay for food that you may not get and is impossible to refunded for once it’s not recieved then just go to McDonald’s instead

I just want to start off by saying I really do not ever write reviews its not my thing but I think I might this time just to better help future stuff! To start off with my fiancé and I waited in line for about 15 minutes waiting to have our order taken And I understand the whole under stuff situation that all of America is having to deal with but my god the worker helped 4 other customer in the other line while we waited! After we where finally able to order and got to the window the casher charged us for the wrong order!! Thankfully the other worker caught it before we drove off and refunded us part of my order was chicken nuggets I am not picky at all when it comes to chicken nuggets because its freaking chicken but the chicken nuggets where hard like if you leave chips out for to long🤮 the staffing was nice but I am very upset with the food and how fast My order was taken

Manitowoc has a great store. The customer service experience was wonderful and the food was fresh. They also followed all PPE guidelines. Milwaukee on the other hand, NEVER go to the on on MLK and Locust! They prepare food with no gloves, I saw one girl literally coughing all over the food, no mask and didn't cover her cough! Absolutely disgusting!

This is not about the Calumet Avenue store. It's about the HORRID customer service corporate has not provided. On May 3rd of this year I ordered $20 worth of food from the website for delivery. Never got it. I called the store and they had no record of the order. The next day I was charged the full amount and sent a receipt.. The charge mentioned "Racine" , nowhere hear me. After half a dozen phone calls to the corporate customers service number and numerous email exchanges I got nothing. Every time they said a refund would be coming in 7-10 business days>. They lie.
