When it’s 9am and the store has only been open a couple hours and you know that there hasn’t been 10 customers that all used the men’s bathroom this morning. Why it is that the sink, mirror, floor and trash all are dirty? It makes you wonder what the rest of the place is like that you don’t see. I won’t be eating here again. The people are friendly don’t get me wrong but when the cleanliness of the place in a restaurant looks like this I can imagine what it looks like in the kitchen area.
Just downgrade to 1 star. When I watch the what I assume is the manager grab a couple of French fries out of the fry bin and start walking away while she was eating them. That’s beyond disgusting.

Every time I come to Burger King, I always have to wait a very long time to either get my food, or to be greeted. I also have received incorrect items my last few visits. Some of the workers are nice, but seem very understaffed.

Its a container of cinnamon and sugar, shake the container and you have a churro...not worth the money half the time its always a massive hit or miss if the employees decide to not be lazy. This place always takes forever to get orders done. I made an online order 20 min prior to showing up and wasn't done. They told me in drive through to pull around by the front door to wait. They said 4 minutes. I waited another 15 minutes to get 2 sandwiches. Bad place overall.

The kid taking my order in drive thru was confused on the loaded croissan-wich. Then I watched him drbble and empty 2 cffee pots in my cup. I handed it back, stating it was barely warm. He asked me to drive around front, he will bring my order out after new coffee is done. I waited 10 min and finally went in to get my order. The drive thru line picked up during this and he seemed overwhelmed. 1 guy cooking, 1 guy, I'm assuming a manager. 1 customer inside, at a table. Manager needs to kick in and help out if they're so understaffed. I always liked their food, but stated I wouldn't return.

Then, the person started helping the other lane before me and three other cars got helped before me that arrived AFTER me! I was at Burger King August 7th 2024 at 12:58 p.m. I went through the drive-thru and I have to say the young lady with the reddish hair what's amazing. She stood out giving me the best service possible. Which is very rare right now. I work in customer service and I have worked in the food industry, and somebody should give her some kind of recognition for sure.

Usually a stop for Whoppers; breakfast was amazing. Mistake on order but received what was ordered, and enjoyed the mistake, also ♥ Dinner Burgers with one combo were excellent. Every table for 4 was dirty and I let person that brought food to table know and tables for 4 were all cleaned and also the floor during our visit. Potholes in parking area are getting larger.

Went through the drive thru. Ordered 4 jr cheeseburger meals and a whopper meal. Lady taking my order said it $53, which didn't make sense because I checked on the app and it was $33. The person that owns this franchise should have it taken away from them. They refuse to ever have enough staff, usually only 1 or 2 people who do their best but my usual wait times are 7-10 mins per car in front of you. Yesterday I was the 4th car in line and I watched the McDonalds across the street put 42 cars through their drive through in the 38 mins it took me to get my order at Burger King.

If I could give negative stars, I’d take 4 more off my score. Wait 20 minutes after paying for my food in drive thru, finally get it and get home 5 minutes later to everything being ice cold and taste like garbage. Two weeks prior myself along with about 5 other people waiting in line in the lobby to be told over and over again for 30 minutes that someone would take our order soon. As he continued to take drive thru orders. Needless to say, we all left. If you don’t have employees, close your lobby. At this rate I’d go as far to say shut the whole place down. Garbage food and garbage service 10/10 won’t waste my time or money again.

Please update your Marquee to tell people you're going to be closed. The sign clearly stated you are open at 9:00 a.m. only to have a message pop up and drive through that you are closed and there's a sign on the drive-up window that nobody's going to see until they drive through. Also, your parking lot needs massive repairs. There are potholes the size of small ponds.

I was ordering a couple sandwiches and a beverage online when I noticed the beverage selection to be very limited online. I knew my beverage was in their machine sooo, I called and asked the little lady who answered the phone how I could order the beverage I wanted. She was kind enough to make a mental note…so when I arrived the beverage would be exactly as we discussed…😉large Surge no ice. 😏 she didn’t lie, I was grateful that she was willing to fill my order since the application was so limited in their selections.
I hope Burger King can make some changes with the online beverage selections.

Food quality is iffy but the biggest issues are how inconsistent the hours and service are. Hours and menu availability constantly change, like a ship without a rudder. The last 3 times I came here were terrible experiences. 2 times they completely messed up my order or forgot to put something in my bag. They last time I sat at the drive thru for literally 25 minutes, and there was only 1 person in front of me. Do yourself a favor and just go across the street to McDonald's. There can be 30 people in line ahead of you at McDonald's and you would still get your food before the 1 guy in line at Burger King.

I'm quite fond of burger king's food but the food I got was one step from the trash. The fries were cold, the ice cream had the consistency of a smoothie, we were MISSING two burgers, and the onion rings weren't even done deep frying (and were oversalted) plus the burgers were cold and were starting to sag like they'd been sitting for awhile. I also have food poisoning now so yeah I would avoid this place

Ordered a deluxe chicken sandwich, got literally no toppings on the sandwich.

First time here, not a good experience. The young girl who took our order wasn't friendly. She must of not put our order in the system since it was taking a long time. Other people who came in after us were getting their food while we were still waiting. My Husband had to go up and ask why we haven't got our food. The floor by soda machine was oily and slippery. Check your receipts, they have a habit of "forgetting" to honor deals such as the "buy one burger get a second for a dollar"
Multiple instances of them double charging to the point where I refuse to order unless it's on the app and I know they aren't doctoring the order. Every time they refuse a refund and offer a promise to give a free burger next time if you give your name which is just a garbage practice with no tangible guarantee of making things right. Just straight up theft.
Got to my food, missing a fry order, missing my sauce for my nuggets, and my burger doesn't have cheese despite asking and being charged for it.

Currently sitting in the Drive-Thru line for 25 minutes haven't even moved for the past 5 minutes. This is ridiculous. My lunch break is now over and I'm stuck in line.

Got a chicken king today, and I must say it was probably the best sandwich in town! I went back for a spicy one, and it was even better! They better keep that sandwich on the menu!

With the remodel completely redoing the drive through, you'd think it would be more efficient. Nope, they now have 2 ordering lanes, but still only 1 window. All they've done is made it possible for twice as many people waiting for their orders. Just took me over 15 minutes to get ordered and my food, and that's at 1:30 in the afternoon. This would be a 1 star review if not for the employees, they were all friendly and cheerful, even with the loads of people waiting.

This place has gone down hill fast. They recently got a remodel and thought maybe they would hire new people and maybe they did but hey are not any better.. they are rude to the elderly they make too many mistakes on orders and you wait way too long for fast food. I don't recommend this place !

Newly remodeled building. Staff is moderately friendly. Food is generally as ordered. If it weren't for Bk's nation wide recognition and great food, I probably wouldn't bother.

BK should stick to burgers. This “new“ chicken sandwich is disgusting. Aside from it being completely dry almost like jerky, the flavor is just bland. They put entirely too much salt on the half cooked fries, and I ordered a cherry limeade and got strawberry lemonade( I hate strawberries). I gave it 2 stars because my dogs loved the chicken so I guess it wasn’t a complete waste….I should have followed my first thoughts and cooked at home😏

Walked in and found the remodel to be a nice upgrade. Ordered, and staff had to give ice with the cups because the soda dispenser was not producing ice. Filled cup with Coke, but found it to taste flat and was actually warm. Had to walk past three tables to find a clean one. No one wiping tables or sweeping floors. We did get a fresh soda from staff from the drive-through dispenser. The order counter was sticky when I laid my money down and when I picked up our tray of food, my fingers stuck to the underside of the tray handle on the left side.
I have been a fan of the Whopper for years, but this remodel will do no good if not kept clean. The last remodel went down hill because of cleanliness.
The food was of good quality and tasty.
