The King of Burgers new brisket whopper is outstanding! I was going to add bacon, but I’m glad I didn’t. The brisket and burger pair well together, and didn’t need bacon. Maybe a shredded BBQ chicken Whopper is something they could make next? I would add bacon to that.

I go to this burger king all the time. Never had any issues. Always great customer service. Today at 8:55 pm, I ordered the bbq brisket whopper to try since it's new via drive through. The first sandwich I noticed there was no brisket. Called and spoke to Doug, and he said to bring it back. I came back with the burger and the window lady that work the closing shift ( I didn't catch her name) came back and said it was under the cheese and immediately said they will make a new one and walked away. Didn't even allow me to ask a question or even apologize for the mix-up. They made my second sandwich, and i can see through the window, they may have been disccussing something that made everyone inside upset, this time, it was an older man who handed me my sandwich, and all he said was, "Here's your sandwich," and immediately walked away. The overall attitude was very rude. I wasn't looking for a second sandwich for free, I just wanted what I paid for. I checked this second sandwich, and there is barely any brisket in it. I checked under the cheese, and the amount they gave is so little, smaller than the slice of cheese that was provided. And so thin that it can't even make a sandwich. It was not worth a 3rd visit because the attitude the staff had ruined my appetite. The photo advertisement is not the same. I know it's for advertisement but still, a decent amount for a 12 dollar sandwich better be present. Not this. I'm really disappointed. Will definitely not order this again and would recommend people just to stick with their regular burgers.

Horrible. Got my order incorrectly through the drive thru, worst customer service I've ever received. I ordered some burgers and I asked for cheeseburgers. They didn't give me cheese on my cheeseburgers. The cashier tried gaslighting me by telling us he had repeated the order when he had not. Before that, he got upset that we went back through drive thru to correct the order and he raised his voice. I was startled by the change of tone. He proceeded to show me the receipt he did not give us, and the receipt he did give us was a DoorDash receipt. After all of that, he made us pay for another 3 cheeseburgers. Never returning again. Absolutely worse customer service I've ever received.

This burger King is just simply another burger King. The food was good but the reason I am giving this a 2 star rating is 100% due to the service the front counter lady was absolutely terrible to deal with i asked for extra onion on my burger even paid extra for it.... wasn't on it then when I went back up to get the extra onion I paid for it seemed as though I had inconvenienced her for asking for my onions even somewhat argued with me about it until I brought the container where it legit said extra onions. I had just worked a 12 hour day and was hungry so I simply just wanted to eat something fast I wasn't expecting to have to deal with a attitude while doing it. Terrible experience

The past few times we have been here through the drive thru we have been greeted by a very bubbly and friendly voice over the intercom! They have gotten our order correct EVERY time, and I love that they are willing to make special accommodations like cutting a double whopper with extra everything in half, giving us half fries and half onion rings if we ask for it, and No ice in our drink when requested etc! And when I got to the window tonight I realized I forgot one sandwich, and he didn't even make a huge deal about it...he was super nice and understanding! Let me add...this was all taking place about 20min. Before they closed too! My favorite is the Ghost pepper Whopper 🤤I wish they kept this all year round! Anyways... whatever crew has been working this Menasha location ROCKS!! Y'all deserve recognition and a raise for real!

Went to store in Menasha tonight for dinner. 3 guys just standing around as they were not busy at the time I arrived. I ordered a whopper cheese meal medium size with onion rings and a whopper meal med with no tomatoes and pickle on whopper adding mustard. Both whoppers had very little lettuce and no onions on them. The whopper cheese the tomatoes on it you couldn’t eat cuz they were so wilted. I asked for no salt on fries due to not being able to have salt so I asked for all of the food to be fresh. The onion rings where not fresh they where soggy and fries where soggy and overly salty. I also ordered a honey mustard wrap the tomatoe was soggy and chicken was luke warm. The manager went into the office after grabbing food from the heat chute. The food was put into a bag that was ripped all the way down and they put the bag inside of another plastic bag. The guys their where rude and not very customer friendly at all. They didn’t seem to care about their jobs at all. My order was 46 was at the restaurant at 6:25pm on 03/26/24

Employee working the drive-thru seemed like she hated her job and didn't want to be there. No greeting when I came up to the window or nothing. She handed my card back to me roughly and "slammed" the window door shut like she wasn't having it. I understand people have their bad days, but this wasn't the worst part...

She took my order wrong. I had asked for a Ghost Pepper Burger meal, assuming the Ghost Pepper fries were included. She failed to tell me they aren't or are (still not sure), and only charged me for the Ghost Pepper fries. I wouldn't be so upset if my fries were actually warm; hot even. My buddy's regular chicken fries were piping hot, while my Ghost Pepper Chicken fries were cold. Like they were pulled out of the freezer, sat for a little, and then deep fried long enough so they were still cold in the middle.

I've stayed away from this Burger King and figured I'd give them another chance. And they proved me right. I won't be coming back to this location. Blacklisted from my palette.

So I normally don't do this but I've got give credit to this BK in menasha. Been going here a number of years & every time i come here I get exceptional service. Ppl are friendly & to me my order is great, it's fresh tomatoes are fresh not yesterdays, lettuce is crisp not flat and old, fries are fresh and the container is FULL....not almost....my meal is made when I ordered it not sitting for an hr. like the arches over on the corner. Ordered a number four combo at menasha burger king. A ham, egg and cheese croissant. croissant had one very thin piece of ham on it will not be back to the Menasha burger king again. I like the drive through staff, they seem very knowledgeable and nice. However the food. The fries seemed fresher this time, but there was some kind of piece of paper or aluminum sticking on the fries. There was also a red stain on one fry.

The hamburger tasted good, but it was not hot or seemed fresh. The bun seemed flattened and stale.

I will try and return once more, because the staff is nice, but if the food doesn’t not change, I will be getting lunch elsewhere!
