Second time in a little over a week I've been there and they don't even acknowledge your presence. Stood there waiting to place an order and nothing. They need to replace front of house staff, especially pink haired girl. Doubt I'll be heading back to that place, other better options available in town.

Duane never bothered to turn around so we stood waiting to order for about 10 minutes, finally just left. They had a few cars in drive thru, nothing too busy, 4 employees + 1 in the office. Pretty unacceptable.

This is a great place to go I’d say in the day time even used to work here but Not to sure what was going on last night around 10pm when I went thru line ordered my original chicken sandwich and whatever my friend had gotten we got it completely hard all sides of the chicken were burnt and if u were to cut it open u could see there was a hole right thru the center of the chicken with extra soggy lettuce and 2 tomato’s which if I recall original chicken doesn’t come with tomato unless u ask, we weren’t trying to complain much because this is where we always go so I had taken a few bites and now sitting sick as I would not like to be with food poisoning now I understand they could’ve been closing soon buttttt that didn’t not fulfill my visit should always make the food fresh and want to know how to fulfill ur costumers not shame the door in there face.

Tried to go and grab a quick bite. Arrived around 10:30pm and its completely closed, no cars even in the parking lot but online it says they are open til 11pm. Glad i wasted my gas and time for no reason.

Pop stop running errands. "Crown? Yes! It's my 55th birthday and BK was my first fast food experience at Five Points a few blocks from my house in Rockford." We tried out the Apple Watch remote photo button. Cheesy Tots could have been more cheesy; BK could work with Green County Cheesemakers on that! Shared with a friend, and he thought so too. Next stop, Mrs Claus outfit purchase from our local famous clown.

Ive been meaning to write this review for a long time. I've lived in monroe for over 3 years and BK has been the best fast food option the entire time. The prices are great, the service and food quality is even better! In all my years this is the most dependable fast food joint I have ever frequented. I think maybe one time out of dozens and dozens of trips they messed up something small once. If you want fast food in Monroe this is the place to go. Culver's, DQ, and taco bell are pretty good too. Stay far away from mcdonalds. LOL

“I’ll be with you when I’m ready!” I have never been so rudely treated at a drive thru restaurant anywhere in the USA.
The owner should be ashamed of the staff working Friday’s lunch. The poor girl at the cashier window definitely didn’t take our order. I believe it was the nose ring wearer at the service window. She should be demoted to cleaning the dumpster out.

Drove thru today at straight up noon. Husband ordered me a chicken club (not knowing they don’t offer one AND NOT being told they didn’t offer one. The chicken sandwich was cold, hard and inedible husband had jr whopper was stone cold. The fries were hot and had the perfect amount of salt. Called the store asked to speak to manager. After implying I was lying about the sandwiches he apologized. I will be following up with an email to the corporate office. This was probably one of the worst fast food sandwiches I’ve ever eaten.

In monroe Wisconsin its the best fast food burger a little slow when there busy but worth the slight wait. Edit due to covid those lines can spill out on the road causing wait time to increase to 30 some minutes. They need more staff due to this when not busy its a 4 star however due to wait times its it will drop to a 1. Id rather wait on the phone with an operator from a third world country on amazon. Again dont go from 430 to 6 as that tends to be their busiest

I have never been so frustrated as when I go through this drive-thru. They literally take forever to take your order and then when you get to the window to pay, it takes even longer. Their customer service level is horrible and most of the staff are plain rude. I can't imagine how slow they would be if they also had the dining room to deal with. I love Burger King, but this location needs some work. They are only operating the drive-thru so why can't they have the 1st window open to take payment and the second one for receiving the order. I'm no efficiency expert. . .oh wait, I actually am. . .
