I spent $52 at the drive-thru at the Burger King in Oregon, Wisconsin, and what I got in return was a bag of disappointment, frustration, and barely edible garbage. If I could give zero stars, I would.

Drive-Thru Disaster:
Even though I didn’t go inside, I still waited an eternity in the drive-thru. You’d think that amount of time would mean they were at least getting the order right — but nope. Multiple missing items, no apologies, and the food I did get was a complete joke. It honestly felt like someone reached into the trash, threw it in a bag, and said, “Good enough.”

Food Quality:
Calling it “food” feels generous. The burgers were dry, stale, and lukewarm — as if they were made last week and left under a heat lamp out of spite. The fries were cold, greasy, and somehow both soggy and crunchy in the worst way possible. Everything tasted off, old, and borderline inedible. I wouldn’t serve this to my worst enemy — let alone a paying customer.

Missing Items:
For $52, you’d expect the order to be complete — at the very least. But nope. No napkins, no sauces, multiple items missing, and what I did get wasn’t even close to correct. If I wanted to pay that much money for food I didn’t order and couldn’t eat, I’d throw a wad of cash into the wind and hope it hits a Taco Bell.

Zero Value:
I didn’t go in, didn’t get what I ordered, and what I did receive should’ve come with a warning label. I could’ve had a better meal pulling leftovers from the back of my fridge — blindfolded. The only thing consistent about this place is how bad it is.

Final Thoughts:
Avoid this Burger King like it’s radioactive. I don’t know if it was a bad night, a bad crew, or just a cursed building, but whatever’s going on there, it’s not fast food — it’s fast regret.

Tried BK yesterday for the first time in years. Always loved the Wopper. Such a let down. Didn’t have the same flavor I remembered. Terrible! Couldn’t understand the clerk. She was waiting on me and the drive thru at the same time. She was the only one taking care of customers. Not the experience I was looking for. Not doing that again.

This Burger King is HIT or MISS. This time it totally missed. Our Buns were stale for our whooper, our fries were cold and we even got a frozen french fry in our bag which I am not sure how that happens. You would hope for the prices they charge the food would be fresh and hot. The staff was not very friendly and didn't understand me when I asked them a question they just said "Thank You" and walked away. We will not be going back anytime soon.

My wife ordered for two whoppers in the app. When she reached there for pickup the guy said that they had no patties. They also didn’t refund the money and they asked her to come back on the next day for the general manager to come and pay the money back . Don’t go there or you will waste your money and you may not even get your food.

Stopped by to get the 599 special. Only issue is that my fries were so heavily covered with salt that I threw them out. The small 'children's sized" burger was also laden with too much salt. It's overpowering and ruins the food. No you know before you go. Bring a gallon of water to drink afterwards. You will be very, very very, thirsty.

My whopper was barely Luke warm. I was so hungry I just ate it. The bun was a little hard so it may have been stale.. Fries were cold and tasteless. No salt. Just really not a good representation of Burger King. I have to agree with other reviews, there is a language barrier unfortunately.

This place is just awful :( hate to leave bad reviews but man… we walked out after getting ignored at the register for ten min. He kept saying hold on until we just left. Every table in lobby dirty & We only wanted a fry and drink. Also, bet you those bathrooms don’t ever get cleaned and the windows and door handles haven’t been touched with a cleaner of any sort for at least some years

We are a group of senior citizens who have coffee there on Saturday mornings. That is now in the past. The last 3 Saturdays when the heat should be on instead the thermostat was set on cool and the temperature in there was 55. We told the Manger - she just shugged her shoulders. She doesn't understand or speak English so its hard to get an order that is correct. Last Saturday one of us waited a half hour for an iced coffee and only got it when one of us complained. We left early because we were so cold even with coats on. We won't be back!

I wonder if this location has issues with staffing; I walked to this location a few days ago and arrived only to find the dining room locked. I called to ask if they were open and the employee and I struggled with a language barrier over the phone for a few minutes before he finally understood and opened the door for me. All of the employees are incredibly kind and polite, and the food is good and made quickly. I will come again.

Even after the remodeling this place is a ghost town. Food is just not worth the price. Awhile back they revamped the chicken sandwich and it was actually good. A thick most chicken breast. Got one a few days ago and it was terrible. Smaller very thin and extra dry. And price went up. It might be time to say goodbye to burger king. I won't be going back, Popeyes and Wendy's had you easily beat on the chicken game.

The fries weren't fresh but they weren't really old either. Way better than 99% of McDonald's fries these days. The burger was great too. However, what made me decide to write this review is the ketchup. If I left it here, you would likely be befuddled, right? Please allow me to elaborate. First, I forgot to ask for ketchup but they asked me if I'd like any, something that doesn't always happen. I said yes please but didn't specify how much. The second part is that they actually gave me enough! Often times I'll get a few packets but never enough to get through all the fries. I never complain, just accept it. But this time I actually had one packet leftover, which now remains in my vehicle for future use. In addition, the woman was really fun and super kind. I wish I had gotten her name so I could give her the credit she deserves, but hopefully if anyone higher up reads this, they'll be able to figure out who it was based on the following: Her nails were painted bright and pretty, it was Wednesday, March 29, 2023, about 7pm or so when I went through the drive thru.

I've been to this location many times but this was probably the best experience I've had here so far. Not that the rest were terrible, but I guess just what one would expect. Being asked about ketchup and being given enough were both something most people would just overlook, but I genuinely appreciated it. And the interaction, short though it was, was above and beyond expectations, and I also appreciate that. I work a drive thru myself so I'm very forgiving about things and very understanding, but I also have certain expectations. This was an overall excellent experience! 🙂🙂🙂

It's literally been a year since I lats ate at any Burger King. Today's 2 meals were exceptional. The food was very fresh and hot. Sandwiches were put together well. I'd say the staff really takes what they do seriously and have pride in their work. I can honestly say that I never thought I'd be leaving a positive review for any fast food restaurant. Waited in drive-thru line for (no exaggeration) 15 min with only 2 cars in front of me. Only ordered a chicken sandwich because they were out of something else I was interested in. Then when I finally got to the window was told that they were out of the chicken sandwich. I understand that things get busy during lunchtime and that you run out of things but to make somebody wait in line for one item when you have a door that you can come out and tell that person that you don't have that item anymore is unacceptable. I am leaving a one star review because it is well deserved and a horrible experience, ended up leaving was nothing.

I went through the drive through in Oregon, WI. I ordered 1 Impossible Whopper, 2 regular Whoppers and an 8 piece jalapeños poppers. As I pulled out, I took what I thought was a popper out of the bag and took a bite. It was a chicken nugget!!! I immediately spit it out. I took it back in the store and they gave my poppers, which were sitting right there and said they were sorry. THAT DOES NOT CUT IT FOR ME!! I have been a vegetarian for years. When I knew it was chicken, I was disgusted. That would be like giving an alcoholic a glass of wine and told him it was grape juice. With that first sip, all their sobriety would be gone. If the staff would have been paying attention, this would not have happened. I feel sick to my stomach - literally!!! I am sure you do not understand my repulsion to murdering animals for human consumption, but I feel angry and a "I'm sorry" is not enough.

*** Update 4/27 I received a very concerned and polite email from the head of Burger King in Madison. He totally understands how I felt as he is a Vegan and has had that happened. He will be sending two coupons for any item of my choice. I wish all companies were as positively reactive as he was.

The quality of the food is about what you'd expect from BK. I personally like their burgers, so they haven't really disappointed me in that regard. The Bacon King is good, and even that new Whopper Melt isn't half bad.

The service is slow, unfortunately. I spent 20+ minutes in the drive thru waiting for my order recently, and it wasn't a busy rush hour or anything. Food it is, but fast it isn't.

Ordered 2 for 5 burgers heavy pickles no onion. Paid w a $20 bill and sum change to get 15 back. .He gave me $5back. Said he had to review the tape. 45 min later he counts the drawer.adnit he was wrong gave me 10 more dollars even tho he gave me heavy onions and no pickles not just once but twice and reused the burgers and the rappers. I have always loved Burger King Whoppers, Always.....until today. Worse Whopper I have ever eaten. The meat tasted old and tough,, what little that it had, tomatoes were old tasting and wilted lettuce. Ordered mozzarella sticks, which were cheddar sticks, overcooked and the little bit of cheese that were in the sticks was hard to chew. Let's just say our dogs got the sandwich and cheese sticks. Will probably be my last time I go there unfortunately. Shape up guys!

The lady in your drive thru yesterday evening around 330/4pm doesn't like her job. Very rude, made me wait to take order even tho there was nobody there. When I got to the window she was very rude and didn't say anything to me but slammed the window closed. VERY RUDE! I never write reviews but I'm done with this burger king location. The assistant manager is the RUDEST person you can ever have to deal with in this world. I did not get my two fries which I ordered and paid for. So, I went back and said I got two instead of four fries and he said, he put THREE fries. Which was not true and just him admitting that he gave me the wrong number of fries just makes him a fraud. He then gave me one more fries and I insisted that I need to get the other fries. He got so mad and went and grabbed a small fries and came back and said " have and extra fries and have a good night". I've never been treated like this ever before in any other location.
