I told the help 4 time that I was allergic to tomatoes iI reiterated at the window that I was allergic to tomatoes I heard them yell back to the line making it no tomatoes. I made the mistake of not looking at it and took a bite, TOMATOES I had an allergic reaction. I went in to tell management that they had put tomato on that I was allergic to them. They said will make up a new one for you and literally threw it on the counter. Terrible customer service. I'm lucky I did not end up in the hospital, but I did end up going to the walking clinic due to it and was given antibiotics. I tried contact management. They never returned my callthey obviously don't care about there customers poor management, I even called a different Burger King, to get the district managers to call me. He never called I wouldn't recommend this place for anyone. Especially if they have allergies.

My son is very picky with food. No condiments. Extra pickles. He was excited to know the staff listened to him. At other restaurants they typically gave him 3 pickles but here, they gave him what he wanted. He opened that burger, he’s used to being let down and finding ketchup and then just refusing to eat, but he saw no ketchup and a handful of pickles. His day was made!! Staff were friendly. Place was clean.

Really good food. The place was very clean and every employee was spot on with keeping it a very clean dining room and kitchen area. Bathrooms very spotless and clean. Food was hot and to die for and freindly staff made sure I had everything I needed. Help me fill my glass of soda. Got me 3 cups of ketchup. Very dog friendly on the patio and they usually give my dog a bone when I go thru the drive thru.

Love the friendly staff here at this location. They are always welcoming and extra kind to my 2 year old. They make our food fresh, and quickly anytime we go in there, and will even throw some fries in for us during breakfast hours for my son. Great food and a nice clean and chill atmosphere when we go inside to eat, and anytime I go through the drive through they move nice and quick.

Arrived earlyish into service with my two kids, ordered, and heard employees shouting at each other in back. the food is fine when they read the order. i order through the app all the time over a year now. and they get my order right 80% of the time. i trust this location I've main street but that's not saying much. i ordered a double cheese burger, i got a single. How does that happen? Stuff like that happens all the time.Here.The food can be fine but I don't get what I Order. so don't order more than 2 things or they are likely to screw it up

I just left this location, repeatedly told the lady thru the drive thru and once I got to the window that I need my burger plain with cheese only. now this location close at 11pm it wasn't even 10pm because I made it home and it's just 9:55pm and Oshkosh is only 16mins away
so no need to rush I thought, I heard her once I told her again at the window that who ever was preparing the food to only add cheese nothing else and soon as I get home to feed my 5yr old that's allergic to the condiments his food every bit of tomatoes, lettuce and ketchup, onions, mayo was added. This don't make any sense, you pay $13 and change for the meal tell them what you want o. there and they still get it wrong, just close down please!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! SHE clearly added on the receipt and still didn't do it, it wasn't cut either, just ridiculous, who are you guys hiring, just anyone off the street huh🤔🤔🤔They are failing there just close down and we can just go across the street to Freddy's that's where I should have been anyway to be honest, never again ✌️

I got a chicken jr for my son. He bit it in the parking lot and it was rock cold. I returned to asked for a fresh chicken jr and was made to wait 10 mins. When I received new food, still wasn’t hot or fresh. Will never return.

Asked for spicy chicken meal - no tomato & onion rings.

Left drive through and got soggy fries. Went back through drive-thru to get my O-rings. They were so under cooked the soggy breading was falling off the onion as I tried to eat them. After throwing them out opened my spicy chicken wrapper to get a lap full of hot sauce, a tomato(asked for no tomato) and a bun so hard and stale that when I finally pushed hard enough it broke in half.

Normally I tried to give the benefit of the doubt, but there were only 2 cars in the parking lot and no one else on drive-thru. 100% unacceptable even if the restaurant was busy.

In fairness they did get my kids 8piece nugget and med Dr Pepper correct.

UPDATE: 3 years later the service is better, food quality is better and management is much…. Much better. Tonight I ordered a large meal for several people via the app and all but one super complicated burger was hot and perfectly made. I called and the manager took care of the one that wasn’t quite right immediately and without saying anything slipped me a cookie in my bag. I was very pleasantly surprised.

Out of some items, some prices have gone up or portion sizes have been cut down. Orders are 50/50 on correctness and assembly neatness. Still has good food and the people are friendly.

King Bacon Burger 14$ for a small meal. I open my sandwich wrapper and it's just oozing mayonnaise, 2 or 3 pumps too many. It took me 5 napkins to even get this burger remotely edible and I still didn't finish it. Absolute waste of my money. As a person who has worked in Fast Food, multiple Restaurants, and just the food service industry in general, you should feel ashamed to be serving people this crap. If you wouldn't eat it like that then why would you serve it to anyone like that? The lady working the drive through was extremely nice and polite, but your cooks need a reality check. Everytime I go to this location I'm told to pull around to the front of the store and wait. Had to do that again today for 4 food items and 2 iced coffees. Mind you none of the items ordered had any weird requests or anything. The girl who was at the window was rude and acted like she was inconvenienced by the mere sight of us let alone her excellent customer service skills...not. She stood there as though she were not happy to be there and then she brought our food out after we've been waiting for 10 mins. It was not hot and they put the whopper on the top of the crossiants which flattened them into a pancake. Not to mention a guy walked into the store while we were waiting for our food and he came out w his food in about 5 mins placing his order AFTER us. Makes no sense. Terrible customer service and the only good thing about it is the iced coffee.

Rude manger refusing to do a refund after i notice one of the young staff over charge my card. I asked for the difference to be refunded but Manger chose to be extremely difficult and stated that the difference is not refundable, so then i asked for a full refund. The manager got angry and rudely demanded my card all while making ignorant side comments. The manager clearly hates herself, making unnecessary scene.

Usually when I go to a Burger King in Oshkosh it isn’t my first choice. This one is always my choice over the other one though. I can’t say I’ve ever had a bad experience or bad food. I have had times where it could have been better, but nothing that warranted a complaint. However this last Thursday these guys amazed me all around. My semi broke down for the second time that day. It died pulling in to the lot there and I had to wait for a wrecker. So I thought why not. I’ll go grab dinner while I wait. I got to the door to see the inside was closed due to staffing. I walked back to my truck frustrated. But then I had an idea. I downloaded the mobile app and put together my order. Then I called the store and asked if I submitted it if they would just meet me at the door with it. They said absolutely! So I did and walked back to the door. They didn’t meet me at the door. They let me in to wait. My food came to me super hot and just made. They could have easily and politely said no and it wouldn’t have been any fault of their own and I would have understood. But they didn’t. I wish more places took drivers in to consideration in situations like this. A huge thank you to you guys!!!

I just wish we had more desserts... Like bring back the Strawberry Shake & Apple Pies... And Seasonally bring back the Oreo Cheesecake, & Chocolate or other Sundaes... Customers love dessert. Would give ZERO stars if possible. The manager on duty on 7/4 around 1pm isn't worth her job. Ordered my sandwich in a specific way & when I went in to let her know it was wrong, she gave me an attitude, refused to fix my sandwich & said "this is MY store & I'm not doing that". Very, very rude!!

Isn't BK 'have it your way'? Not at this one. The manager is basically you get what you get with no fixes or exceptions.
