I am allergic to meat, I break out in nasty welts all over my skin when I eat beef or pork, and sometimes even chicken. this is the only fast food place I'm really allowed to eat besides taco bell. Food is good, but the drive through wait time is atrocious. I’ve sat in line multiple times with NO ONE in front of me. When I pull up to the order screen, they immediately have me wait. This turns into 3-5 minutes. I don’t know what they are doing because I’m the only customer, or, like today, there was one person in front of me who ordered 2 whoppers and two sMall fries (not a large order), and they had to wait 5 minutes before they could order. Another time, there were four or five cars in line and it took me 20 minutes to get through the drive-through even with pre-ordering. Are they just messing around with customers?

They can't even hire enough people to keep the dining room open. 1st order, stood at the drive-thru window for like five minutes, nobody comes to the window and can't get in the door so had to call them on the phone to come to the window. 2nd order, same thing except they wouldn't even answer the phone, then came to the window and were rude telling me they were closed despite my order being placed and PAID for while they still had 15 minutes. Absolutely horrible service. I ordered my nephew a double cheeseburger with no ketchup or mustard and heavy pickles. He gets his burger and there’s ketchup and mustard on it. I politely went to the counter asking if I could get it remade and they told me no that they made it how it’s supposed to be made and if I wanted another one I had to buy one. My nephew would have eaten the burger if it only had the mustard on it because he’s allergic to ketchup. Now I would have eaten it but the girl at the counter opened the burger with her bare hands. I love the morning shift manager and his crew. They are FANTASTIC. But, the night shift crowd is absolutely terrible at customer service. I wanted to add a code and was only in the window for thirty seconds. This female manager was more concerned with her window times than ME the customer. I laughed it off. I have actually stuck up for this staff before against other customers. Again if it’s morning or day shift the Store Manager is amazing and I love his work ethic the female working today at 8:30pm is awful at her job and should probably seek employment elsewhere. There is an older lady running the show for breakfast and she is always so chipper, and I always had a decent meal. so I’d find myself coming back when I needed a quick bite.

Today however I went through the drive through and some other grumpy lady operating the counter had so much pet-fur on her that her entire body could should have been in a hair net.

There was pet hair in my drink, pet hair on my fries.

I will never go here again, not for breakfast, not for lunch, not for anything.

I ordered the mushroom and Swiss melt. They made a melt with stacker sauce and mushrooms and bacon and American cheese. I went back to request the correct sandwich and they tried saying they made it that way because they were out of Swiss. So I’m like “okay and you couldn’t let the customer know?” And their response was that they didn’t know: then they argued that the mushroom and Swiss came with bacon. It does not. I used to enjoy coming here and really want to support businesses in downtown Oshkosh. Today was the last time. We all have walked up to doors at fast food restaurants and pulled only to find them locked since the whole COVID thing. Here we are in 2023 and they’re never going to stop with this. Today I walked in with my son and the BK was well-staffed. There were customers in the library and one of the employees was grumbling about how they shouldn’t have opened the doors. The lady working the grill hollered at everyone “THE LOBBY’S CLOSED! You can use the drive through!” This place is going to close soon anyway like Hardee’s and Wendy’s recently did.

I thought it tasted weird but kind of shrugged it off until I noticed that the bottom of my patty was literally charcoal black. The Bad: Ordered a Double Croissant with fires. Received a small croissant (a child's meal essentially) with (allegedly) double bacon. Instead of the french fries they tried to slip in nuggets. Awful experience! I decided to try your new chicken sandwich that you are advertising. I ordered in the drive through at 12:00 on my lunch break, when I got to the window they told me it will be another 5 minutes because they are making more. That's after already waiting 10 minutes in line. I then had to pull around to the other side of the building and wait. After another 10 minutes the guy came out and said that they had to get more because they were out. I asked how long cause I had to get back to work, he went back inside the locked building. I waited another 5 minutes, no one came out, so after waiting over a half hour, I had to get back to work, so I left without my order. Not only did I not get my order that I paid for, I was late back to work and hungry the rest of the day. NEVER AGAIN will I visit this store! Zero stars If I could.

I have a specific order and order it the same every time. Since starting frequenting this establishment, as my job is really close by, the staff almost always has me repeat the sandwich specifications- with cheese, extra ketchup, lettuce, onions, and tomatoes for quite a long amount of time. Im nearly convinced the speaker to speak into is bad because the workers do seem to care and want to get it right!!! The problem is the execution of the burger. I dont know if its because of wanting it a certain way, but twice I've gotten a whopper of a mayonnaise sandwich, where you can hardly see the veggies its so disgustingly packed with it. Also, more than twice I've gotten burgers jam packed with pickles. I really hope some cook in your establishment isn't that type of person, but my partner and I are both convinced it's issue enough. I hope it gets better. The other location is far, far, far worse.
