Went to Plover WI location…absolutely ridiculous…8-10 minute wait to order in drive thru and then had to wait 20+ minutes to get our food. Burgers were cold BUT the fries were hot and tasty. Felt really bad for the server who brought us our food. He was very nice and apologetic and mentioned there were only two of them working. Bright spot? Hubby got an onion ring in his order of fries 😂

Stopped at this Burger King yesterday and wow, what a 180! You can really tell there’s new management in place. The service was fast and friendly, the food was fresh and way better than before. Everyone was polite and seemed to actually care. Definitely recommend this location now. Great job to the new team!

I realize it is a Burger King, so you shouldn't expect too much. However, this Culver's takes disgusting to a whole new level. We went there at 9:00 a.m to order breakfast. There was no one in the restaurant except us so they weren't busy. I ordered a bacon egg and cheese croissant I was told they don't have any eggs. Mind you, this is 9:00 a.m. and there's no one else in the store so it's not like they just ran out. Because I was so hungry, I said go ahead and give me the sandwich without the egg just the sausage and cheese. Heathen proceeds to tell me it's still going to be the same price. My wife says how can it be the same price well you're not even giving us eggs on the sandwich, to which he says there's nothing he can do. He asked me what I want to drink with it. I say coffee because again it's 9:00 a.m. he then tells me oh, I'll have to make a pot. It's 9:00 a.m. people, there should always be coffee going. Then to top it all off, the guy at the counter not only stinks it looks like he hasn't bathed in a week, he had food lodged all over in his beard. So, he brings me the sandwich which looks like it was made two days ago and then thrown in the microwave. The plastic stuck to the bread and the bread was soaking wet with steam. Do yourself a favor and don't go into this disgusting place.

Don't go if you think a drive thru will be speedy . There was one person at the payment window when we drove up. Took 5 minutes to take the order. After we got our receipt, it took 12 minutes to get 2 croissants (told them twice we wanted ham but still got sausage) and a French toast. The food tasted fine.

If I could give this place a full on zero I would. Its a joke of an establishment that shouldn't even be open anymore. If you don't have staff or workers than can do their job shut down. I get handed out whats supposed to be a frozen strawberry and its basically a cup of liquid syrup. Waste of money. All of my food was wrong and messed up. Opened at 8am and when I walked in at 1130 there was no ice in soda machine and most of the sodas were unfilled and unavailable. The restaurant was dirty. The restaurant was empty but yet took us almost 10 minutes to get someone to take our order and another 15 to get the meal. Onion rings were not fried all the way...soggy and the order wasnt filled correctly. Dipping sauces were forgotten for the chicken fries and french fries given when onion rings were ordered and paid for. Another couple left without ordering due to how long it was taking. We will never be back.

I asked for a burger no mayo no ketchup what do you guys do? You guys added mayo and ketchup, you all cry you want 15 an hour but you guys can't follow simple instructions. Never again.
Also everytime I come through the drive-thru and make a big order for me and my family spending 40 plus dollars, they make me pull forward that makes sense it's a lot that I have ordered but everytime after 20 mins they hand my order to another person in the drive-thru this has happened 3 times and I have to go inside and say hey I didn't get my food and 20 cars came through the drive-thru already, what you have they said, I said this and that blablabla, oh we already gave that to you..... no you didn't I've been in the parking lot for 20+ minutes. Then I have to wait another 20 minutes. This place is the worst.

This is pretty much the worst Burger King I have ever been to. There was nobody at the counter to take our order. The place wasn’t even busy. All I heard were staff yelling at each other in the back and one woman came out to yell they needed more fries. Was in line for 10+ minutes with other guests behind us. Nobody acknowledged us. They were not even busy. Nobody was in the drive through and maybe three other people eating. It was the lunch hour, so I assumed they would be serving lunch. Guess not. We went to KFC nearby instead where they actually serve food.

Only one table dining in, 2nd in line at the counter. Receipts luttering all the registers and no one at the front. Not a single worker acknowledged anyone in the line forming. Stood there for 5 minutes and not a single response. Drive thru only had one car. One lady came out to the front not looking at all of us, packaged 2 fries for the one dine in, and walked away. 10 minutes to place or, 20 minutes for burgers just for them to realize they needed to put fries in so there goes another 5 minutes while the burgers have been sitting for 10 minutes and are now cold. That is just about the food, drink machine is filthy and half empty on selections, tables are all not washed. Garbage cans are full, trays are greasy. By far one of the worst BK experiences ever. Was traveling home from a trip up north and stop for a quick bite. 40 minutes later.......... if you can't keep the place up shut for the day, only 2 people working. Will never stop there again.

My husband and I stopped in to Burger King for lunch yesterday. We decided to eat inside rather than drive thru. The restaurant inside was filthy. Standing near the counter waiting to order took at least ten minutes...a few customers in front of us. Our feet stuck to the floor...so dirty. French fries and receipts were all over the floor. Tables were not wiped off, window sills so dirty, and looking under the table along floor boards was filthy. I don't think it has been cleaned in months. Wow!!! Not sure how that restaurant would ever pass a health inspection. Not planning on ever eating there again.

Hello…. I drove up to the drive thru around 11:40am Sunday morning 10/20/2024, hoping to get the 2 croissants for $5 deal, but you had started serving lunch and I ADORE your burgers too, so I was happy getting the 2 junior whoppers deal. I also ordered a medium French fries….
The burgers were great, but the fries were NOT!!
They tasted like they were left over from the previous day. They were hard and stale and dried out. VERY DISAPPOINTING!!
Please do better!!
The young man at the drive up should have checked, but if you’re serving day old fries because it would cost you more to make fresh, consider losing more money from people who were served old fries and didn’t say anything.🤔😉

Disappointed with how dirty this location is. The floor was sticky, soda machine was dirty and out of ice, the floors and windows needed to be cleaned, it had a water stain on the ceiling from a water leak, and the metal gate that closes of the attached gas station was hanging there broke.

The food was pretty solid. That’s where the positive ends. Service was not great, the person that took our order seemed to not know what he was doing, but also it took us like 5 minutes of them just standing around to realize we were at the counter. Also I feel that cleanliness is pretty important for a place that serves food. I didn’t see anyone wearing gloves, and the place itself looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in weeks. It’s absolutely disgusting there. 2/5 will not come again.

After standing in the lobby for a good few minutes before the employees came out of break room. 9 am we walked in.
Husband asked for a specific way he wanted his double croissant sandwich (the number 7 add bacon) at both place and still got it wrong after a 3 min discussion on how to put in the computer! How add is it to add bacon to a croissant meal?! After going back up to get a missing sausage patty, his was right. Husband happy win for me!
Now my sandwich I just wanted to add ham to a biscuit with sausage. That took a few discussion from workers to figure that out! My biscuits bottom was hard and old! Biscuit was old! I couldn't finish my soggy breakfast. Won't be back!

Twice now we have been here in the last couple of weeks, once as a fluke because we never come here, and once because support gave us a coupon to come back because the first experience was so bad. First visit, we made an order, waited upwards of nearly 45 minutes after they told us to pull forward (barely any cars going through) and still ended up with the wrong order (which wasn't large and for 2 people). Every car that came through was asked to pull forward or park in a space and then they didn't even bring out orders in order of arrival, and kept stopping at our car window to ask if this was ours. No, order after order it wasn't. At least write down the name or the car color. So..... I came back (my fault there). There's one car in front of me, none behind and not a soul in the lobby. Asked to pull into a parking space. You cannot keep up with 2 people's orders when the place is dead? A few more cars came while I've been here for 20 plus minutes but this place is a joke. It's not fast food and the bar for service is incredibly low. Will not be coming again. Place seems like whoever is managing it is doing an absolutely terrible job. I have now been sitting in this parking lot waiting for my food for an order I put in at 12:50 and it's now 1:15. Crying toddler in the back and still no food. Keep coming up to car windows again to ask if this is their order. Write. Down. A. Name. And. Car. Color.

I ended up going to this Burger King at about nine at night because my three kids were hungry and all I got from the employees was constantly being asked if I am serious about ordering this much food and that this is ridiculous because there’s only two people working in there, so then I paid a little over $30 for all the food and then was told to pull ahead and ended up waiting for almost 30 minutes for them to bring the food out. Keep in mind all I ordered was a couple cheeseburgers and a couple chicken sandwiches, the ketchup mustard mix was so gross tasting I don’t know if it was an old bottle or it was just way too much mustard but once I scraped off all the condiments on it and added my own ketchup, then it was at least decent. The chicken sandwich has no taste like chicken or anything it taste like salty cardboard

I couldn't believe the service I received there. Today is Thursday, 7/6/2023. I was upset because I ordered a freezie and they didn't have any which happens a lot. Then I asked if my granddaughter's food was put as a meal. One girl said no I asked why. She said she needed a manager. That's ridiculous. What really was the sarcastic way she kept calling me Sunshine. So I asked her what was her name was and very loud and more sarcastic look said Jen. Then I drove away and saw I was missing a fries. I believe that was done intentionally.
Now I expect this girl to not only being talked to but fired. I had my granddaughter with. This is not the kind of reputation you want for your business. Word of mouth is a free way of advertising.

I must say, they have the friendliest employees of any Burger King I have been to. The lady working the register was super friendly.
Food was fast as it should be for fast food and it was decent, nice and hot. All the condiments were kept stock. The place was clean for the most part, bathroom was kind of shady but the place is connected to a gas station. Overall a quality Burger King.

In February, 2022, I had a disappointing experience in the drive-thru. I submitted my comments and was contacted by the manager, "Janell". Yesterday (March 9th) I stopped and coincidentally was waited on by "Janell". Not only did she make up for my initial bad experience, but her customer service was exceptional. I also noticed that she was very supportive of her staff, and that the restaurant was very clean. I can definitely say that my initial experience was not the norm -- this is a fantastic BK location.

I like a burger from Burger King on occasion but this location has a disgruntled manager. He asked me as I pulled up to the window to pay if I knew if they were the only restaurant open in town. I asked him if they were busy all day. He said they were then proceeded to tell me about all of the horrible things that happened to him so far that day. I get it but dude, you're a manager!

Probably the worse BK I've been to. I went there twice and was unsatisfied both times due to many issues. There was a long wait even though there wasn't much of a line. They forgot my other coffee abd I had to ask them to run back in and get it. My coffee, hash browns, and fries were cold. They didn't give me a receipt when I told them I wanted one. The bacon burgers were dry and bland. The only good thing I had were the sausage, egg, and cheese biscuits. At least I had coupons.

The food is horrible tastes like it’s been sitting for hrs. I also got sick from eating there, I am most definitely calling the food and health administration. Line was super long which was fine during lunch time but there was no greeting at all "what do you want" and super short and kinda snippy. Food was squished into a small bag and folded weird and greasy.
