Just visted this establishment and I was not impressed. Hashbrowns were fresh, french toast was on the fresh side. We ordered two French vanilla cold foam coffees that were absolutely disgusting. They had an awful bitter taste and did not taste like vanilla at all. I was not pleased with this visit. Coffees went straight to the gas station garbage. Staff was not friendly at all she didn't even say a word besides "thanks" at the end.

Talk about slow! I pulled into the Burger King drive-thru with only three cars ahead of me, and it still took 30 minutes to get my food. That's absolutely ridiculous. What are they doing back there, raising the cows themselves? By the time I finally got to the window, my hunger had turned into pure frustration. This was an incredibly inefficient and disappointing experience. I won't be back.

Waited in the drivethru for 20 mins without the line moving an inch. Went inside thinking it would be faster, Waited in line for another 10 minutes and the workers wouldn't even acknowledge the people in line. Saw SO MANY people leave. Then I turned around and the people in the dining room hadn't even gotten their food yet. This place seems like its shutting down. This place is usually good, but at random times, they are bad. I was there on a Wednesday morning at 9 am. An older gentleman and I were waiting for over 5 mins at the counter for service. No one came. He wanted a refill of coffee, and I wanted to order food. There was no service for us even though I saw the cook looking at me from behind the counter. I order online back in Sept and got badley sick for six hours and I email online order ppl and they said they email them as owner and I have got no reply back at all by email or phone. They don't handle their customer well, I have order couple time from here and I always get sick. Whopper is very greasy, soda has no flavorite, all their sides like french fry and oring are grossy, plus I have found hair in my food and grossy and they don't care much. I called them to let them know about the issue and the worker said that their manager is forcing them to serve it because they’ve had someone out to get the machine a couple times. Went through drive thru. Placed my order which the lady taking my order seemed busy no pits lunch time. I wanted to order shakes with my food but the machine was down, then they had no dr. Pepper. While ordering i had to wait a few minutes then they came back to get the rest of my order. Then I pull up to the window and just sat there for the next 14mins! My wife ordered online tonight & waited 30 mins in the drive thru after placing the order online.. This place is BAD. The crew members are friendly but extremely understaffed and the food is TERRIBLE. I have never had such bad food as I did tonight. I should not have to wait 30 mins after my pick up time to get my food. It all hit the trash. If you're so understaffed you need to close for the night. The food tasted so bad, what if you get someone sick from being short staffed and not cooking correctly. This place needs an Overhaul on how they're treating their employees if there's not enough of them! Pay better, do something, this is the worst burger King I've ever had in my life. Usually do the drive thru. It is hit or miss on the quality of food. Order isn't always correct. Pricing is okay. Staff can sometimes be friendly, but I have also had a few very rude encounters. Location is decent. The drinks are usually watered down, not sure if the fountain and syrup ratio is off or what.

Waited 10+ minutes which I get but my little Jr whooper meal was completely wrong and getting charged for cheese you of course didn't put on and very skimpy on all toppings. Really poor meal prep.
Update: 5/6/23: Tried them again and once again did not put cheese on things that were charged for cheese, food all cold and soggy. Appalling! We visited on Easter Monday during the lunch rush. After 20 minutes and 3 tries they finally gave us our to-go order. I personally prefer BK to McDonald's every time (just an opinion)...however I genuinely felt bad for the staff at this store during my visit. It started in the drive through where I waited for over 20 minutes - WITHOUT MOVING AN INCH - to which I said to myself...ok, I'm gonna go in instead. I thought that being lunchtime maybe they were having technical difficulties with the drive through for some reason or another, as I have experience with fast food in the past and know these things happen sometimes....well, I was wrong. Upon entering, there was a man taking a customer's order at the counter, and two customers who had already placed orders and were waiting to be served. After completing the order at the counter being taken, the man started shouting back to the line worker what was needed for one of the other patrons waiting who had completed their order prior to me entering the store. They completed the order and handed it out, to which the other patron waiting said what about my order? (Presumably was before the order that had been handed out). Then the man working asked "what was your order?" The patron explained that it was a mobile order and the man just called an employee from the back saying "I just don't know anything about these mobile orders. she can explain it to you better.". Then I was asked to place my order. I placed the order for my teenager and myself (which wasn't a complicated order), and stepped aside to wait for my order to be completed. So at this point, there's this confusing mobile order, the patron in front of me and me waiting to be served. The man who ordered in front of me was served in a relatively timely manner and then they decide to work on this mobile order. The order contained 2 original chicken sandwiches, as well as my order containing 1 original chicken sandwich...at this time the line workers are just trying to catch up for what I can only believe to be a mistake of deleting the order from their screens due to it being a mobile order...AAANNNDDD the next patron comes in to order...a group of 3 and they all want original chicken sandwiches...(they are too good if you ask me). This only adds to the chaos as the man from the counter is continuously shouting what's needed for the front....they were really doing their best, but a cring-worthy performance at best. We all have our days....that being said, still will keep going as I've said at the beginning of this rant, I prefer them to the competition.

I refuse to do any doordash orders for this burger king. They are the only place that doesn't start making the order until after you get there and wait in line. Now the inside is also closed at every burger king so you have to wait in the long drive thru line as well just for a pickup order, then wait for then to make the entire order. If I did deliveries for this place I wouldn't even make minimum wage.

Fantastic burger king experience. I ordered my usual original chicken sandwich with extra mayo.

I really like BKs mayo btw. It really ties the sandwich together beautifully.

I also ordered the *NEW* ZESTY SAUCE. I have to say I don't really like it. I really loved the original but this new recipe can take a hike.

But the employees have no control over this so it's not going to affect the score. All in all great customer service and correct orders.

One thing i have to point out: The fries have taken a step back. I'm not sure if this is a prep issue or frier time issue, but more often than not i'll get white and floppy fries rather than golden brown and crispy. I recommend ordering fresh fries.

The food tasted good. However, there were very small portions for the fries and soda pop. I don't think I have ever had a smaller amount of soda in this size of cup. It was at least half full of ice (or more). I'm not sure that the soda was filled to the top, either. It was very irritating. The price was much too high for such small portions.
