Waited half hour for my food and then they goofed up my order I ordered a number 7 instead of Swiss cheese I wanted american. Ended up with no cheese at all. My son ordered before we did and got is small ordered after. When I took my sandwich back up there to let them know I didn't get no cheese at all. Cause the manger had to take a break cause she couldn't handle the stress of her employees not listening.

Walked in and had to get the attention of the cashier standing at the register playing on her phone, who then seemed annoyed i interupted her. In the past month I’ve had two great experiences at this location. The first was drive-thru. I’d never tried the breakfast. I ordered through the mobile app, super easy. The person helping me was so nice and the food was freshly made. Tonight I decided to order through door dash. I ordered quite a bit of food, with some modifications, so I was a little nervous. I went there and was going to spend $40 and I politely ordered and the manager over the speaker had it all wrong so I tried to correct her to change it and she got all pissed off and yelled Jesus Christ very sarcastically and told me to pull up to the window and as I got to the window the manager said she is refusing me service. I was greeted by Bailey when I pulled up to the speaker. What a joy!

I love baby and this one in the picture is great!! I’ve been to a lot of Burger King’s and this one is the best!! This is the best place for a Cheat day!! I always get the whopper no fries. Tbh, this location is super hit or miss. It is rarely busy, probably because the locals know better. You're lucky to see more than 1 car in the drive thru at a time. I don't ever see anyone dining in.

When it's good, it's actually very good. Fresh food, prepared correctly, etc. However, if they have to handle 2 orders at the same time, then it starts getting questionable. Cold food, staff not dressed professionally, paying more attention to their airpods than the customers who pay their wages. I try to avoid coming here, but since there's limited fast food options here, it's pretty low on my options.

Staff is very slow. Ordered food at 7:12pm. It took us almost 40 minutes to receive our order. Was only focusing on drive thru orders. Staff was sitting on phones not helping at all in back. Popped in for a quick lunch. Ordered 2 hamburgers only mustard and pickles, not exactly a tall order. Staff called my number and immediately turned away from the counter not even making eye contact when I approached for my food. Edit: At the request of a friend I owed a favor too I placed another order several days ago for both of us. The staff did not know how to find the mobile order. What I finally got had numerous missing and incorrect items. Support refused any amount of refund without photo proof of the missing and incorrect items. Read that again.

This is akin to fraud and theft. This location is a scam, do not do business with. Previous experience below.

Waited in excess of 30 minutes for a $15 order placed through the app. Staff presented an incomplete order and said they were STILL waiting on fries. I asked for a refund and the staff waffled about for several minutes trying to find a manager.

I again insisted I wanted a refund, and at this point my order as well. The time wasted on this was beyond excessive. Two staff claimed not to know where a manager was and would not engage further. I left and filed a refund request through the app, which I currently have not received.

The owner of this location is effectively running a scam.

I like the taste of the food, so I decide to order food BK despite the issues I always have. Every time I order a fish sandwich, the employees seem to ignore my specifications. I order with no tartar sauce but it's always a bunch of it on the sandwich. Rude man though drive in. I stated I wanted the 6$ way meal he said we don’t have that anymore and I was like it’s on your sign. He proceeded to type it in and it popped up the screen spicy chicken fries and I asked to switch it original fries not spicy. He said that he couldn’t change it. My burger came with SO much mayo that I had to throw away all the toppings I actually ordered. They also didn't add the cheese, which I specifically asked to be added.

I'm not turned off to BK, but I AM turned off to this location.

Food took forever. Not alot of ingredients. The order wasn't correct I went back in to make sure I didn't get someone else order. It took 4 people to try to figure out what I was trying to explain. I gave up and went back outside to head back home . In the vehicle my boyfriend told me his sandwich wasn't what he ordered either. . Kinda disappointed having to wait 20 minutes for our order to be made..

We like this BK. A lot aren't great, for various reasons, but we make it a point to stop in here. The food quality is routinely better then other locations. I understand that staff shortages cause lobby closures and shortened hours, but the staff that are here are solid.

Bacon tasted weird. Booth seats were hard with no padding. Crispy chicken fries were dry and tasted nasty. They were over cooked. Cherry frozen slush was mainly just liquid. Also got rid of iced coffee.

Very clearly run by children. Regardless of what bk.com or google says they close at 7. Even on a Friday night. Delivery menus also show breakfast options which are not available at this location. Would not recommend visiting.

The owner of this place should be ashamed. Just close it down for good so somebody that knows what they’re doing can open up. Last time we went , our entire order was cold. They are too lazy to even nuke the food. I wonder how old the food they gave us was. We waited over 15 minutes to get our food and threw everything out. Absolutely Pathetic! I realize this is not fine dining but could they hire someone that even cares a little? I didn’t think anything could be as bad as the Saukville KFC but this place is giving it a run for it’s money.

This place used to be a lot better. I would go there to eat if they weren't closed all the time. The McDonald's across the street is open 24/7, but this place closes in the late afternoon. They opened the dining room for a short time after the lockdown and then closed it again. I would like to be able to go in and sit down and eat rather than just do the drive-thru.
