Ordered 4 bacon egg and cheese biscuits in the app, pulled up, got my order and got back on the road. Imagine my Surprise when I reach in the bag and realize that they only gave me two biscuits and that they replaced the other two with telling me with croissants. I called and was told since I used the mobile app to complain there. So I did, they gave me a whole 500 points that doesn't even replace one of the sandwiches.

If you don't have the biscuits then say something. I've had other locations tell me that they didn't have any and I got what they had and moved on. The fact that you did the old switcheroo without warning me is just bad customer service.

This place deserves not even 1 star!!!! They Gave my 1 year old spicy chicken!! Chicken wraps were so damn cold I’m sure it wasn’t in the safe temp for eating. You guys are gonna kill someone. The place smells like a sewer is running though so I’m sure there’s a lot of cross contamination going on there. Honestly feel as though I deserve a refund. My kids and I better not end up with food poisoning. This place should be shut down. The workers obviously do not care and shouldn’t have control if someone gets sick or not. It’s truly not hard to ensure food is safe , clean and at the correct temperature ( as bacteria starts to grow ) I never stop at fast food for myself let alone my baby and kids and ofc the 1 time I do we are at high risk of food poisoning.
ALSO if they see you coming in with kids after 5 pm they will be sure to close the play area ( not like we want to be in there looks like it hasn’t been cleaned since 2001. )

If you're looking to take your children to an indoor playplace don't waste your time driving to this location. At 6:30 on a Friday night you'll walk into an empty lobby with maybe a car going through the drive thru and 4 employees standing around doing nothing, yet they have the playplace closed. This is the third time we've gone there in the early evening just to be told the playplace is closed. We're making the drive somewhere else from now on and won't bother trying the Shawano location anymore.

Took my son here the other day before camp for lunch. I gave him a choice of what he wanted and he chose Burger King. He has a wheat allergy, so I ordered him a bacon cheeseburger with no bun. The cashier told me they can't do that. I said we have ordered it at many other Burger King restaurants with no problem. She said they don't have boxes to put that in, so if they make it they would put the meat in a chicken nugget wrapper and the condiments wrapped in a regular burger wrapper. I just looked at her in disbelief for a few seconds, and then we left and went to McDonald's.

If I would've rated this location a month ago, I wouldve given it 3 stars, but the experience I had yesterday bumped it to a 5 star based on customer service alone. Previously having visited, I had waited for over 10 minutes in a drive through line and that was just to be able to place an order. It's a small town so the line wasn't THAT long! To me, having worked in thos industry before, 10 minutes to order is unacceptable. However, yesterday I went through for breakfast right at the 10:30 mark and placed my order. I was in the drive through line MAYBE 5 minutes in TOTAL! I then had to go through the line again 10 minutes later to order for a friend, and again, it was maybe 5 minutes in total. The gal at the window, may have been the manager??, remembered me and asked if I needed syrup with my previous order. She had me wait in the parking lot both orders because they had put some fresh food in for my orders. However I still didn't wait more than 3 minutes in the parking lot for either order. Because of this experience, I can consider frequenting this location again, giving it another try, because of the single gal at the window going above and beyond.

The whopper looked like someone threw it into the bun, as it was all mangled. The FF were very saturated in grease and hard to chew, maybe a few good and many overdone. The juice for the kids meal was forgotten altogether, and they doubled the whopper order and charged me for it. Won't be going back. This is sad because when we would venture to Shawano, we usually always chose Burger King as a treat.

Forgot 8pc nugget, the french fries were basically all onion rings (even though I only asked for fries), my boyfriend’s slushie was only filled half way, didn’t add on bacon, the fries and onion rings were soggy, and the burgers were just un flavorful. Not worth $50+. Never gonna order from there again.

Went to the drive-thru at 8:30 in the morning, hours online show 7:00 open, went through nobody answered, tried to call they hung up on me twice to try to advise them to put something in their drive-thru if they are not open to reflect what their hours are online called the customer service and put in a complaint but it's probably not going to go anywhere horrible restaurant!!!

I will say it's upsetting when you pay for food and don't receive what you pay for, you receive food but not your order. So your suppose to drive this food 37 miles back to get your correct order, but she wants me to bring This food back in after it's been in my car three towns over and in my house. Worst customer service I've ever experienced. I specifically asked for no onions as we are allergic. The receipt shows no onions, yet there was onions on our sandwiches. They also didn't put any of our fries in the bag. When I brought this to their attention, the manager was beyond rude and not once did they apologize. Even while I was placing my order they totaled it before I was even done ordering. Definitely makes you feel unwanted there. No worries my family will not be back and I'll be sure to spread the word that they don't know how to follow a simple request.

The only reason I gave it a star was because I can't give review otherwise, we order 3 whoppers, one w no onion, 3 cheeseburgers, one w mustard or pickle. We get one cheeseburger w only ketchup and 2 w no pickle and 3 whoppers will no onion or pickle. And yes that's what they had on the reciept. Mind u, we stopped going there over a year ago due to rude sloppy service several times in a row. The last time we were told that they only had 1 whopper patty made up so we couldn't have whoppers, they weren't out of them but they didn't want to make anymore.
