Placed a mobile order and was told it was checked in. After waiting 10 minutes in the drive thru I had to show the person my PHONE to prove my order. They took a picture of my screen and made me pull around while they then made my order, so obviously it took another 10 minutes. Then I was advised the ONLY drink they had was Diet Coke. This is the first time I've given this one a shot (not a huge burger king fan but it was right here) and I absolutely regret it. Avoid at all cost. This place is terrible.

I would give this restaurant a minus zero if I could the manager so to say that would not give me her name was the most rudest customer service I've ever encountered. First of all the line was slow. Fine, I wait and then I ask excuse me how much longer is this going to be? And then the manager tells me it's going to be a couple more minutes and I wanted to let her know that I was on a timeline. I just wanted to know how much longer and she said rudely that she is training two people and she only has one person taking orders for the lobby and told me that I could take my business elsewhere if I didn't want to wait and that I had to stop yelling at her. At that point I was not yelling at her. She told me she was going to call the police on me I was trying to back out asking the customer behind me if he could please move so I could get out and she came back over the mic telling me to stop yelling at her customers and I told her to mind her own business and that she was the rudest person that I have ever had to encounter and I would never be back to this restaurant ever again. Sad for management and I did ask her what her name was and she said it was none of my business and I said it is my business because I will be calling and she said that her boss's name was Tara. Shame on this business having this lady as a manager that won't even give her name

I went through the drive through hoping just to get a quick meal but when I was talking with the man behind the speaker he seemed a bit annoyed. I shrugged it off just thinking he had a bad day until I got to the window and he started treating me as if I was a nuisance. He had an attitude with me and gave me dirty looks all throughout our interaction. The man was constantly on his phone or not even paying attention while I was asking how much longer my food was. Our dining experience started off with a free buzz. I walked in the bathroom to wash my hands and the marijuana odor was so strong, I still can't think straight. The bathroom was still full of the evidence of someone rolling a blunt. Swisher sweet wrappers in the garbage, tobacco in the sink and weed on a paper bag on the back of the toilet. Yes I have pictures. I ordered a bacon melt with no onions or sauce. After we waited for our food to come because the workers argued about putting our 3 orders on seperate trays.. which they decided on 1 to save on washing. BK have it your way, only on one tray. Of course mine came with both the onions and the sauce. I returned it. As I waited for the new sandwich I heard one worker tell another worker no sauce, (wonder who smoked that blunt!?) so on the 3rd try they brought it out., it was ok. Definitely didn't touch the munchies I got from walking in the bathroom.

The last time we were here was in December of 2021, and it was absolutely terrible! Had a new cashier who had absolutely no idea what to do and she forgot her glasses, so she couldn't even see what she was doing on the register. The screens were filled and the staff couldn't even keep up. We waited over 20 minutes for our food due to the fact that the kitchen was waiting on bacon for a sandwich on my parents order, which was unacceptable, so we ended up asking for a refund on all of our orders, which were all separate. When my parents and I asked for a refund, the manager rudely told us that we had to wait on getting a refund due to her helping a customer, so we told her ''no, we want a refund now!" She even had the audacity to tell us that we had no right to talk to her like that. She eventually gave all three of us refunds. My advice to Burger King on the South Side of Sheboygan: If you can't keep up with taking or making orders for customers, you should close your doors! Sorry to say, but we won't be back. Erie Ave Burger King is better!

Ordered online for pick up through drive thru, the worker said that the shake machine is down so they cannot make a shake and did offer me another drink to which I decline because there’s no other drink on the menu that cost the same. Then the worker also told me that they were also out of onion rings in the store so I can’t have that either.
They can’t cancel online orders in store however it was easy to cancel and get my refund through the app instead.
