This Burger King specifically is the worst location I have ever been to. The staff is religiously rude and unhelpful and the food itself is subpar at best. I have come here multiple times and every time there is a problem with my order, or the staff is making rude comments and or giving eachother looks based off of my order. My fiance does DoorDash and she has also had countless problems with this location to be specific. I don’t know who runs this place franchise or corporate but I have worked in fast food my whole life and I would argue this is the worst service I have ever seen.

Rude, terrible customer service!

We stopped at Burger King around 8:15 a.m. to grab a couple of breakfast sandwiches, hoping for something quick before getting back on the road. We were the only customers there, yet we waited at least 10 minutes with no food. The two employees on duty were at the sink working on something, so my husband politely asked when our order would be ready. One of them replied they were working on it. When he mentioned that we had already been waiting quite a while, she responded with, “Are we going to have an attitude? Because if so, I can give you a refund.”

I said we just wanted our food, and she claimed my husband was rolling his eyes and “having an attitude.” At that point, we accepted the refund and left. Needless to say, we will not be returning to this location.

place is nice but needs an update. people are friendly. I see a lot of people say this place is dirty. All I have seen is stuff on floor behind counter after a lunch or dinner rush, which gee that happens people when you work fast food. Could they grab a broom faster? Maybe, but is it worth bitching about? Maybe they just need to get their breath a minute. Too many ppl whine about the dumbest things

Stopped in for a few burgers and fries. Checked my order when she brought. Fries were all over the bag. Asked if she could put fries in a separate bag. She said no, but that she would give me a bag to put them in myself. I did do it myself but the customer service here is HORRENDOUS!!!!
Spent $30 bucks and had to bag my own fries. As side note, the bathrooms were dirty. Will never go there again.

It's been 6 month's since we've been at this burger king. Last time was a terrible experience,in the evening. Workers looked unkept,and didn't appear to be very bright. I spent 20.00 on a couple of whoppers and fries. Food was cold ,God awful. This time there's good news and bad news.The good news food was actually good. The bad news is that the dining area was messy. Straw wrappers on the floor and the soda fountain area was messy with spilled soda,lids for the drinks laying around. Thing is,we were the only ones in the place. Workers were standing around in the back talking and screwing around. Not good!!!!

Stopped in off the freeway and went inside on Sunday around 1pm. No one was at the counter for 3 minutes and when we spoke out loudly if anyone was able to take our order a young woman came by and said she would be with us in a minute. A minute went by and we left to go to cousins sub down the road. No one else was at the drive thru when we left. If I owned this place, I would be very concerned

Every time we are in there someone is cleaning, which we like! We want to eat at a clean, comfortable fast food establishment. Service is so/so. Food is hit or miss. Usually hits, but sometimes not so much. We'd eat there again.

The food here was not that good. My breakfast sandwich was on the soggy side, and the tator tots were lukewarmat best. My husband ordered the French toast sticks, and there were hardly any in the package, and they were the size of French fries, not French toast sticks. Is that the size that they are now? I think my black coffee was the best thing we ordered from this Burger King that morning.

This was a drive thru order. If we had gone inside all of these issues would have been talked to with a worker.

Above average of most other locations I've visited. Had a longer wait in the drive thru , was asked to pull forward even though no cars were in the line. Obviously, it was to reduce the drive-through wait time clock. Took 10 min or so to get my food. The food was warm, and I received everything I ordered correctly. Staff was friendly.

We were just driving thru and typically love Burger King. The first thing we noticed was that the floor was so sticky that it was hard to lift your feet. The music was so loud that we couldn't talk without yelling. The soda machine was out of ice, and the sodas tasted horrible. All the food was undercooked except the hashbrowns. This place needs to either shut down or hire all new employees. I hope this isn't a reflection of what other places in town are like.

Went to drive through at 8:45p.m. on Friday evening 5/3. No other vehicles in the drive through and no one in the parking lot but had to wait to order. Woman taking order immediately sounded rude. We asked for a shake and response was 'our shake machine is down' we attempted to place the rest of our order, and response was 'we are out of mellow yellow' and asked for mozzarella sticks and response was 'they are discontinued' to wich my husband stated - they are on the menu and her response 'well they are discontinued' it was ridiculously rude! Tone is half the issue. So darn rude we pulled up to window and the people working were arguing with each other

so we decided to not even get our order. Have not had a good experience here in years! I officially give up on this place. Hire decent staff or close and let someone who wants to be in business and do a decent job go in there!

My family & I will NEVER go to a burger King again. From the start, the guy taking our order didn't seem to care too much if he had a job or not. Then, we pulled up to the window where we could hear the employees talking bad about us. We tried to order salads & were told by 4 separate locations, they no longer serve salads. We wound up ordering only French fries (which were cold & nasty) & onion rings (which tasted REALLY old). They have an impossible burger that has SO MANY TERRIBLE ingredients in them, I wouldn't feed them to my dog! EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTING & WE WILL NEVER RETURN!

We just went to this Burger King and it was a pathetic display of service. There was one other person in the restaurant. We waited 10 minutes for our orders to be taken. The guy taking our order didn’t say anything to us, when my friend went to make his order the guy started to walk away. When our food was ready our order wasn’t called out, it was just set there. We also ordered to go and both order were made to stay. My wife found a big curly black hair on her burger and when she approached the guy about it all that was offered was “uh sorry” before he walked away again. Things happen and the hair isn’t a huge deal, however I’m very frustrated that there wasn’t so much as a sincere apology or any type of restitution made. I plan on calling corporate Burger King and reaching out to the franchisee.

Decided to go inside by drive thru wasn't busy and there was nobody in dining room and only 1 gentleman ahead of me and after a couple of minutes of being ignored, I asked the man if he was waiting and said no one had acknowledged him yet and been there a few minutes before I. Worst experience at a BK ever!! Rude cashier 'Lexx' couldn't hear me so I repeated myself and she snapped at me for then talking louder. Fries were reheated and tasted like trash, charged 5$ for disgusting tasting tap waters. You know that there is no bottled water taste coming out that fountain machine so why charge for Dasani and give me tap water? Also didn't get the correct number of Chicken nuggets and Chicken fries in the containers. Is it hard to count to 9 for chicken fries? Lobby was locked up like Fort Knox couldn't even go in to complain about the horrible food.

11/03/23 6pm ish. Me and friend go inside store. No more than 8 people (most of which are eating already). Placed order and sat down. Ten or so minutes go by and we hear a man by the registers getting agitated. "I've been here for over 30 minutes, fan I just get my food". Purple hair manager claims they have to do entire drive thru before any inside orders. The two start arguing back and forth. Man demands money back,manager goes to drawer gets money and hands it to man. Man grabs the money, and manager screams ASSAULT!!!!! YOU HIT ME!!!!!! And starts getting hysterical. Man yells back and leaves but manager is just out of her mind. Things calm down we wait longer to go up out of fear the manager will loose her cool again. 48 minutes go by I go up to register, different employee looks and says ohh they never printed tickets. I get handed order it's 100% wrong. I go back up and immediately get handed a different bag with "fresher stuff" which is my correct order. This manager should not be allowed to interact with customers on any level.

My experience was horrible! I ordered online where my coupon did not apply for some reason. The store would not refund me, claiming they couldn’t since I ordered online. They were out of the drinks I ordered online, and they “Can’t refund,” so I got drinks I didn’t want. Online I ordered applesauce with the kids meal. Instead I only received the drink and burger (with incorrect toppings). When I asked about the applesauce, I was told they don’t carry applesauce. The employee thought I would happy with not receiving anything. I asked if we could have fries instead of the applesauce. The employee THREW the bag of fries through my window before stomping off. I realized when we got home that there was no toy with the kids meal. I also received the wrong sandwich with the meal I ordered. I can’t even eat the sandwich they gave me. Terrible place! Don’t go here!!

Absolutely do not eat at this restaurant. I’ve been to this locations many times and have always worried about their cleanliness. Well this week my fears came to fruition. I’ll save you the details, but my 6 year old son and I both got horrible food poisoning after eating here. When I contacted management, they were beyond useless and could have cared less. Very rude service by both workers we encountered tonight. The lady in the drive thru was impatient after being asked for a minute so we could decide. One of the items we were ordering wasn’t available, so we needed more time deciding on something else for my son. Two of our three sandwiches were made incorrectly. We only asked for one to be resolved because our son can’t have cheese. Mistakes happen, but the lady wasn’t happy to remake it for my son. Then she didn’t put the bacon on it and handed me a cup of uncooked bacon after I asked if the bacon was on it. She rudely put it on the counter with no apology. The family waiting in line behind us was never acknowledged and ended up leaving. No stars deserved.

Food is always pre-made and setting out, they nuke it to get warm again. Most the staff is friendly they just forget to check the counter so you are standing there for 10 minutes without being helped. The store's floor is always flithy and slippery, makes me nervous to walk inside. Tables need to be cleaned up more other after a customer leaves considering the indoor crowd is not very busy, so it says to me the tables are not cleaned very often.

Every time we get something from inside, the workers always give us the wrong order whether it’s a burger or your whole meal. Also, when you first walk through the door, the floors are sticky and disgusting like it has not been moped for months. The workers are rude and disrespectful when THEY get your order wrong, and they just throw the burgers away lol nothing happened without apologizing. I went to the Men’s bathroom, and there is black guck on the door, mirror, floors, toilet, urban, sink, soap dispenser, and even the toilet paper dispenser. That is very UNSANITARY and I can’t even wash my hands in the bathroom without being disgusted. I am VERY surprised that this Burger King has not been shut down for maintenance or any other type of DEEP cleaning. The tables are also nasty, always sticky. NOTHING in this building is clean, and I am not going back here again. REMEMBER, I have been here more than one time, and it still looks the same as last time like nothing happened.

I was going to fill out an online survey however my duplicated receipt does not have a transaction number on it for me to complete. We visited tonight and when asking the girl in the drive through window for Zesty sauce and ranch she said she would put it in the bag. I said Thank you, May I have a copy of my receipt? She then rolled her eyes and said it would be on the bag and asked us to pull around front and wait.
Our children asked "why did she roll her eyes at you?"
I did not appreciate being treated like a burden by asking for a receipt for my purchase or sauces we are entitled to with the purchase of our meals..When a gentleman came out with our food, he was very polite, I asked him where the copy of our receipt was, he said he would have to go back in to print it. He came back out with a duplicate receipt copy..At that time I let him know the ranch we requested was not in the bag. He asked if I could pull back around to the drive through window for the ranch.
I am extremely disappointed that this young girl at the window treated me this way, especially in front of my children... Who are taught to be kind to others. I am not writing this review for anything tangible to rectify this poor experience. Just that this maybe will be used as teachable moment to better train their staff on how they approach customers, even if they are not saying rude things, their facial expressions and body language can also display disrespect.. None of which should be tolerated,especially when children are present.

The WORST customer service. They cut me off mid order with my total I had to tell them I had more to order. They missed one of my combos and gave me attitude when I asked for it. She's like you didn't order it so you don't get it. I had to suggest she just add a separate order if it's to late for the first order. Didn't even ask what drink I wanted. She was just a b?$&@. Her attitude was as if I was an inconvenient.

I wouldn't be saying anything new when I say this was the worst mutilated whopper I've ever seen!! Only half a burger was present, all the lettuce on the outside of bun, one tomato the size of a quarter and NO sauce, mayo, nothing!! I don't even know how to comprehend and still it cost $8. Just a hard working tax payer trying to get a decent burger for lunch, well that dreams over. I understand being short handed but I also understand effort & quality in any job. Choices people. Choices ❣️

Stopped tonight 12-15 at 8:20 pm to get the Smurf cups advertised on the sign for kids. The staff was very rude and short. Kayla who might ba a manager or assistant was very short with me. Nice 12$ whopper, thanks for wasting my money. Went in the garbage. And the fries tasted like they came off the floor, not even remotely warm. Person taking our order was a total jerk to us, apparently they thought we had just come through the drive thru and did something to upset them, wouldn't even talk to us besides nastily saying "did you just come through here" then a disbelieving "uh huh" when we politely asked what they were talking about and said no we did not just order. Can they not see the cars drive through and see ours was a different car?? Never going here again.

If it was up to me they would get zero stars. Trash food. Trash employees. Trash service. 6 girls working that don’t know how to listen to peoples orders. Rude as all with attitudes and zero customer service skills. It’s a good thing it’s only Burger King. Maybe that’s why they’re so mad with their life. Didn’t even eat the food because we didn’t trust them. Went to Culver’s instead where it was far better food and service. I can see why this Burger King has such bad reviews. Get rid of those girls and get better employees/service maybe your reviews will get better. Also they had the lobby locked and closed at 4:35pm when they close at 5pm. Our order was wrong and cold to add to the experience. Absolute trash.

Very poor customer service. The employees were more interested in talking with their friends in the dining room than taking our order. Tables were dirty. Out of stock on every kind of soda in the dispenser. The employees behind the counter were just standing around, talking, and screwing off, not working or taking care of business. STAY AWAY.

Horrible horrible horrible! Flies all over inside the building, subbed fries for hashbrowns and didn't tell us. Fries were incredibly salty. The girl was more concerned about friend or boyfriend who was sitting in the car in the parking lot than taking care of customers. She went out to the lot at least twice when we were there. The fact someone is just hanging out in the lot was sketchy at best.

Place could use a "once over" remodeled notbthat long ago. Usually go through drive thu. Lobby was very greasy..floor, tables, soda station everywhere. Soda machine was out of ice at Noon time. Regular flavors were out only flat Dr. Pepper. No large lids. They could use a part time person just to wipe down and re-stock at the start of the busy time of day.

The menu has definitely changed in past years. No salads or actual 'better health choices'. The place has unfortunately gone down hill in years past and I'm sure the lack of finding help comes into play. I wound up getting an ice cream cone for our husky and that was it. Used to go there at least once a month when my kids were living at home and young.

I would give it 0 stars if i could. I went in around 1115 today, ordered a chi'king sandwich, after taking a few bites I noticed something off with my sandwich so I examined it closer and found this clump of what looks like pube hair (short and curly), I went back to the drive thru and asked for a manager, was met with some attitude and disrespect right off the bat. I asked for a refund and a receipt and they slammed the window on me. I then honked to get their attention they told me they won't give me a receipt or a refund and threated to call the cops if I didn't leave. Store is absolutely trash. Would never recommend going here to anyone.

Very rude. I had tried going in to look at lobby so I could look at the menu but it was closed due to short staff, although it looked like there were plenty staff there. So I go in the drive thru and asked about a $5 special with chicken nuggets and the lady didn't even know about it and offered me 2 sandwiches when what I wanted was meal. Turned out it was the $5 my way deal so someone might want to let her know. The whole time I was trying to look at menu and order she kept rushing me and thought using the word "ma'am"made it less rude . I was trying to ask questions and I can hear her going "omg" huffy and puffy. Cause "cars were piling up" she said. It's a lunch rush it happens first of all and there were 2 cars behind me.Had she helped me and known her sales at her store it would have went smoother/faster. In the end I didn't even get what I wanted cause of being rushed. Along with it being cold. Worst experience. I am the Assistant GM at another food service and would be very upset and embarrassed mostly if this was happening to my customers. I see I'm not the only one this has happened too either. We are all short staffed and stressed but if you can't handle a lunch rush of 5 cars you shouldn't be working with customers maybe.

Rude disrespectful. If your lobby isn't going to be open then they should give you time to look at the menu in the drive threw. We went threw the drive threw not even 30 seconds later they where pressing us to order saying thay had a two min window in the drive threw. Again I say if your not going to have your lobby open you need to give people time. I haven't been to a burger King in years so didn't know what was on the menu. I won't be back to one again. When I called to get a number to complain. The manager told why do you want to know I'm the Manger then hung up on me.
