We ordered the brisket burger. My husband had to ask where the brisket was. The employee stated it was under the cheese. There was barely any brisket there to be seen. I ordered the whopper. The bun tasted like it was stale or moldy. We will not be going back.

Went here after ordering off the mobile app (will not allow you to set a future pick up time), took me 15 minutes to get there and several minutes waiting for someone to hand me my order. It's over 1/2 hour from ordering, picking up and returning to the office.
The worker at the counter was a younger (early to mid 20's) man who handed me my now semi-cold food, when I told him about the app shortcoming, he said "it's ready now" and started walking away (they had only a few cars at drive through and nobody at the inside register).
When I tried to tell him the app needed fixing so he could report it, he waved and gave me a flippant "bye."
I asked to speak to the manager and he informed me he was the manager, flicked his chest and walked away behind the kitchen line.
I have over 25 years in various customer service areas and have been a loyal BK fan for close to 50 years. I have never had such a rude person serve me anywhere I have ever been.

I saw an understaffed group of people strive for speed and excellent and they even happened to have an awful customer at the time. I saw a young lady work as hard as possible to do a good job with a really positive attitude. If your looking for a great worker you should come recruit her. They were all great for sure but she inherently seemed to run the show and I didn't think she was the manager.

I love burger king and for a time we had no issues with the sun Prairie Location but I am sitting here at hour 7 at the emergency room after my mother got violent food poisoning from a burger we got at 5pm on a Monday. She ate nothing all day and never gets sick. Absolutely insane. I will never come back to this location again and I'd say someone should look into things maybe it's 1 bad employee but that person will ruin the reputation of the entire store. This is not a joke, fake or an internet bomb. I'm at East Madison UW Hospital right now and this Location will be hearing from me shortly. I will be inquiring with my Attorney after all medical results from my mom present themselves. You serve food to people, it's necessity to remain clean and cook food properly without miss handling it. You guys could kill someone.

Burger King has always prized, or at least advertised "have it your way" but the management or staff at this store #4857 have their own way. If you want Burger King, find a different location. This one needs corporate office intervention. Somebody's beliefs need to be fixed, or they need to be fired. Why is it when I work in fast food, the customer is always right, and when I'm the customer I'm arguing what heavy onions is. 2 rings is normal, 3 rings is heavy according to the manager who yelled at me. I'm never going here again, and trust me when I say they are glad.

Well 2 days in a row I came in the restaurant with a $6.99 coupon and day 1 Adrian told me I can only get 1 large whopper meal with one coupon. Adrian took my coupon. Another guy that I dont remember the name of but it was not Adrian told me the same thing and Adrian took my coupon on day 2. Me and my grandma are regulars here and I had to redeem crowns for my grandmother for a free meal because of what the 2 men told me both times. The night shift manager named Jeffery was not here at the time both times it happened and I'm pissed off 200% about this.

Honestly would put a one star if it was possible. Went to pick up dinner for my parents and ordered 2 whoppers, one with no onions, extra lettuce and the other whopper with extra onions extra ketchup and one bacon king with no tomato and no onions, and 2 Hersey’s pie. Got home and the order was incorrect somehow EVEN THOUGH I WAS THE ONLY VEHICLE IN THE DRIVE THROUGH. All three burgers were just regular whoppers with nothing changed, spite the fact that I ordered a bacon king and somehow got a whopper. As well as we never got our 2 Hershey’s pie. What a waste of $40 to get nothing correct. Would not recommend this Burger King to anyone!!

I ordered through the drive through and they were kind, on time and food was hot.
They had an extra drink and gave it to us which was amazing.
We drove off and saw a mistake was made by forgetting one of the orders of chicken nuggets. But no biggie! I made a call and they put our name down on the list to come back for the rest of our order.
A few days later I come back through drive through- they made the order and chipped in with free cookies and fries.

Went through the drive-through. As a part of the order, I asked for a medium rootbeer with ice and "3 or 4, better make it 4 ranch sauces" I was given a medium root beer no ice, and 2 sweet and sour sauces. I sat at the window waiting for someone to come back and had to knock. Just bought a $7 two entree, should include two “king” burgers!
Found out I have one King size burgers “ Quarter pound king” and WHOPPER Jr instead of Big King?! I asked the front desk, they said just the paper rapping package different! Since only few dollars, hate to argue with her for few oz of meat.

This was the best burger King experience I have had in a long long time. The person that took order was great. She was prompt with our online order and nicely explained they were out of a certain flavor of drink and had an alternate suggested. Food was great, nice golden brown on the onion rings.

I come to this Burger King everyday for lunch to grab something quick to eat. I get a jr bacon cheese burger and value fry, always cold. Not even fresh fries to say the least. I came in politely to ask to have burger heated not even fresh fries because I didn't wanna seem like a "burden". A worker snatched the bag out of my hand & had a complete attitude the whole service. Normally I choose Burger King over any other fast food. Today stopped in for 4 bacon cheeseburgers and a large frozen coke and they left off the bacon. Price had gone up on them also but not surprising as prices are rising everywhere. Just a disappointment to stop to grab a quick supper thru the drive thru only to find they left off the best part of the bacon cheeseburgers.

Many of the employees were very rude. Especially the manager tammy. She didn’t wear her mask right and was arguing with a customer when I went in the store.
