This Burger King is solid in the mornings – the breakfast crew is usually quick, accurate, and friendly. After 4 pm, though, the quality drops off. Service gets very slow, orders are often incorrect, and the staff can come across as unprofessional. I’d recommend this location if you’re stopping in for breakfast, but not for much else.

This is the slowest fast food location I have ever been in. Very poor order filling process. Took 15 minutes to get two cheese burgers and Jr. Whopper. Seven orders behind mine were filled first while my burgers sat under the heat lamp for at least 10 minutes. Regretful that I gave this location my business.

Got there an hour and 45 minutes before close and it took 5-10 minutes of standing at the counter before anyone even acknowledged us. And when they did it was some of the worst service/ attitude I have ever had. Once we got our food we went to sit down and all the tables were dirty except for some that were blocked by chairs. There was already another family sitting over there so we did as well. While eating then, an employee came over and said “to you 2 family’s sitting over here this section is closed because we just cleaned it.” To which I stated that all the other tables were dirty in the other area. To which she stormed away and came back and cleaned off the other tables and rebooked off the other section. Again this was almost 2 hours before close…

I went in to get supper for my family and ran into a snafu with the app and payments. The guy at the counter wasn't much help. But as soon as a young gal named Cristen saw what was going on she came over and helped. She went above and beyond what was expected of her and made our supper happen without any farther glitches. As a business owner myself I was very impressed with her, and personally would have rewarded such behavior with either a promotion or a raise. She is definitely manager material if the company will pay attention to her and give her the opportunity.

The guy at the counter stared at me blankly and silent, until I asked, "Do
you speak?" I had come in with my five-year-old daughter, who was pretty excited for a (rare) trip to Burger King, but she may has well have been a meat popsicle or other inanimate object, based on her treatment from the totally checked out counter person.
The burger I ordered was slopped together haphazardly and carelessly and fell apart quickly. I have a hard time imagining a lower level of customer service, possibly because it's inconceivable. It may not exist.
In my visit to Westfield Burger King this evening, I have been instantly converted to be a full supporter of automated fast food restaurants.

Only giving 4 stars because their soda fountain was out of ice. But the Coke Zero was still cold! Stopped at 1:00 on a Sunday. They were super busy, with the drive thru line to the street and several people waiting in line inside. Took about ten minutes to get to the counter to order, and about another 5-6 min to get my food but it was HOT and fresh, honestly the best Whopper Jr. and fries I’ve ever had from BK. Great service despite the longer wait—they were doing their best and everyone was friendly. 10/10 would stop there again if passing through the area!

I understand on busy days food can take a while to be made, but when there is one customer in the drive thru and one in the building it seems a little strange.
