The staff wore stained uniforms amd smelled so bad. The service was less then stellar mediocre at best. I'm all for giving the mentality challenged a crack at working but I don't think in a fast paced fast food environment is an example of that which they should work. And the food....omg every order was wrong the fries where cold and the chicken sandwich was cold as well. The mayo seemed a bit tangy and the pickles when rubbery. The vibe in this place is amazing. It has that 1980s style fast food interior and they didn't change the style to look plain, flat, and lifeless like what most other restaurants did. The atmosphere alone satisfies my soul🫦. It even has a play area.

Went through drive-thru around 8:15pm on 4/22/25. We were asked to wait, and we waited over 5 minutes before we finally got a response. Ordered our food, then were asked to pull around to the front for our food. At 8:37pm we finally received our food. Worker said they compensated us for the wait by upgrading our fries to a large for free, but we received small fries with our order instead. Didn't even ask if we wanted a receipt, nor did they give one with the food.

grew up with this place, and while sanitation isn't the best every day of the year, the food is great, order accuracy has gone up since my last few visits, and the play area is the best you'll find within tens of miles of this place! though it has a rather low maximum age (nobody older than 12 can go in unless they're supervising children of their own), and it does get hot on the top floor, so if you're gonna let your kids play in there, make sure they're wearing summer clothes, even if the weather outside is like Santa Claus and Jack Frost having ice cream

I asked no onion for two Texas Whoppers and they left the onions in and when I went to the store a couple days later after being very busy they refused to look at the picture of the receipt with the onion still on it and told me they would not accommodate me and that I had to call the same day. Which I'd like to state has never been said to me before at any franchise between Tennessee and Wisconsin when they made a mistake. If I was allergic to onion and had taken a bite and it would have put me in life sustaining care this place would have been sued to the ground. I'd also like to note this is exactly why my grandmother can no longer eat at this restaurant (they contaminate all their food with onion and no proper PPE)

I showed picture proof of my order having onion with the receipt next to it stating no onion and when I brought it to their attention at the store they refused to accommodate me and told me I had to call prior which is something that has never been said once at any food franchise in America. I had a very poor experience with this restaurant. I had placed two orders and both orders were incorrect. I ordered a burger with no bun but apparently they're not allowed to put ketchup or anything else on there because of their policy.
