We had to wait in line for 15 mins because the employees didn't want to come up to a register with about 20+ people in line. We returned with hopes that we would have better service than the previous time, but it was worse. Not to mention we were missing multiple items of our order. I've had decent experiences at Burger King before, but my most recent visit was disappointing. The fries had a bitter taste, the chicken tasted like it was past its prime, and the nuggets were a little undercooked. Even the buns were soggy, which made the whole meal unenjoyable. Usually, the food is much better, but this time it just didn't meet the expectations. Hoping for improvements next time!

The Dells Burger King has really stepped up their operation. It never seems to fail that the fast food places in this town mess up orders or forget items ordered. The past year, BK has not forgotten parts of our order and the food has been hot. Also the fries have not been way oversalted which was an issue before. The order takers are pleasant and efficient. We always do drive through. Way better than any of the other drive throughs. Food tastes fresh and hot.

As a rule, I try not to leave a negative review. But I feel it is important. I hadn't eaten since breakfast. After BK, I didnt eat again until Tues morn, so there was no other foods in question.
On the afternoon of Monday Feb 5 we did a drive through. I ordered whopper Jr. It was barely warm, but i was hungry. Tues morning I was sick, I am sure food poison. So, from anywhere, if your food isn't HOT or freshly made, send it back.

Last night my husband ordered a Royal Crispy Chicken Sandwich to-go for me. He asked for NO mayonnaise as I am allergic to it. My grandma is an 80 year old woman, her voice is a bit shaky do to old age. When we called they hung up after she asked for any vegan options, because that is what she believes in. Tried to place an order and the old lady at the drive through had a hard time hearing so I slowed down and repeated my order she took as me being a "disrespectful Millennial." She then proceeded to scream and swear at me and my friend once we pulled up to the window to try to explain we weren't being disrespectful. This location with new shift managers in the last year or so (GM has always been a nice lady) has been awesome for this store. Definitely a good representation of exactly what Burger King food should be. Proof that good managers contribute to good employees and that contributes too good food.
