Asked for a margarita and the waitress asked if the $1 ones are okay, they didn't taste great, so I asked her to make me one with a different tequila and she couldn't "because our margaritas are in those machines". So, you don't have the ingredients or the knowledge? I then asked the waitress 3 times if they had pineapple salsa for the street tacos - I'd had it here a couple months prior - she told me yes and then brought them without it because "actually no, we don't have that". Tell me BEFORE you bring the food please... Finally, she had the audacity to creep and add my boyfriend on Instagram after we left. I was right next to him the entire time.

This is the 3rd time my order has been wrong. Twice for pick up and finally now for delivery and always on the Wednesday special. B.E. always makes it look like they've checked marked 4 burritos but in reality you only receive 2 burritos because the order ticket can be confusing like you only ordered 2 items but in fact you ordered 2 of the Wednesday special so 4 burritos in total. Great food but really terrible service. I've had issues the last few times I've ordered delivering and this time was really the last straw. I had to call them multiple times after it didn't arrive and finally an hour after it was supposed to arrive, they just told me they can't deliver to me and were going to refund me. I ate here twice over the weekend and ordered the Xpress Burrito both times..... They are absolutely delicious and probably one of my favorite burritos.... I've only tried the Xpress Burritos here so I cant talk about any other items but the service was awesome... The Xpress Burritos are done in about 5min.... Strongly recommend trying one out when you have the chance.

We were up in Eau Claire from Chicago and ordered burritos and was very disapointed , I couldn't believe there was rice in a steak burrito 2 peices of steak and about a cup of rice stirred in sour cream yuk never again. No salsa and the order was all wrong,so when you order a steak burrito they're gonna add chicken and any other leftovers in the kitchen.

TLDR; over-priced street tacos because they aren’t on the menu.

I ordered 3 street tacos (meat, onions, and cilantro only) with limes. 3 tacos for $22+ (no side dish). The waitress did not inform me I would be charged for substituting onions and cilantro (instead of cheese and lettuce). She did not bring me limes so the tacos were dry. I was not aware it would cost $7.50 per taco. I brought the bill to the waitress's attention and she said it’s policy because street tacos aren’t on the menu. I won’t be going here again.

The staff is friendly. Unfortunately, they seemed more interested in chatting with each other and their friends, instead of efficient service, and serving tasty food.

When we arrived for dinner at 5 on Saturday, very few tables were occupied. The staff were busy chatting, and didn't notice we were waiting to be seated. I enquired if we should seat ourselves. They quickly cleaned a table for us directly across from the entrance to the bar and kitchen.

The men's restroom was out of paper towels. When I informed the staff, they apologized and said they've been very busy.

25 minutes after ordering, our food was nowhere to be seen, nor was the person who took our order. I asked another server about our food. He asked what we ordered, and brought the wrong order to our table. We explained the food delivered was not what we ordered. The waiter then corrected the problem.

Unfortunately the tacos were about the same quality and taste as tacos that might be served by an elementary school cafeteria. The chorizo enchiladas were also poor quality. The chorizo tasted burnt and dry like it has been scraped off the bottom of the pot.

Throughout or entire visit, not a single staff member went into the men's restroom to restock the paper towels. But they did get some quality fraternizing with other staff members and friends as they surely were mentally preparing to serve copious amounts of alcohol to the droves of thirsy college students expected to arrive soon on this "busy" Saturday night in college town.

First time ordering. Ordered cuz it we close to my job and I didn’t pack a lunch. Ordered the lunch fajitas. They give you a lot but I ordered like 15 min after they opened so I expected food to be fresh. Nope! The best thing was the tortillas and staff person. The meat is clearly leftovers or as I call it, twice baked. I don’t know why they put beans and rice next to cold lettuce? Beans were cold when I got to my office. And no salsa? This food is hit or miss in the worst way, when you ask for something to not be added (or even added which is extra money) its not likely they will do it. Its even worse for delivery/pickup, seems the instructions and restrictions provided by customers are more ignored in this avenue. I always ask for no dairy products and every time they write on the bag and even have it printed on the receipt it some how ends up on my food. For the price of the burrito and the frustration of them messing up your order 9/10 times, I def do not recommend and would advise somewhere else unless you want quick, drunk food and are not ordering delivery/pickup.

We came in for the $1 tacos and our server, Kailey, didn’t even say hi. It was the worst service I’ve ever had. They also got our order wrong and the person who delivered the food, who was not our server, was also very rude. Ordered delivery and had a note to call since you cant hear our doorbell upstairs. Never got the call. Food was exactly on time which was nice cause otherwise I wouldn't have known it was delivered. I happened to go downstairs right when the driver was putting it on the porch.

The food itself was bland, mushy and barely able to be considered warm. We had ordered two different burritos and both tasted the same. No flavors, carnitas tasted the same as the chicken. Great food if you're drunk or have covid and cant taste to begin with, otherwise steer clear.

My first time ordering. I called ahead & ordered two chimichangas meals with carnta meat. Also paid in advance. I specifically asked to confirm the chimichangas were deep fried before placing my order and were told they were. Needless to say it was a half a burrito & fried on a grill not deep fried. So disappointing. I would of ordered from somewhere else if I knew. I specifically asked for no onions and where told there where no onions on this plate. Which there were onions mixed in with the lettuce & tamato. I was told pick up would be 5 to 10 min. It took me at least 15-minutes to arrive. When I arrived I was given someone else's order. Then waited for them to cook my food. Not to mention the other persons order I touched and they still sold it to the customer. Im sorry but with covid-19 going on they should of remade that customers food in my opinon. I will never order from El Patio again. If you plan on ordering delivery of El Patio, you can expect you receive an excellent meal about a 1/6th of the time. Those other 5 out of 6 orders are near inedible sloppy messes wrapped in tinfoil. It’s sad a place can serve such opposite sides of the spectrum, just shows how good they can be. If you like your burritos dripping through the wrapper, nearly a liquid once you receive it then this is the place for you!
