Absolutely incredible BBQ! The brisket at Busted Knuckle BBQ is hands down some of the best I’ve ever had — tender, perfectly smoked, and packed with flavor. You can tell they take real pride in their craft. The sides were spot on too, and the staff was friendly and welcoming. If you’re anywhere near New Richmond, this place is 100% worth the stop. Easily my go-to for brisket in western Wisconsin!

My opinion: meats: chicken > pulled pork > brisket > ribs > turkey, but it was all excellent.
My opinion: sauces: mustard > hot pepper > vinegar > honey > root beer.
And the cornbread and butter is amazing! We had zero left overs

I’m is sales and travel and take customers out to eat all over and the meal my wife and I shared was so incredibly good/great/awesome!!! The turkey was so moist, the chicken had so much flavor, and the brisket was soooo good!! The candied jalapeños were so uniquely incredible - sweet and nice heat :). We met the owner Corey - great guy and obviously takes great pride in his work and modestly proud of it. What a great date night. And if you want a beer or drink they share the building with Lift Bridge brewery for a great selection :). FYI - the food truck is outside for events but the kitchen and food is inside

The food was great! Not huge meat portions, but plenty. 2 of us had the Piggy Mac, they really enjoyed it. The people behind the counter were awesome. Friendly, cheerful. The only thing I wasn't comfortable with the blasting music. It was so loud we were literally shouting at each other. And once we placed our order, and the food was dropped off rather quickly, like within a few minutes. No interaction with a waitress afterwards, no "need anything else", "can I get you something?" What's the tip for? I left well over a $25 tip for a friendly order taker, and the food dropped off. The things I'm complaining about are minor, and we'll return. The food is great and they were very friendly, I might just sit outside next time

This place is amazing! My family and I eat here about once a week and are never disappointed. The kiddos love the Mac and cheese and my personal favorite is the Papa’s Brisket sandwich 🤤 Staff and atmosphere are amazing as well. We love having such a good BBQ place close by. Start out with the appetizer of the brisket nachos, they’re delicious. The cheese sauce is amazing and candied jalapeños equal perfecto! Then pretty much anything you order for dinner is amazing. Truly the best bbq around! Plus the owner is a very nice down to earth guy! Get the old fashioned for a drink at lift bridge or one of their delicious root beers and you have a perfect date night!

Wow! Competition quality bbq, not that reheated vat stuff. Balanced sauces, not that sugared ketchup stuff. And the most genuine owner clearly putting love into the dishes. Best ribs I’ve ever had, pulled pork is perfection, and don’t sleep on the wings if they’re on special as the seasoning is so good you’ll lick the paper. Worth the drive every time!

Not only is the owner (and staff) very friendly and conversational, but you can taste the passion they have for what they do in every bite.

The Slaw! OMG I am not normally a slaw person but this stuff is to die for! (EVEN if you don't like Cilantro like me you just pick the garnish off and dig right in). The chips have an amazing sprinkle of awesomeness on them that I find myself craving almost as much as I do good BBQ!

Have tried a number of menu including tri-tip, pulled pork, brisket, and the Cubano sandwich. Everything's been good. Had brisket mac-n-cheese (along with a Sconnie) on my last visit. Outstanding! If you haven't made it out to Busted Knuckles BBQ in Lift Bridge, get there ASAP!!! Absolutely the best BBQ in the area. Just opened on Wednesday and my boys have found there favorites are still available from the truck. My oldest loves the Pulled pork sandwich with either sauces, Competition or the Root Beer BBQ and when I say he is picky I mean won't eat noodles or eggs or about 70% of the food most would eat. And my youngest begs for the Mac and cheese. Yep he had an accident with a duck decoy yesterday and split his head a little and when asked by the doctor what could help make it better it was Busted Knuckles Mac and cheese 😂. I mean how could you not get it when it was going to make it all better. I got a Tri tip sandwich and made it a cheese steak with the beer cheese, and omg mouth watering, perfectly done meat and the cheese sauce was spot on, oh and the au jus sauce🤤. And some pretzels with the beer cheese. Absolutely delicious. We got it to go and brought it home. Where the wounded child proclaimed he was all better after the Busted Knuckles Mac and Cheese. I guess good food can heal.
