Idk why I didn't give this place a review sooner. A group of us went here back in June and had a blast. One of the coolest arcades I've been to in a good bit. I love Stepmaniax. The bartender I talked to was really cool and helpful. Got some banger mac and cheese. They were all chill about us wearing our funny animal costumes.

Full arcade/game room and cozy bar area with dining amenities, interactive bowling setups, and even dedicated cosmic bowling for extra enjoyment, designed to deliver quality social experiences. The menu is a little limited, but this is understandable because Buzz isn't exactly a restaurant - it is much better than some dive with only three menu options, though. Formerly known as The Gutter (tongue-in-cheek of a name as it was, I think the newer one fits better). Bowling, drinks, food, friends, and fun are in store with each trip, and they're well worth it. Kind of crazy was quoted 45 minutes to wait for a lane- no problem.. went to the bar and got food.. Employees walking around the bar on their phones texting instead of offering drinks or a menu.. finally got our food ordered, 2 hours has passed and we still had no lane to bowl on and they look dumb founded when I go see how much longer it'll be - was quoted another 45 minutes. Very irritated.. horrible customer service.. can only spend so much money in the arcade.. Leaving without even bowling with a very disappointed 8 year old who was excited to cosmic bowl for her first time. Will NEVER be back!!! I purchased a groupon for $50 said it was $108 value. It was for 4 people for 2 hours of bowling and 1 hour of arcade fun. They gave me 2 arcade cards, not 4 AND the arcade pass was only good for certain games AND they got no tickets for playing the games. NONE of this was mentioned in the groupons fine print or when we redeemed thr groupon at the front desk. They said an hour into bowling they woudl bring us our arcade passes, he dropped them off and i asked where the 2 others were and he said oh you only get 2 you need to buy 2 more if you want 4. We got into the arcade and cards didn't work so i went us to the desk and he says oh they are only good on green games and you dont win any tickets. I do not recommend this place; this was very deceiving on Buzz Socials part and on Groupon. If the fin print would have included this then I wouldn't have bought it. I would have just did the 2 hours of bowling for $20 vs paying $50 to add the arcade.

We had our daughter’s 5th birthday party at Buzz Social. The staff were all so friendly and helpful, and our party server, Hannah, was so kind! She checked in on us regularly to make sure we had enough pizza, drinks, and plates/cups, as well as just making sure everything was going well (she even had them play “Let It Go” twice). The manager that was there came to introduce himself and was very accommodating. Liz, who helped us with booking, was great to communicate with and helpful whenever we had a question. We had four lanes (used two) and the party room. The lanes and room were set up before we got there with decorations - all we added were a few themed table toppers by the lane tables, cupcakes, and cake. The ramp “dinos” for kids were already out at the lanes and you can program the lanes to put up the guard rails for certain players (we had bowlers from 2 years old to 12 years old). Pitchers were filled regularly for us and we ordered one gluten free and three extra regular pizzas on top of the two that were included. We all had such a great time and will definitely be back!

Super excited to be taking my kids back to Buzz Social today. We have been there for two birthday parties so far and every time the staff has gone above and beyond to assist with cups and water, switching out shoes for kids who have no idea what size they are, and lots of smiles. I asked the guy at the clerk if they had heavier balls that were more than 14 pounds. His response was any ball unmarked was more then 14 pounds so we looked through everything and found a handful of balls unmarked all of which weighted the same as the 10-14 pound balls. With smaller finger holes. Definitely need to get heavier balls.

My daughter celebrated her 14th birthday there 5.10.24 and they exceeded our expectations. The decorations were super cute, the service was excellent (they were awesome about refilling the drinks), the pizza was delicious. Buzz Social is the best bowling alley we have ever been to! The moment we walked in the door we were greeted by one of the owners who made us feel very welcomed. Impeccably clean, beautiful lanes, delicious food, attentive and friendly staff, great music, a beautiful bar, and a cozy sitting area with a fireplace! Nice bowling lanes, small arcade and overpriced drinks. $6 a mix drink is quite a bit more than I would venture to pay for outside of an upscale restaurant. If that's not an issue the place is clean and the staff is nice if not a little short staffed it seemed. Expanded footprint inside and decent for birthdays and get-togethers, even a lounge area that is cozier than the bar for conversation.

Quite expensive versus other lanes in the area. Also my shoes they gave me were shot out, even the second pair when I went to trade them for better ones. Couldn't wait to be done.
