I the coffee tastes terrible and when asked if we could have our coffee redone or warmed up because it was barley warm we were told it was because the cream was cold and is why our coffee was barley luke warm and because of mangers policy he was not allowed to warm it up in the microwave for us. He did also day the coffee is dispensed from and air pot. Every plan cup of coffee isn't, brewed fresh and hot.

I ordered a regular cup of coffee (medium roast) with half and half. She started pouring it and only filled it about 1/3 of the way and said that was all they had. So I told her to fill the remainder with the light roast. I took a sip and it was just lukewarm. I asked if they could put it in the microwave to get it hot and the girl replied that they aren't allowed to take a drink back after they've given it to a customer. I told her I understood, but that it isn't even hot. She looked at the thermos it came from and said "well, it was just brewed 3 hours ago." I replied that I understood, but it is barely even warm. She just shrugged and walked off. Would never go back there again.

For a small coffee place its nice and cozy for our town. They do have a nice coffee selection and they ALL taste good. Well thats my opinion lol its a good place to hang, relax, or whatever. I did try a couple of there food items but for the price i wasnt a big fan.. The staff are super friendly and helpful if you're in stock mode. Overall check it out I bet you're like it

I have only been here twice and the second time I got a smoothie and it was pretty bad:/ The juice and ice were almost completely separated when they handed me it in the drive through.. Not sure if the person who made it just wasn't trained well or if that's how their smoothies normally are. If I wasn't on the road with my kids I would have gone inside and asked for a replacement. Otherwise I was happy last time I was there!

UPDATE YOUR DRIVE THRU PROCESS!

For the love of all that is holy, I want to support local, but I’m not about to get sandwhiched in between two cars and stuck in the drive thru line for 35-40 mins because the car in front wants a sandwhich. How long does it take to throw together a sandwhich? Apparently 35 mins.

We have places to be here, and work to go to. Thankfully my boss knew about the drive thru shenanigans and accepted my excuse. I’ll be visiting Starbucks from now on. Your prices are outrageous now anyway. Two stars because staff is always really nice, but maybe hire some people who move with purpose.

I love this place! My go-to fave is the Mississippi Mud. I really like their scones, and mini BLTs, oh, there's quite a few things on the menu I enjoy. My kiddos like a few of their non-cafinated beverage options too. The decor inside is super awesome and comfy, and they do their darndest to keep the drive-thru flowing as quick as they can!

Drip coffee is strong and dark roast. Lattes have maximum amount of flavoring while maximizing milk sales. Recommend a sandwich from Old Southern BBQ just kiddy corner. Great place to sit down and feel like your at the cowboys cabin.

Egregiously expensive. I'd rather pay a reasonable amount for a latte with humble
decor than pay double because the owners went nuts on interior design and bought all the most expensive and gaudy rustic/log furniture they could find. It's more of a showroom than a coffee house. Plus they ignore their drive through customers. Employees are sweet though. One star for that. Zero for everything else.

Update - it's time to quit going here for me. The *small* iced Americano with white coffee is up to $7.23, and it always comes loaded with ice from top to bottom. This last time, I had to say something about the ice, and got a salty answer that more milk would mean it's a latte. But it's an Americano, and I didn't ask for more milk...just less ice. Add more water maybe? This location used to be a friendly place with faces I knew...not so much anymore. I'll check out other options.

A must stop if I'm in town and it's open. I appreciate how employees have learned my name and don't mind if I hang out a while studying. Everything I've ordered has always been perfect. They got me hooked on the white espresso.

I waited in the drive through line for 40 minutes!! Then she clearly didn't pay attention while taking my order, I ordered a large decaf peppermint mocha with no whipped cream. I got a large mocha with whipped and it was not decaf. I can't have alot of caffeine due to medical reasons. I was not about to wait in line again for a refund or remake. This coffee shop is CLOSED because they are “short staffed”. However, two nice young people were just turned away from a job there. They were willing to work!!!! I have been hearing about places not hiring and blaming it on no staff. That was NOT the case here. I will never support a business that is not willing to hire people who WANT to work.

Cheerful staff that take ownership in their work and it shows. We were just passing through on the way to Duluth and stopped to try some thing different. I like their lattes and menu items, but avoid the drive thru if you are in a rush.They have no system for cars to pull through and park elsewhere while they wait for their food/drinks, so each car waits at the window while their order is being prepared. When people are ordering multiple made-to-order sandwiches/specialty drinks, obviously the wait times increase drastically. Depending on when you go, you can end up waiting 30 or more minutes for a single cup of coffee, even if it doesn't look like very many cars ahead of you in line.

Fantastic staff at both, the Rice Lake and Chippewa Falls locations! I primarily go there for their unique white coffee roast beverage (White Palomino)! ☕️ Always a delight to see smiling faces and friendly staff upon arrival! The environment is more than satisfying and the fireplace and open seating is a plus, especially during these times and when the weather gets cold! I come here all year round whenever in either location!
