What a great bar, it is a bigger place and lots of room. It is beautifully decorated and they live music usually on the weekends. Bartenders are great and the food was awesome.

Everyone had steaks, and they were cooked perfectly n a hood portion. Meals were all excellent. Service was very slow and took over an hour to get the meals. Waiting wasn't a problem because we were all talking but no one ever came back to replenish beverages. We had to ask several times for drinks. Will definitely go back and try other things on the menu.

We had a great time at Cadillac Jax on a Saturday night! The live music added a ton of energy to the place—definitely on the louder side, but the band was solid and kept the vibe going strong. Service was on point—friendly, fast, and attentive, even with a full crowd. The food and drinks hit the spot, though we did notice a bit of an odd odor in the air that lingered throughout the evening. Not a deal-breaker, but definitely something worth addressing. Overall, a fun spot for a night out with good music and good people.

Worst restaurant in Algoma.

Horrible service, horrible drinks, and horribly dirty. How can this place claim to be a BBQ joint when they don't even have a smoker outside? It smelled like raw sewage inside rather than the sweet aroma of smoked hickory. If you thought Fishtale was bad, this new cover is even worse. Huge stage dedicated only to boring country music consumes 95 percent of the dining area. Algoma is a far cry from becoming the next Nashville. Such a pretty building that's had the worst owners over the past several years.

The smoked meat barbecue platters are phenomenal... like OMG amazing with their house BBQ... better then primal eats... better then Parker johns... it's melt in your mouth flavor. Huge portions... the corn bread muffins... the BBQ Mac n cheese. Chicken wings don't even need sauce they're so good! Great bear and hard cider selections. Beautiful bar and wood work. Great atmosphere. Can't wait to go back and try the pizza and burgers.

Disappointing service. Our drinks were junk. Food was very average if not below average and I would not consider it to be bbq. Scenery in the bar was cool but the live music was too loud and could not hear anyone. Won't be back

Came here for dinner while on vacation with friends based on reviews. I will say, if this place was just a bar without any sit down dining area, it would be a really cool bar atmosphere.
We went to the dining area and our server couldnt hear our orders over the music, she also got really annoyed with us because of it and was rolling her eyes by the end of our order.
We got our drinks (a mule and tequila soda) and couldnt tell what they actually were when brought to us, they were passed around the table and no definite conclusions were reached.
They brought out the food fairly quickly, it was okay. Overpriced for what it was. We got a few wraps and the appetizer platter (pictured half eaten). While in the middle of eating our food, the lights in the dining area turned off. After a few minutes our waitress was kind enough to ask if we wanted the lights turned back on. Overall, I dont think I would come back for food but the bar area did look pretty popular and a good atmosphere there.

The bar was cool with lots of space and tables. There was a live band when we arrived for a quick bite and drinks. Our server seemed confused and annoyed. 2 out of our 3 mixed drinks came out wrong, we were unsure what we actually got. The food was poor, nothing beyond what you could make at home, we were expecting great BBQ as advertised but it was average meat disguised in sauce. Overall, it was not a good experience and we will not be back.

Our family recently stopped in for dinner while on vacation. We were all pleasantly pleased with our food and service. But I was over-the-moon for my full rack of ribs.
Quality meat. Cooked to perfection. THAT sauce is crazy good.

They finally added a phone number to the website, so I ordered for pick up. Got there a little early so I could have a drink, bartender who served me was nice enough, seemed like she was new or maybe not experienced. Really nice bar, big screens and plenty of space. Food lasted for the drive back to Kewaunee, and my husband was impressed with how much food we got. 1/2 rack of ribs was huge. And everything tasted great. Leaving a star off for the other bartender with over-teased hair wearing Birkenstocks who sat on the coolers and put her feet up while playing dice with costumers. I told her to put her feet down (ya know, since her toes are out) and she got defensive and told me ‘they don’t put food there.’ I’m also pretty sure her “try that in a small town” shirt isn’t dress code. I’m sure we’ll order from here again.

My review is from the perspective of a performing musician. Cadillac Jax has a purpose built stage that is perfect for live music and makes performers feel like they’re important to that bar. The staff were very accommodating and friendly and a great time was had by all. Wisconsin, heck the World needs more venues like it.
