I brought my Son here for the first time a week ago. He was amazed at all the choices and he wanted to make his own protein bowl and then when it came to the soup, he had no idea what to get and basically asked if he could try a little bit of all the soups that was available. The person that was helping us was very kind and her name is Chastity was extremely helpful and let my son try a little bit of all the soups. He got tomato bisque and also tried my golden curry soup. He loved both of them and now says Cafe Zupas is his favorite place to eat. Thank you Chastity!

Allergy sufferers beware!! I used to eat here safely but my usual go-to tasted different. I had a bad reaction and my face is very puffy. Disappointed to be losing one of the few restaurants that I frequent.

That being said, I used to eat here weekly! The food was consistent, delicious and good value for quality/quantity.

Zupas is pretty good, and I always like going there. The food is always fresh and yummy, and those specialty drinks with honey are the best! But, the staff could be a little more into it instead of just talking to each other. If they were a bit warmer and more attentive, it would be even better. I still go back because the food is so good. If they just focused a little more on the customers, Zupas would be amazing.

It's like Panera if the food was good. A little on the pricier side, but with food costs going up that's probably going to be the trend everywhere. I was a bit disappointed the first time I tried the strawberries and cream as the cream was just melted yogurt. The next time I went back it was actually a vanilla bean cream and was really good. There's just something about a cauliflower soup or a mushroom soup along with a sandwich or a salad that just feels so comfy.

For $10 I got a delicious Pick 2 combo with a full Turkey/Bacon/Acocado Pannini, a half of a Strawberry Harvest Salad, a dinner roll, and a chocolate covered strawberry. It was presented beautifully and within 4 minutes of my ordering it. I will most definitely go back there.

Pre-ordering your food online for pick up at a certain time does not work. You wait longer than people ordering in line! Not only was my food 15 minutes late in being prepared, there were people in line being served faster than me. It was explained my order was put in a que, poor explanation. The protein bowl was good, but the sandwich was basically the same as those gas station sandwiches that fool you into thinking there's actually a decent amount on them. it's 95% bread, but 2 slices of meat is enough to qualify for a sandwich I guess. The "southern" soup is just watery chicken noodle? Not great. I'd rather be disappointed in a gas station sandwich than a place I've liked going to for years but for $30 this was just sad.

Came for the first time and ordered a protein bowl with double chicken. Chastity scraped out a few sad scoops from the bottom of the chicken pan they had finished. Barely 10g of chicken in total even though I paid for double. When I asked about it she very curtly replied "I did 4 full scoops." I showed her the scant amount of chicken in my bowl and again she insisted she did 4 full scoops and that there's chicken in the soup if I'm concerned about it. Im too grown to stand and argue with an employee about what a scoop of chicken consists of so I dropped it and left. Really horrendous customer service for the prices being charged here. The food is good for what you get. But for the price and the attitude I won't be coming back.

Unmatched in the timely food service industry anywhere in the vicinity! The quality of personality, positivity, food, cleanliness and service here is what gets me here twice a week, at minimum. The crew preparing the food is attentive. Keith & Chris are upbeat, energetic and provide excellent customer service. Drea at the register is a great last touch on the way out.

For what is costs to go eat garbage fast food these days, in a messy facility and just to shove a bunch of trash down your throat, I'm amazed there is not a Zupas selling fresh food on every street corner.

Once I started eating like an adult, this is one of the only few spots on my list. Highly recommended!!

The food was good; however, they only have two booths with outlets for customers to charge their devices. Rather than leaving them open for paying guests, employees in uniform were lounging there without even using the outlets, blocking guests from being able to use the "Recharge Bar." I will start by saying the food can be good. This is my issue with this place. 1. 10 plus workers and not one is in a happy mood. You ask a question and they snap their answers. 2. They really nickle and dime you. It's not all about the $. I'm aware prices have gone up etc etc. My problem is they have a board showing the soups/salads etc and when you order one of those, I expect it to come as the pic shows. For instance the WI cauliflower shows it with bacon and cheese. Not as an "option" but as is. However, if you want that it's extra. Literally almost $2.00 for a pinch of cheese and bacon! That's not ok. The Chicken Enchalida shows Tortilla strips. Again extra! My salad came with croutons and they tossed about 3-4 on it and I asked for a couple more and immediately I'm told " that's extra". What a joke. Never again!

Don’t get the Dubai strawberries. I got some and the strawberries was very warm n squishy. They bearly put chocolate or pistachio cream on there. Went to this place for the first time recently. It was a delight; the food tasted fresh, and the portions were reasonable for the price. We went back a few days later and it was like night and day.

I ordered a build your own bowl, and there were ingredients missing (no crispy chickpeas). I got literally 2 florets of cauliflower and 3 pieces of sweet potato. The overall flavor was still excellent for me.

My partner was not so lucky. The arugula was half wilted, their tortilla strips tasted stale, and the quality of what they ordered was a complete nosedive compared to the previous time.

It was 4 o'clock on a Saturday and slightly busy, but having worked in kitchens myself, that is no excuse for quality to diminish that much. If there's only a 50% chance of getting something worth paying for, then Zupas is absolutely not worth the risk. Consistency is key in food service!

Every time I have come into this place I've watched them open up package of strawberries not rinse wash just straight into chocolate with the dirt from the field now I could understand if this is Aquatica growing and did not need washing but I took a picture of one of the boxes and it is strawberry from Mexico out of the field along with that I watched a girl tip over a whole thing of chicken in a metal bin drop it on the floor look around left what fell out of on the floor but put the rest of the chicken in the pan that touch the floor right back on the counter I always thought of this place five star but I'll never go to it again

Sadly I haven’t had good experiences with their curbside pickup so far - the first time (several months ago) my food came out quickly but they’d forgotten a couple things in my order and it took a while to fix. This week I tried it again because I needed to be able to pick food up quickly between 2 commitments. I was a couple minutes late to pick up but ended up sitting there for 15 minutes. When I finally went in they said the computer never alerted them that I’d arrived. Obviously that’s on technology not the people working, but it was a frustrating experience and going forward I will most likely opt to only stop when I have the time to go inside and order.

With the soup being a chili it was very watered down. Then asked for French onion chips on the side extra and it was an up charge and they maybe gave me like 6 in the cup. My soup cup for a half was only filled halfway up. They offer curbside pick up yet don’t have their tablet on to know when people arrive to pick up their orders. I have Covid so I didn’t want to go in and risk getting others sick. My order was supposed to be ready at 12:24 pm and I tried calling to check on the status when they weren’t out after 20 minutes of sitting there. Finally, someone decided to answer the phone and said they would have someone bring the order out. I got my order at 1:05 pm. The sandwiches were cold after sitting there for 30 minutes. When I asked the worker why they don’t respond when I say “I’m here” she said, “oh our tablet is turned off.” Excuse me?! You offer curbside pick up and then don’t have your tablet on to know when people are there to pick up their curbside order?! This isn’t the first time I’ve ordered curbside and their tablet was turned off. Terrible customer service! I tried calling to speak with a manager, yet, they don’t answer their phone. Either deactivate your curbside pick up or turn on the dang tablet to know when people are there.

Why is it so hard to order in this restaurant? When you order, you literally have to repeat your order 4 times. It’s so frustrating and then they still get your order wrong. My soup was hardly lukewarm and the bowl it was served in was dirty. Not to mention the entire area where you get straws, forks etc was filthy. The items on their limited sandwich, salad, soup, & desert menu are absolutely top notch and reasonably price. I've only dined inside once but have placed well over 50 - 75 carry out orders that have always been ready for pick up in less than 15 minutes. The only issue that I I have ever had with Zupa's is their online ordering App, that frequently crashes during the checkout function. Which usually happens when a season food/drink item has been added/removed from their menu. In which case, I simply close the app and place my "Try2 Combo" order with a no hassle carry out phone call.
BTW my favorite Try2 Combo which is the Turkey, bacon, avocado club sandwich w /the Very Berry Mango salad.

When I told him, he yells to a line person to tell people of the charge turn to me and says that will be... no apology or offer to change it. The Mango Berry salad is like a decadent dessert. It feels forbidden. It's definitely delicious! I add goat cheese and pistachios.... and get an extra dressing of the champagne dressing.... pour out half and half worth the yogurt dressing.... FREAKING HEAVEN!!!

I've enjoyed everything I tried so far but their mushroom bisque (with crispy onions added on top) is my favorite, I crave it almost constantly. My only complaint is that at the location on 84th in Greendale, on multiple occasions, the staff has taken several minutes to acknowledge me and take my order, even though there is no one else in line before me.

Salads are always tasty. But pricey. That being said,they claim the round large bowls are to make it easier to eat (maybe so), but the salads are smaller. The square/rectangle large were bigger salads.

Amazing sandwiches we tried grilled cheese but i asked for onion and paid extra for bell peppers it tasted so good with these toppings. We also tried mushroom soup and tomato basil soup they were also good. Loved the strawberries.

This has become one of my favorite go to spots in the area. My wife and I both love the healthy options, the broad menu, and every time we are there the staff is very friendly and curtious. Not sure what to recommend on their menu, because everything I’ve had there is great! The Lobster Bisque is reminiscent of what we had in Maine. Also, their home made drinks are excellent.

Everything Panera wants to be. The food was very fairly priced ($20 a head with drinks and dessert), the staff was welcoming and very quick and the food was absolutely delicious. Go here instead of MOD pizza next door

Delicious food. Went here for lunch, they kind of have a chipotle style kitchen where they make it in front of you. Everything looked really fresh. We got a pick two and that came with bread and a chocolate covered strawberry! portions were very large given the price.

First time going. Stopped for lunch, got chicken pesto and chicken noodle soup. Definitely fresh ingredients. I will be back again for another soup. Spent $20 including drink, not unreasonable. Got 2 free chocolate covered strawberries and a roll for my soup.
