I tried this place for the 1st time a few months ago and absolutely LOVED it. I ordered pick up and it was fast and easy. The food was DELICIOUS and filling. We had leftovers for the next day and even my daughter who is an EXTREMELY picky eater LOVED the lasagna rolls and ate more than I did lol. It was a decent price for the amount of food and quality of food. I will absolutely 100% go back again.

Hello today I visited this establishment and had prompt service but my food was very disappointing. I had frequented here for many years especially when i worked close by. You could tell who ever was in the kitchen was very inexperienced. Definitely wasn't the food i expected. No meat in the lasagna or stuff shell sauce and the sauce just seemed super plain, no seasonings. I remember it being so delicious. Definitely need to hire an experienced chef . Also eggplant was over cooked and no parmesan on it. This place was so special and iconic for one of the few non chain Italian restaurants in the Milwaukee area. I really hope they change this around. Until then I would not recommend them.

I was so very dissatisfied with the classic lasagna. The portion and the look was great. Unfortunately I can’t say the thing same about the taste. The sauce was very generic, not a shred of inventiveness in sight , just basically tomato paste out of a can. Now allow me a minutes to paint an accurate picture of the lasagna for you. The woman that I’m related to by marriage had the creamy pesto chicken and I had the chicken parmigiana.
My chix parm was cooked perfectly and the red sauce was thick and tomatoey, delicious.
Server was attentive enough and did not hover, just the right amount of attention. We were in and out in a timely manner.

We've eaten here many times over the years, mostly carry out. The food is good, especially the lasagna (which is what we mostly order). The problem we mainly encounter is consistency and value for your money. The size of the lasagna varies from a full foil pan to sometimes only half or a third full. The garlic bread sometimes is very garlicky and buttery while other times is hard and flavorless. Also, this past Christmas Eve we ordered , for the first time, a full and half pan of lasagna that came with 18 bread. We were very disappointed as the lasagna was. dry with not much sauce.
I called to complain but the manager wasn't interested in my complaint ,- just said sorry I felt that way. Will never order the party pans again - for $175.00 it was way overpriced. Last night we thought we'd try an appetizer - the stuffed mushrooms for $12.29. We received 7 small mushrooms - ridiculous!! They were good but c'mon - what a ripoff!! We were very dissatisfied. We'll never order any appetizers again. Update: This week, I stopped by to pick up a lasagna dinner and garlic bread and The meal was comped by Andy. I appreciate the gesture. Thank you!

Would not recommend this place to start are server was not good I think his name was Alexander I think his last name starts with a w instead of him going to us we went to him for everything from food to check then it took us 35 took get are food and a server made the excuse that this was normal waiting times I got the Italian beef sandwich with graphic bread as the bread and got egg plant frys as the side. To start the egg plant frys were tasteless and the sandwich had been sitting for awhile since the bottom thick piece of bread was soggy and there was way to much bread in that sandwich the au jus was good but a bit salty another person got the pasta and it had way too much sauce since the plate was full of it at the end when he was done. However we got some pizza was really good. Are server also said made excuses for the wait and forgot to bring over the manager even when he said he would was just out of it and either needs to care or be fired. I would not recommend this place do not go unless they have changed.

I ordered through DoorDash. Its really good food overall, don't get me wrong. But the meat sauce on the spaghetti barely had any meat. Calling it "meat sauce" was definitely a stretch. I doubt that's being served in the actual restaurant because y'all would NOT be getting away with that. I know that DoorDash takes a good share of the profit from the orders. However, take that up with DoorDash. Don't give your customers a lesser product because of what y'all agreed to. You could remove yourselves from the DoorDash platform or negotiate a higher share of the profit. But taking out on customers is not okay.

First, aside from large adult portions, kids eat free on Mondays and Tuesdays! Second, they’re making attempts to reduce waste. They have figured out the plastic straw waste issue by using pasta straws. And, they use dry erase children’s menus. No more cheap crayons that just get thrown out after every meal. The worst atmosphere waited ten minutes for some teenager & her friend group to realize i was a patron. After hearing about them getting high as it smelled like weed when i walked in… it was a complete turn off, my order was packaged to go in such a greasy mess, they chuckled as they gave it to me to break the tension of how annoyed I was to wait and observe this. The two things that we tried to order from the online menu were no longer available. We ended up getting the Italian nachos which were good. And we also got the chicken Alfredo pizza, which I personally found disappointing. I’ve never seen a pizza that thin. It didn’t even look like a pizza. don’t go here if you have allergies or intolerances. i am dairy free due to my baby being sensitive, i informed the waitress who asked the back if the spaghetti with red sauce was DF. she said it was, and then asked if i wanted meatballs. i said yes and then after ordering realized those likely had dairy. we got our meal and mine was sprinkled with cheese, we asked about the meatballs and they did have dairy so i couldn’t eat them. i ended up eating just the noodles and the watery part of the sauce to make sure i didn’t get any of the cheese. i’m pretty sure somewhere in my meal was dairy, because my baby is having a reaction.

Sometimes Capri quality can be inconsistent and price sometimes shocking but I try them now and then.

What can I say about Capri that hasn't been said? I was going to the original Capri 30-40 years ago and this new Capri is just as awesome. It's a small place but it's so cozy and so comfortable and everybody that works there is so kind and helpful and the food is out of this world! I hesitate to share because people are going to show up there and eat all the food! I don't live in Milwaukee anymore but every time I get back which is at least one to two times a year I go to Capri to get the lasagna. It's enough for 3 to 4 meals for me it's so delicious and they're garlic bread is amazing!

I have been placing orders from this place and every single time it disappoints me. My pizza is always cold and today i got it delivered almost two hours later and guess what it was super cold as if it was sitting under the light for a long time. Not only that it the calamari was not even fresh. It looked as if it was sitting there all day. Not even a gift card resolves the discomfort of payment $80.00 for an order that should have been cheaper. Marcos pizza has a better delivery service.

Lasagna was amazing. Area where you pick up food is filthy. Cabinet doors falling off hinges. Kitchen door almost falling off. Food all over floor in entry area.

We have been ordering from Capri for the past 9 plus years. In the past several years we have been so disappointed as this used to be my favorite for pizza and the garlic bread was to die for. We keep giving it “another try” because I miss it so much but each time it’s so disappointing.
Today we had spaghetti and meatballs- barely any sauce on the pasta but not awful. Ordered the Capri trio- chicken parm was CHEWY, the chicken Alfredo was so-so and the lasagna was fine but so little pasta (the cheapest part) that I’d barely call it lasagna…. The garlic bread was AWFUL!!! Dry, chewy and just gross. Even after we ordered extra crispy because this has been a consistent issue over the past few years. Even the 5 year old did not like it!

So disappointing that it’s so inconsistent and they can’t even make the garlic bread correctly anymore.
So unfortunate.

Picked up two lasagna orders from a call in order. I needed a non alcohol option (no avaible) so I had water. The bartender (female) was super pleasant and she explained that Monday is a great price (sale). We also got a Stella.. less than $26!! I have been coming to this location for 30 years. I also just happened to drive by and attended he cold opening a few year's back.... the bottom line is this team of awesome individuals never ceases to amaze Jewish their service. Thank you.

Milwaukee crust, triple mushroom anyone?? Yeah. No.

First time at Capri. I know, bad Westallion. But I was looking forward to this!

We ordered drinks... twice over. Ordered an appetizer. Then waited 1.5 hours for pizzas and got this: *see pic

I specifically ordered a TRIPLE mushroom Milwaukee style crust with shrimp and spinach.

I received a few mushrooms with a Homestyle crust. After waiting 1.5 hours. I paid for triple mushroom on Milwaukee crust. Does this look accurate? Nope.

Was not impressed at all with any of the food we had ordered I have not tried a pizza from there yet so I'm not sure how their Pizza is but the rest of the food we tried no flavor at all I know they're garlic bread is a big hit but it's literally just a hunk of bread soaked in butter there's no flavor whatsoever

Deluxe & veggie, thin crust pizza's were GREAT...Lots of fresh & delicious toppings. Garlic cheese bread was not impressive. It was too "bready" & was not flavorful!
Will definitely get the pizza again..no thanks on the garlic cheesy bread.

Great restaurant located in Stallis! We had reservations for a party of 4. The table was quite small for the 4 of us, but we made it work. For pops, their straws are pasta noodles. What a unique and fun idea! Our server, Nathan, was helpful in helping us pick out menu items to us first-timers. We ordered eggplant strips and stuffed mushrooms for appetizers and they were wonderful. The food took a little bit of time to come out, maybe 50 minutes or so, but when it did we understood why. We all had HUGE slices of garlic bread which were perfectly crispy and buttery, and everyone enjoyed their main entrees as well. I had the grilled chicken parmesan, which was good, but WOW! That garlic bread absolutely stole the show. Thank you Nathan and everyone else for a great meal and experience with my family!

Cutest little dining area. Very limited seating hence a very popular and busy pick-up area. Delicious lasagna with great portions!! The House Italian dressing is very tart. They close at 8pm during the week.
