Amazing little hole in the wall place. Went with some friends who have told us for years we need to try it out. We were the only dine in guests. Our server was great. Food was hot and fresh. Even took home some ice cream! Will stop again if in the area.

Amazing pizza!!!! Amazing pizza sandwiches, appetizers and desserts!! What’s not advertised as much but is sooo delicious is there hoagies!!! It’s literally 2 meals. And they are the best hoagies I’ve tried. Pasta is a hit and miss, since not prepared in house. But the lasagna has been amazing too, but sometimes not. Overall, I would give this 5 stars if it was more consistent!

I grew up going to Carbonies, pizza. One thing is for sure they’re as good as when I was a kid. They always have good deals or specials going on and you can’t go wrong with anything you pick. I live in Arkansas now but I am originally from this area, I’ve been going to This carbonis for 30 years When I come to town I always get pizza from you guys, well this time I was very disappointed., and my husband was wondering why I always talk about wanting pizza from there, we ordered a medium Italian sausage and hamburger, with ex cheese… was lucky if it had one piece of meet on a slice payed $20.00 for a medium pizza could have got one from Casey’s that tasted better.. hopefully when I come back to Hudson it has improved , I will give it one more shot lol

Slow service, great pizza. The online ordering said 6:20 for pickup. When I arrived the cashier was taking an order on the phone and no other workers were coming out to assist people in line. Then at 6:20 was told we would have to wait 20 minutes. While waiting a wait staff came out and never even looked at they people in line. Great pizza slow service. Every customer that are while I was there has to come up and ask for box to go. And everyone that came in for pickup had to wait beyond what they where told. This was by far the most miserable experience I have ever had here. Still waiting.

Do you like mold on your cheesecake? . If so this is the place to go. My wife picked up a pizza and 2 slices of cheesecake. Once she got home we found the problem. Before purchasing the cheesecake my wife asked the male staff person if the cheesecake was fresh. Stall person either said yes OR he didn't know. Unfortunately I couldn’t place a delivery order (wed sept 12 at 8:59 pm). the lady on the line did not even try to get that I was asking a simple question. Do u guys do delivery, I asked. Her answer was straight NO. Found out a minute later sure they do delivery.
Finally my wife called herself and place an order, guess what, the order was messed up. We received 1 items instead of 2 after waiting more than an hour. Call the store and they did not offer more than an apology.
