Don't order delivery! They don't have their own drivers and rely solely on Uber, which is not very prevalent in the area. It took almost 2 hours to receive my order and one of the employees delivered it on their way home from work. I praise the employee for going out of there way to deliver my order, but find it absolutely ridiculous that a major pizza chain can't hire a delivery driver especially in a college town.

I walked into the location last night ordered food and I saw a employee come to the counter holding pizza dough without gloves, set the dough on the bare counter where money is handled. When I witnessed him later try to run the dough through the dough press my father told him he couldn't use the dough. The employee then showed his education level and said putting it in a 500 degree oven kills all the bacteria. Seriously is this how they are trained. He then started getting louder to the point of screaming at us including my wife. That was very much unacceptable In any wold.we called the management and requested to be called back. No call. Stay away just my opinion

I was in town for the weekend and had a hotel nearby. The hotel said this place does room orders, so we ordered from here. No 3rd party drivers like Uber or DoorDash picked it up for 2 hours, so the food got cold. I called in and asked if I could just pick it up and Damon offered to remake it since it got cold. I went there to pick it up and instead of wasting the cold food we ordered Damon gave us both! I highly recommend coming here, Damon was a very nice guy and the Pizza he made was great!

On a side note, I would recommend not ordering delivery since the 3rd party driver was 2 hours late. Also he was very rude to Damon.

We're not super picky but looking at other reviews I guess we're just unlucky. We ordered a meatball hoagie, hot dago and pizza fries last night. My husband was there a few minutes earlier than the time we were told it would be ready and it was already done. Got it home (we're less than 5 min away) and it was luke warm at best. Pizza fries were so salty they were barely edible. Tried dabbing the grease off, tried scraping the top but it was like someone opened a salt shaker and poured it on. The worst was my dago. I ate two small rows and a couple bites into the next row I noticed the texture was different. Almost soggy. It was on bread so thought it was the bread that was 'soggy' and at a couple more bites. Then noticed that the inside was completely raw. We're not talking a little undercooked...this was like just-came-off-the-meat-counter raw. It's a big patty and maybe only an inch around the outside was actually cooked. The rest was totally and completely raw. My husband took it back and all the guy could say was he put it in the timed oven. May want to check your ovens or the timer because it wasn't even close to being done. Got our money back and won't be back.

We ordered 2 large pizza. 1 Veg, 1 Pepperoni. $47 for 2 pies. We were told the $5 off coupon from their website is no good. "The people in Burkhardt don't want that anymore".

We also got charged $1.74 delivery fee when WE picked up the pies. When I asked about this, I was looked at as if I was stupid because I didn't understand why I got this charge.

Something is going on at this location. They are by far the most expensive around when it's $47 for 2 pizza. Definitely recommend going to any place but this one. Too bad because the pies are decent.

It's been a little bit since I ordered from here earlier today. I went with the Hawaiian and did a custom veggie. Both were awesome, I forgot how good the sauce was here. Crust was crunchy on the veggie, which other places can get a big soggy with all the high moisture toppings. Reece took my order and was very friendly. When I mentioned that it's been a while and I asked if there was anything new, he mentioned that this location did frozen pizzas. Intrigued, I added a sausage and a meaty frozen pizza to the order. The order came quickly, was perfect. 10 out of 10.

The frozen pizzas were at the quality of some of the higher level pizzas in the grocery stores but at a lower price! I cooked the meaty one tonight and it turned out great. They tasted better than most grocery frozen pizza! I'm going to get all my frozen pizzas here due to the variety they have.

The pizza sandwich I had tonight was perfect! I could actually pick it up and eat it like a sandwich!! (although I LOVE the messy ones too!). Caesar salad was amazing so many croutons! I could tell the person took tlc with my meal and I thank you.I don't even care that there was an hour wait time tonight, it was completely worth it. Thank you Carbone's for being amazing 🥰 I was really craving the lasagna but since they were out I went with my other usual and it did not disappoint.

The person I spoke with was fine- but we ordered 5, 6 packs of wings (for an entire group of people, mind you) and a female employee YELLS “Ewe that’s disgusting who orders 30 wings” and another employee agreeing with her. Had an interesting experience on Saturday 2/19/22-- When I called, I could tell that the person I was talking to was young, but she got my order right on the phone eventually. When I went to pick up, there was 3 very young ladies working, in pajama pants/hoodies and wearing UGGs. I mean honestly, can we get some employee t-shirts for these girls? Where is an adult?! Anyway, food was okay. The pizza had so much flour on the bottom that it was chalking around our mouths as we ate it, but the pizza tasted good regardless. They weren't able to make a small antipasto salad so I got the regular. The meat looked like it was torn by hand which kinda creeped me out, and the salad probably had a whole cup of shredded cheese on it, and didn't come with a dressing or breadstick. Not sure what is happening down at Carbone's in RF, we were so excited to order since it's been several years since we had their za. Wasn't a horrible experience, just strange.

On Friday, October 16th, me and my best friend had decided to order from y'all because it was late in the day and we were tired -- I'd been in a car crash earlier in the day and had to drive a dinky rental to even get into town and, generally, was quite miserable. I'm not sure if I just looked like that much of a disaster or if it was because we both seemed maybe just a bit out of it all, but when we got back to where we were staying with our pizza, we opened it up to find a whole bunch of heart warming messages that, truth be told, honestly made me almost cry with how unexpected they were. To say that it was appreciated was beyond an understatement, and it truly made both of our nights. Y'all made the night for two semi-awkward girls, and so from the bottom of my heart, thanks y'all.

Always fresh ingredients & really not greasy considering all the meats I use to top my custom 5 choice...no need to order extra cheese as they always put a good amount on top...never an issue with what I call "oven grit", that mess of burnt cheese, etc. that can be on the bottom side of the crust because the oven surface isn't cleaned properly...always delivered quicker than wait time quoted, even on busy weekends...the young people who do the delivery are always pleasant & thankful for their tip...maybe $1 higger priced, but I'll pay it for the quality & service...I use them as my go-to choice & it's fine by me that they don't offer too many other food items beyond pizza.

I was able to get my pizza into quarters to make everybody happy and got a large for the price of a small. Saucy and cheesy and a crispy thin crust. well done thank you. Best pizza in town! Love this place! This is my go to place to order pizza! Their thin crust is flavorful and crunchy. The toppings have lots of flavor and the sauce is awesome. They also have a student discount on the large pizza's for the price of a small as many as 3 toppings I believe. The pizza also is not greasy like some pizza places in this area. Last weekend my family ordered 60+ dollars worth of food. When it was delivered we realized that one of the orders didn't get the bread that we ordered. We called and asked about it and was told that we were wrong and that they didn't have the bread on their table so it must've been delivered. So we were being called liars from that employee.
Called the next day to talk to a manager and he was backing up his employees, and we weren't even apologized to.
We will never again order from this location and most likely from any of the other of the locations.
