My husband & l enjoy going here. It’s close to home & we never have to wait for a table. We always ask to be seated where Adam is serving. Adam always makes us feel at home and feel important. He has such a positive energy to the customers and the people he works with.
As for the food. It’s a great value & it’s good . It comes with the soup or salad and the bread is always warm. They serve with an addictive seasoning to dip the bread the olive oil. I always order the Martino pasta. It never disappoints. Its tasty & always come warm. My husband love the chicken Marsala. The one think I think they can improve is the Sicilian chicken soup. The last couple of times Frank had it was too salty for his or my taste. We are never waiting for any length of time for anything while there. We never wonder where our server went.

If you want to feel like you went out to a nice restaurant with top notch service but don't want an outrageous dinner bill Carrabas is ideal. Ive always enjoyed the meals and when ordering steak it comes out perfect. When they offer dessert its usually just not possible to consume any more food. Their take home meals for $10 are a wonderful bonus.
I'm not a fan of the industrial ceilings and decor so many restaurants are doing because they're loud and feel like a cafeteria. Carrabas ambiance is so much better! I especially appreciate the different seating sections and the large booths.

I randomly decided on dinner at Carrabba’s in Brookfield WI and they never disappoint. A very clean, warming atmosphere with the music to match. My server, Adam, was amazing very attentive and knowledgeable. I usually try out a new wine but Adam recommended the lemon drop (and I recommend it as well lol). The food was fresh and savory. I had the mezzaluna w/ a Caesar salad. I love ravioli so it was right up my alley. I would suggest this restaurant every time for an Italian experience.

Been a fan of this Carrabbas location basically since its been in Brookfield. Some nice renovations as of late, so the atmosphere is more modern and nicer than years previous, nice! Had the newer Filet and Shrimp pasta dish, delicious! Large portions as usual, and quick service.

Speaking of service, you need to do yourself a favor and ask for Adam as your server. Works most nights and his personality and attention to service is top notch. He remembered I liked Peroni for happy hour from months ago!

Alright Carrabas, I know that you have a promotion for take home for 10$, but you have to be a little more aware of the consequences and research of putting a piping hot meal into a plastic takeout container! It's not good for your patrons and it is not comparable to taking already cooled leftovers home...please stop this practice or, make it a policy to let it cool, or bring out the dinner and let us box it ourselves...anything but having a meal just a few degrees shy of having the plastic melt. We had dinner here on Monday July 28. Adam was our server. He always does an excellent job. He is friendly, efficient and frequently remembers our order. We are “regulars” at this Carrabbas. The food is delicious and the staff is outstanding! They all work well together. I highly recommend enjoying a meal here.

The food here is second to none, very flavorful and is our go to place for Italian food in Brookfield. The atmosphere is very friendly as soon as you walk into the door. Adam our server is wonderful. He is very friendly and efficient . He was very attentive and took great care of us.
