Updated 10-15-25 Another wonderful wine dinner event with Managers Kelly and Selvan. The were great host and Evan and Jake did a great job at being our waiters. Truly a fun time tonight. I understand they are having both wine and bourbon dinners in November. I am sure we will be back for a couple of these events. I also understan that Selvan is leaving, he will be missed. Updated 9-10-25 We were there last night and had a wonderful meal and the atmosphere was great. The new manager Kelly is very personable and she came out to talk to everybody. She is truly a professional. Selvan as always, along with Evan and Jake were great. We will be back next month for the wine dinner for sure.

Update of July 8th. As mentioned belows, we attended the wine dinner. The meal was good but the wine pours were small. Evan was great as always. They brought back the raffle. I think we had about 30 people that spent about $80 each. Michael, the new manager, still has not met the monthly group, he actually left about an hour before we did.

We have been attending both the Wine and Bourbon dinners for a couple of years in both Greenfield and Florida. We did the Wine dinner a few weeks ago and as always, Evan and Jake were great. Saw the new manager, Michael, and introduced myself when we passed each other near the bar. Unforturnatly, he never came by to introduce himself to our group of 24. Collectively, I would guess we spent about $1800, with tips. Also, the customary raffle did not take place. The meal was good.

Salvin, the on duty manager for the Borbon dinner is a rock star. He, Evan and Jake are a 5 star team. The meal was wonderful and as ususal, we had leftovers.

Going to try the wine on July 8th, If it goes like the June dinner, I will be sticking with Salvin and the Bourbon dinners.

The night started our rocky but it was quickly rectified. We are all human and human mistakes happen. We have always enjoyed our experience. We had such a great experience at Carrabba’s! The food was excellent, and the red sangria pitcher was so delicious — definitely recommend it. Changed from 5 to 1. Requested oil with the bread. Got neither. But got 3 sets of silverware for one entree.

Even called.
First they wanted to know if it was "Doordashed".
Nope.
Called in, order to go, pick up.
(Nice try to put the blame elsewhere)

& then the manager finally comes on the phone.."being that bread is 'complimentary',", even though I wasn't "complemented with", she could do nothing about it, except double my bread next time. Lololol!!

Wow had a great dinner and overall experience!!
Saturday dinner time my husband and I got on the waitlist (quoted 30 minutes) at Greenfield Carabba’s We checked in and were seated in 15 minutes. Awesome!🤩 The service was great. Emma G. Was on fire! The pace of meal was perfect. Drinks, salad and entrees all were timed right. Kelly the manager stopped to check in with us and even got us refills. Very happy with our experience. Had a terrible dinner tonight. Emma was our waitress. Sat down, took our drink order and didn't come back for at least 12 minutes. When she did we were ready with our order: Rosa chicken, beef shrimp pasta and classic combo app. We got soup/salad, 5 minutes later our entrée, and the appetizer a couple minutes later. Slammed with food, everything is getting cold as we tried to eat what we could. SALTY! Everything was so salty! We could hear "salty" being a complaint at other tables too. In the end we didn't complain, we only came because we had some gift cards. Our waitress absolutely ignored us the entire time. We heard the manager talking about wanting Jersey Mike's for dinner... and his perfect sandwich order. The cooking staff joking around in back. Overall, I'm confused why we didn't get a 4+ star experience, like Google says you have.

Update: April 2025: Our waiter Marcos M served impeccably this afternoon! Everything was most enjoyable. Our drinks, my friend's Johnny Rocco Salad, my rib-eye, and our drinks delighted us beyond expectations.

We always delay over drinks then order in stages, so everything doesn't arrive at once - service is usually attentive, but fast. Meatballs are my favorite, with rigatoni instead of spaghetti.

I was in town visiting my family and we decided to stop into, this Resturant before heading to the hotel. It was our first time and the service was SO amazing. Our server was Emma and she was so kind and made us feel at home. It’s seemed that she truly enjoyed what she does and it’s rare that you find that that these days. I got the chicken trio and my boyfriend got the weesie. The dinner was amazing and super flavorful. The food here is typically great. Family decided to order takeout tonight. But, this was very disappointing. Text was sent to start heading over. Got there and had to wait and additional 15-20min. Got home and food was already cold. Three meals. Fettuccine carrabbas, chicken was over cooked and dry, 7oz sirloin steak was over cooked when asked for medium, and I decided to get spaghetti and meat balls. Let me tell you such a sad generic looking serving. 3 small meat "balls." I was atleast anticipating 4-5 with how the sizes were or atleast 3 racket ball size meatballs for $20 worth, just Crazyyyy. We had a gift card, so we decided to try Carrabba's for the first time. The service was polite and friendly but limited knowledge on drinks and the menu. Food came out fast, so fast that it arrived before our drink order. The pasta was lukewarm with watery flavorless sauce and the steak was well over-cooked. We aren't big chain people, but it was still a let down. With so many fabulous restaurants in Milwaukee, skip this subpar chain experience. Go check out a local joint instead like That's Amoré.

I had a truly forgettable dining experience tonight (Feb 3rd) at CARRABBA’s (#9801) on S 76th Street. Something significant was taking place between management and the waitstaff. Management chose the 6 PM dinner rush to drag ALL the waitstaff into a “team meeting”. Then they decided to pull individual servers into one-on-one counselling sessions with no effort taken to ensure the server’s tables were covered. We saw our server when seated and she took our order and that was it. The bar staff was doing food deliveries. We were sitting, ignored, for 20 minutes after we had finished eating with nobody in sight. If we hadn’t needed a to-go box we would have walked out. Once again, the bar staff came to the rescue and was able to generate a bill.

As a side note . . . the food was fabulous. The kitchen staff turned out a very tasty meal. I would definitely consider ordering food to-go but I will never return for a sit-down meal again.

We have rarely been disappointed with our meals. The service is prompt and friendly, and the food tasty. We enjoy the bread and oil and herbs while waiting for our main course. On our most recent visit, we had exceptional service. Our waiter Fredrik was personable and efficient. Camren, the server assistant, was funny , efficient and complimentary, remembering my husband and me from our previous visits. Selvin, the manager, stopped at our table at the end of our meal to ask about our evening. Thank you all for a great meal and great service.
