Casa Tequila in West Bend is an absolute **local treasure**. I don’t hand out praise lightly, but this place deserves every bit of it. From the second you walk in, you feel the difference . The owners and staff genuinely care about every customer, and their attention to detail is unmatched. They’re warm, welcoming, and take pride in making sure every visit feels special.

Let’s talk about the food. It’s on another level. No other Mexican restaurant in West Bend even comes close to the quality of their dishes or the consistency of their service. Trust me, I've been here for 15 years and have tried them all. Every single thing on their menu is amazing...we've tried plenty, and never once been disappointed. They also have fantastic weekly specials that keep you coming back, and it’s the kind of place where you’ll find yourself saying, “We should try *that* next time,” because everything looks, and is so good.

Now, the All You Can Eat Friday fish fry. I’m a Wisconsinite, which means I’m picky as hell about my fish frys. I’ve had them all over Washington, Waukesha and Milwaukee counties, and Casa Tequila’s is hands-down **the best**!!!! Crispy, flavorful, cooked perfectly, and to top it off, it’s **all you can eat** at a super reasonable price. That’s basically a Wisconsinite’s dream come true.

They also do catering, and I had the chance to experience it at a recent party I threw. Every single person there commented about how amazing the food was — and you know how rare that is at catered events. Usually, you get “good enough.” But Casa Tequila brought the exact same quality and flavor they serve in the restaurant, and it blew everyone away. A number of guests told me that Casa is their new "go to" Mexican restaurant in WB!

Not worth the visit. Ordered a breakfast. Rice and eggs was cold, eggs were supposed to be well done , however the whites were runny so far from well done. Small teaspoon worth of what was supposed to refried beans but appeared to be just sauce. Better places than here for HOT food.

We had a larger party and they completely forgot 2 of the meals. 2 other dinners were fajitas and they weren't sizzling as the usually are when they came out and the portion were about half what they usually are. This was the worst experience! Poor service, when they brought out the food they said the cook doesn’t know serving sizes so would you like more veggies…. WTH! Kids running around doesn’t even begin the problems we encountered here. We were seated immediately which was nice. We started with waters and that’s when things went down hill. There was a piece of meat or something in the water. They reluctantly replaced it but the idea that the cups weren’t even clean ruined the idea of the restaurant itself. Food came out about 20 minutes later, it was very mid if not low quality. I think the only way to actually enjoy being there and to enjoy the food, you have to be very drunk. It was loud and unclean with children running around as their parents drank. Not the best but close to the worst I’ve been to.

I love West Bend Casa Tequila!! I go all the time with friends and family. They have daily specials and the BOGO margaritas on Monday and Wednesday are so good! I love the bogo mojitos on thursdays as well. They have a very large vegetarian section and all of their food is very good. It comes out quickly and the staff is extremely friendly. We will be back! We dine at this location in West Bend 2 times a month or more as a couple or with friends. We enjoy the lively atmosphere and the food has never disappointed in 7 years. Delicious guacamole, and super tasty appetizers! Can’t get enough of the complimentary chips and mild or hot salsa. Very hearty and wonderfully valued entrees including a favorite of authentic chiles rellenos stuffed with choice of meat..suggest shredded chicken. Try an entree with the mouthwatering chipotle cream sauce for a bit of scrumptious heat. Always teriffic burritos too. We also really appreciate that they serve until 9:00 pm after a long day at work. Margaritas have been great! Veronica is the BEST waitress! She
works very hard to be efficient, attentive, funny and is genuinely friendly every single time.

Drove to West Bend yesterday for a little shopping and needed to find a place for lunch. Originally we were going to have lunch down the street but walked in and thought there may be a long wait so we turned around and last min went to this place. It was 3 of us and wow! We were impressed! My husband and son got SO much food on their plates and I had a taco salad with a tequila dressing. Came here to meet with dome friends from out of town, spent over $70 and everything was ice cold, stale tasting, and frankly tasted incredibly unseasoned. the server was insanely rude to us yet jumping through hoops for other guests. We ordered fajitas, flautas, a taco salad and some tacos. The only half way decent item on the table was the bottled hot sauce, the horchata was chunky with an insane amount of cinnamon. Not really picky eater friendly. Not that it’s supposed to be, but even at its basic their taco meat (beef) just isn’t good. It’s very bland and watery with very little seasoning. Usually at a Mexican restaurant I’m fine just ordering simple tacos but I’ve been here multiple times now and it’s just not good. Over all the staff is nice and the atmosphere decent so I’m giving it two stars, but I just wouldn’t recommend the place. Especially if you struggle with an eating disorder or have other food restrictions.

We usually love this place and have been here before but this experience was not good. My dish had an ingredient I asked to not have on it and they “fixed” it by giving me back everything on the same please and basically picked out the tomatoes. Once i started to eat it I realized that my steak burrito was only lettuce with a few (3) pieces of steak throughout. Another one of the people in my group also had a burrito full of basically only lettuce. Waste of money.

We were greeted and immediately seated. Our waitress greeted us with chips & salsa. Water was at our table quickly followed by a pitcher of mango margarita. My husband ordered a shrimp burrito and I had the chipotle chicken enchiladas. Food came out fast and hot. We were tired and hungry and it hit the spot. My family and I have been going to Casa Tequila for a very long time, but I haven’t felt compelled to leave a review until today.

Our waitress, Kayla, was exceptional. Super attentive and after a misunderstanding on my father’s part about what chicken “fajita style” means (he doesn’t eat peppers), she was super accommodating and made him a new burrito sans peppers on the spot!

I’ve always been a huge fan of the cheese dip and their shrimp quesadilla. Great drinks too. Highly recommend this restaurant and thank you again to Kayla for the amazing customer service!

If you're in the mood for decent Mexican food, I've never had anything that I didn't really like here. The service is always very good, The prices are decent, and it is a good place to bring kids (So if you're looking for a quieter place, this might not be the one). My only suggestion/complaint is that even the spicy salsa is not spicy enough for me, but being in West Bend, I'm guessing they don't have many customers asking for spicier.
Overall, I'm very glad we have a few Mexican restaurants in this area and I highly recommend all of them.
